Description (EN):

Activity. 1. Project management and organization. Activity. 2. Preparation, organization and implementation of public procurement procedures - preparation of the technical specifications and other documentation according PRAG. Activity. 3.Supply of special equipment for forest fires- 3 vehicles plus personal equipment for Bulgarian partner and 1 vehicle for the Turkish partner. Activity. 4. Establishing study rooms intended for training youths - school rooms in the buildings of the partners that will be used for training children. Activity. 5. Preparation of a Guide on fire safety and civil protection with common preventive methods suitable for children. Activity. 6.Training of trainers for work with children and preparation of training materials. Activity. 7.Training of children for reaction in case of forest fires and other disasters. Activity. 8. Field exercises and demonstrations with the new equipment and with the children. Activity. 9. Information and publicity activities during the whole project.

Description (TR):

1. Proje yönetimi ve organizasyonu. 2. İhalelerin yapılması için yüklenici seçimi, hazırlık ve organizasyonu – teknik şartnamelerin ve diğer evrakların PRAG usulüne göre hazırlanması. 3. Orman yangınlarını söndürmek için özel donanım tedarik edilmesi – Bulgar partnere üç araç ve özel kişisel koruma aletleri alınması, Türk partnere ise bir araç alınması. 4. Çocuklar için eğitim odalarının belirlenmesi – eğitim odaları kendilerine ait mevcut binaların içinde olup çocukların eğitimi için verilecektir. 5. Yangın önleme ve sivil savunma konularında rehber kitapçık hazırlanması – içeriği çocuklara özel genel müdahale metodları. 6. Çocukların eğitimi için eğitimci ve kitap malzemeleri hazırlanması. 7. Çocukların orman yangınları ve diğer afetlere karşı müdahale etme eğitimleri. 8. Çocukların da katılımıyla yeni alınan araçların alan eğitimi gösterisiyle tanıtımı. 9. Tüm proje döneminde bilgilendirme faaliyetleri ve tanıtım. 1. 200 çocuğun orman yangınları ve diğer afetlere karşı müdahale etme eğitimleri. 2. Yangın müdahale ve sivil savunma alanlarında gençlerin hazırlığı için genel metodlar ve işbirliği metodları geliştirilmesi. 3. Çocukların eğitimi için eğitim odaları oluşturulması. 4. Sorumlu kurumların orman yangınlarına karşı müdahalede kapasite iyileştirilmesi.

Дейност 1: Управление и организация на проекта. Дейност 2: Подготовка, организация и изпълнение на процедури за избор на изпълнители - включва подготовката на техническите спецификации и останалата документация съгласно изискванията на ПРАГ. Дейност. 3. Доставкна специализирано оборудване за гасне на горски пожари - предвидена е доставка на три автомобила и лични предпазни средства за българския партньор и един автомобил за турския партньор. Дейност. 4. Установяване на учебни кабинети за подготовка на деца - кабинетите са в сгради, собственост на партньорите и ще бъдат използвани за обучение на деца. Дейност. 5. Подготовка на Наръчник по пожарна безопасност и защита на населението, включващ общи методи за превенция, подходящи за деца. Дейност. 6. Подготовка на обучители за работа с деца и подготовка на учебни материали. Дейност. 7.Обучение на деца за реакция при горски пожари и други бедствия. Дейност. 8. Полеви занятия и демонстрации с новото оборудване и с участието на децата. Дейност. 9. Дейности по информация и публичност - предивдени през целия проект.
