Идејата на проектот е да се презентира на атрактивен начин културната разновидност на локациите со изградба на нов, современ туристички информативен центар во општината Старо Нагоричане и создавање на уникатен споменик на културата - средновековна црква "Свети Архангел Михаил" во град Рила како готови продукти за културен туризам, а со "Мостот на туризмот" да се премине од минатото кон модерните времиња и да се создадат разни други форми на туристички производи врз основа на заедничките нематеријални културни вредности - легенди, фолклор, занаети. Целта на проектот е диверзификација на туристичките производи преку соработка во прекуграничниот регион. Активностите на проектот се: извршување на работите за реконструкција на старата зграда во с. Младо Нагоричане и снабдување со потребните елементи за технолошко опремување на Туристички информативен центар; извршување на архитектонска реставрација на црквата "Свети Архангел Михаил"; Предвидените резултати: изработка на професионални видео материјали и фотографии за изложбениот простор на Туристички информативен центар; практична и професионална обука во центарот на локалните жени за локалните занаети во назначениот изложбен простор на Туристички информативен центар; две забавни игри во форма на мобилни апликации; развивање и поставување на веб страница: веб-страница на проектот во кој ке се вестите за проектот, информации за културното наследство од прекуграничниот регион, како и промовирање на создадените атракции и обезбедување на соодветна визуелизација на проектот за прекугранична соработка и туристичката понуда; дводневна турнеја, вклучително и финалните настани за учесниците од различни засегнати страни, вклучувајќи ги и учесниците од Бугарија, организирани на крајот на проектот - еден во Општина Старо Нагоричане и еден во Општина Рила.

Идеята на проекта е да се представи по атрактивен начин местното културно многообразие, чрез изграждане съвременен туристически информационен център в община Старо Нагоричане, да се превърне в завършен продукт за културен туризъм уникалния паметник на културата - средновековната църква „Св. Архангел Михаил“, гр. Рила и посредством "Туристически мост" от миналото към съвремието да се създадат различни други форми на туристически продукти, основани на общите нематериални културни ценности - легенди, фолклор, занаяти. Целта на проекта е диверсификация на туристическите продукти, чрез съвместно сътрудничество в трансграничния регион. Дейностите по проекта предвиждат: реновиране на старата кооперативна сграда в с. Младо Нагоричане и доставка на необходимото технологично оборудване за туристическия информационен център; извършване на архитектурна реставрация на църквата "Св. Архангел Михаил". Очакваните резултати включват: изработка на професионални видеоклипове и фотографии за изложбените галерии на туристическия информационния център; провеждане на професионално и практическо обучение в местни занаяти на местните жени в образователния център; обособяване на изложбена площ за ръкоделие и занаяти в туристическия информационен център; разработени две забавни игри под формата на приложения за мобилни телефони; разработен интернет сайт, съдържащ - секция за настоящия проект и новини за напредъка по проекта, информация за ТГС в областта на културното наследство, рекламирането на създадените атракции, осигуряването на необходимата визуализация на двата инвестиционни обекта и трансграничното туристическо предлагане; провеждане на двудневни промоционални турове, включващи заключително мероприятие с участници от различни заинтересовани страни в сферата на културния туризъм /с участници включително от България/ в края на проекта - един тур организиран от община Старо Нагоричане и един тур организиран от община Рила.

The project idea is to present in an attractive way cultural diversity of the location by building a new, contemporary touristic information centre in Staro Nagoricane Municipality and making a unique cultural monument Ch. Saint Archangel Mihail - Rila into finished product for cultural tourism and with the "Bridge of tourism" to pass from the past to the modern times and to create various other forms of tourism products based on common intangible cultural values, legends, folklore, crafts. The project objective is diversification of tourist products through cooperation in the border region. Project activities are: execution of works for reconstruction of the old cooperative building in Mlado Nagoricane and supply of necessary items for equipping the Tourist Information Centre; execution of the architectural restoration of the church “Saint Archangel Mihail”; The envisaged outputs contained: professional videos and photographs for the exhibition areas of the Touristic Information Centre; local women receive professional and practical training in the Handcraft educational centre in the designated exhibition area of the Touristic Information Centre; two entertaining games in form of mobile applications; developed and introduced on the website: project website featuring project news, CBC cultural heritage info, and promoting the attractions created, and securing appropriate visibility of the both the project and CBC touristic offer; two day Viewing tour, including final event for participants from different stakeholders, including participants from Bulgaria, organised in the end of the project - one by Staro Nagoricane Municipality and one by Rila Municipality.

Achievements (EN):

The project succeeded to present in an attractive way cultural diversity of the cross-border location Rila-Staro Nogorichane by building a new touristic information centre (Staro Nagoricane Municipality) and making a unique cultural monument (Ch. Saint Archangel Mihail - Rila) into finished product for cultural and religious tourism. The promotional compaigns, advertizing materials and usage of the modern IT for presentation of the tourism products based on common intangible cultural values, legends, folklore, crafts also enhanced the cross-border impact of the project. Jointly organized events under the project (2 viewing tours in Rila and Staro Nagorichane) establshed new-contacts between the interested organizations in the field of tourism and enhanced the cross-border cooperation between the partners. The informational materials promted the cross-border area as an attractive destination rich with significant tourist sites.
