Achievements (EN):

Project CB impact on the target area consists of implementation of joint activities for elaboration & launching of a pilot joint virtual place presenting traditional cuisine of Haskovo & Merich & thus supporting alternative forms of tourism - culinary. The project integrates actions to support networking & cooperation between regional actors in the CB regions related to sustainable development of tourism potential of Haskovo & Merich. Virtual Maritza Merich Cuisine stands on a participatory approach which empowers local community & tourism industry so they can develop an appreciation & knowledge regarding local & individual issues & costs associated with developing tourism. The project combines a variety of soft actions - surveys on tourism issues, development of ICT tools & smart applications supporting culinary traditions presentation & promotion, online forum & cooking festival supporting networking & publicity measures. Virtual Chef is a web platform for CB area presenting: traditional recipes & regional particularities of culinary culture through videos & tutorials; local food establishments for traditional cuisine in CB region; on-line forum for networking of project partners, regional tourism actors & local community to exchange best practices, interesting places & destinations in CB area for traditional cuisine; project presentation.

Дейностите са изпълнени съгласно предвидения план-график. Идеята за “Виртуална кухня Марица - Мерич” се зароди през 2016 година, когато РСО „Марица“ и Комисията по оризищата в Мерич споделиха готовността си да проучат кулинарните традиции и предимствата на Хасково и Мерич. Създаденото партньорство съчета традиционната храна, културните прилики и различия с елементи на изкуството, представянето, иновациите и технологиите и превърна своето намерение в проект, който в началото на 2017 г. бе одобрен за финансиране по Програма Interreg-ИПП за трансгранично сътрудничество България-Турция 2014-2020 по Приоритетна ос 2 Туризъм. Ентусиазиран още от самото начало, екипът на проекта от двете страни на границата стартира с координацията на необходимите процедури за правилното изпълнение на планираните дейности. И това беше скучната част на проекта. Да, признаваме го! Предизвикани от правилата, ние успяхме да организираме цялата документална работа и да осигурим качествени изпълнители или както ние ги наричаме – участниците в нашето представление. И тогава действително започна виртуалното кулинарно представление на Марица – Мерич! Събрахме 48 традиционни рецепти от Хасковска област в България и 67 традиционни рецепти от Мерич, Турция. В резултат на проучване на традиционната регионална кулинарна култура и традиционната кухня на Хасково и Мерич обособихме местни области с традиционна кухня в двата региона и ги представихме в обща карта. Създадохме нашето съвременно пространство в глобалната мрежа, в което ви представяме традициите на Хасково и Мерич в кулинарията. Нарекохме това място Виртуален готвач и през март 2018 година www.virtual-chef.eu вече бе готов да ви покаже приготвянето на 10 рецепти от Хасково и 10 рецепти от Мерич стъпка по стъпка във видео клипове на български, английски и турски език. Знаем колко са полезни мобилните устройства в нашето съвремие и затова създадохме мобилно приложение "Haskovo & Merich cooking", което се предлага в GooglePlay. В него може да се насладите на традиционните рецепти на Хасково и Мерич, приготвяни в 2-минутни видео клипове и да научите за някои традиции и ритуали, свързани с тях. И тъй като книгите не остаряват, а само страниците им пожълтяват, за да ни напомнят да пазим традициите, издадохме рецептурник "Кулинарните изкушения на пограничния регион Хасково-Мерич" на български и на турски език. На финала се събрахме в Мерич на фестивал "Хасково и Мерич готвят", за да представим нашите постижения, да демонстрираме традиционните рецепти на пограничния регион и да укрепим бъдещите си усилия за устойчиво развитие на туризма в Хасково и Мерич в меморандум. Не на последно място "Виртуална кухня Марица - Мерич" е представен в повече от 40 медийни публикации в България и Турция. Ние подкрепихме промотирането на проекта и разработихме нашето пространство във Facebook и YouTube с много видео клипове и снимки и започнахме онлайн форум, в който вярваме, че ще продължим да споделяме нашите кулинарни традиции и бъдещи инициативи. Храната свързва хората дори да не говорят на един и същи език. Тя създава мостове между нашите общности, а ние създаваме приятелства.

The project products were presented during the festival and memorandum of cooperation was signed (Activity 5). Number of public awareness initiatives promoting alternative forms of tourism;3.00;1) Virtual Chef web platform is developed and launched with domain www.virtual-chef.eu (Activity 4). The platform present traditional cuisine of Haskovo and Merich with the developed surveys for traditional recipes and local places with traditional cuisine, video recipes, recipe book, map, smart app, news; 2) Haskovo & Merich cooking application is developed and launched for GooglePlay and link for it is available at www.virtual-chef.eu (Activity 4). The app presents videos of traditional recipes of Haskovo and Merich, presents also other traditional recipes of the regions and related traditions to some of them; 3) Project raising awareness is made in social media including Facebook page for the project and YouTube channel for the project (Activity 6)
