Проектот се фокусира на развој и поттикнување на прекуграничната соработка во областа на руралниот и фестивалскиот туризам меѓу јавните институции и други заинтересирани страни во секторот туризам преку организирање на заеднички фестивал, трансфер на знаење и искуство. Исто така, проектот ќе изгради толеранција и почит кон културата и традицијата на различните етнички групи во двата региони. Проектот има прилично големо влијание врз заеднички настап на заедничкото традиционално и културното наследство како средство за одржлив туристички развој на прекуграничниот регион преку промовирањето на вредностите на традицијата и фолклорот. Прекуграничното влијание се сумира како што следува: Презентација на меѓусебнито културно и музичко фолклорно наследство; поддршка на соработката во областа на руралниот развој; Поддршка на инвестиции и снабдување со културна и фестивалска инфраструктурата и јавните објекти. Заеднички персонал и финансирање, рамноправно учество на членовите на тимот во текот на имплементацијата на проектот, учеството на туристичките претпријатија, невладини организации и претставниците на локалната власт од двете земји на планираните активности на проектот, студиски престој и во процесот на подготовка на студија за развој на руралниот туризам во општина Пехчево ќе имаат директно и значително влијание врз голем број од идните активности за соработка во областа на туризмот и културата. Исто така, проектот ќе придонесе за одржлив развој со додавање на вредност на туристички производи. Претставените добри практики од руралниот туризам кои ќе служат како пример за следбениците и по истекувањето на проектот ќе ја гарантира одржливоста на резултатите од проектот.

Проектът е насочен към развитието и насърчаването на трансграничното сътрудничество в областта на селския и фестиваления туризъм сред държавните институции и други заинтересовани страни в сектора на туризма, чрез организиране на общи празници чрез обмяна на знания и опит. Проектът ще се изгради на база толерантност и уважение към културните и традиционните различия на етносите в двата региона. Проект ще има голям и значим ефект върху съвместното представяне в общите традиции и културно историческото наследство като инструмент за устойчиво развитие на туризма в трансграничния регион чрез популяризиране на ценностите, традиций и фолклора. На практика въздействието върху региона ще се осъществи по следния начин: чрез представяне на споделеното културно, фолклорно и музикално наследство; чрез подпомагане на сътрудничеството и развитието в областта на селските райони; подкрепящи инвестиции в общинската инфраструктура и съоръжения свързани с културния и фестивален туризъм. Съвместно финансиране и екип, споделено участие на членовете на екипа по време на изпълнението на проекта, с участието на компании в сферата на туризма, неправителствени организации и представители на местната власт и от двете страни. Процеса на паниране на събитията по проекта и обиколката за изготвяне на проучванията в развитието на селския туризъм в Пехчево ще окаже пряко и значително влияние върху всички бъдещи дейности за сътрудничество в областта на туризма и културата. Също така проекта ще допринесе за устойчивото развитие чрез добавяне на стойност на туристическите продукти. Добри практики който ще служат като пример за последователите след края на проекта гарантирайки устойчивост на резултатите.

Description (EN):

Project focuses on development and encouragement of cross border cooperation in the area of rural and festival tourism amongst the public institutions and other stakeholders in tourism sector through organization of common festival, transfer of knowledge and experience. Also the project will build the tolerance and respect towards cultures and tradition of different ethnics in both regions. Project has a fairly sizeable impact on joint presentation of common traditional and cultural heritage as a tool for sustainable tourist development of cross border region through popularization of the values of the tradition and folklore. Particularly, the CB impact is summarized as follows: Presentation of mutual cultural folklore and musical heritage; supporting of cooperation in the area of rural development; Supportive investments and supply in cultural and festival infrastructure and public facilities. The joint staffing & financing, equal participation of the team members during the implementation of the project, the participation of tourist enterprises, NGOs and local authority representatives from both countries at the planned project events, study tour and in the process of preparation of study for development of rural tourism in municipality of Pehcevo will have direct and significant impact on numerous of future cooperation activities in the area of tourism and culture. Also project will contribute to the sustainable development by adding values on the tourist products. Good practice from rural tourism presented which will serve as an example for followers after the project expires and will guarantee the sustainability of the outcomes of the project.
