Description (EN):

The project is based on improving capacity of young people in cross-border area and opportunities for self-employment in the creative industry. The project addresses development of joint methodology for engagement and capacity building of youth; engagement of co-working tenants with mentorship support; entrepreneurship encouraging events; creating 2 co-working spaces for creative industry in Radovish and Gotse Delchev. The project aims too carried out Project incubators providing free working space for photographs, architects, designers and other representatives of the art and cultural business, business trainings and consultations. Project covers: developing skills and knowledge of young people - participants in the project for better chances for economic independance; support and motivate young people to start their own business in the sector of creative industry and create new job opportunities in the cross border area; best practices transfer.

Проектот е базиран на подобрување на капацитетите на младите во прекуграничниот регион и можностите за самовработување во креативната индустрија. Проектот е наменет за развој на заедничка методологија за ангажирање и изградба на капацитетите на младите; ангажирање на работодавачи со советничка и менторска функција; поттикнување на претприемништвото преку настани; создавање 2 заеднички работни простора за креативна индустрија во Радовиш и Гоце Делчев. Целта на проектот е исто така и создавање на инкубатори на проектот за обезбедување на бесплатен работен простор за фотографи, архитекти, дизајнери и други претставници на уметничкото и културното работење, како и за бизнис обуки и консултации. Проектот опфаќа: развивање на вештини и знаења на младите луѓе - учесниците во проектот за подобри можности за економска независност; поддршка и мотивирање на младите луѓе да започнат сопствен бизнис во секторот на креативната индустрија и создадавање на нови можности за работа во прекуграничната област; како и размена на најдобрите практики.

Проектът се основава върху подобряване капацитета на младите хора в трансграничната зона и възможности за самостоятелна трудова заетост в творческата индустрия. Проектът е адресиран към развитието на съвместна методология за ангажиране и изграждане на капацитет у младежите; включване на работодатели със съветническа и подкрепяща функция; насърчаващи предприемачеството събития; създаване на 2 съвместни работни места за творческа заетост в Радовиш и Гоце Делчев. Целта на проекта е и създаване на инкубатори, предоставящи свободно работно място за фотографии, архитекти, дизайнери и други представители на художествения и културен бизнес, бизнес тренинги и консултации. Проектът обхваща: развитие на умения и знания у младите хора - участниците в проекта за по-добри шансове за икономическа независимост; подкрепа и мотивация на младите хора да започнат собствен бизнес в сектора на творческата заетост и създаване нови възможности за работа в трансграничната зона; обмен на добри практики.

Achievements (EN):

Bettering the cross border creative start-ups access to incubation opportunities. After the implementation of this project participants from both participating schools from Strumica and Gotse Delchev create friendship and new project proposal between schools. The project was based on sustainable economic growth and increased lifestyle for young people in cross-border area by improving their capacity and opportunities for self-employment in the creative industry. The impact that project has over cross-border region can be defined in the following more important aspects: 1/ Raising public awareness of the topic for investments in young generation and culture industry for economic growth; 2/ Develop skills and knowledge in young people which are participants in this project so they can have better chances for economic independance; 4/ Support and motivate young people to start their own business in the sector of creative industry and create new job opportunities in the cross border area; 5/ Motivate business and local community to implement other projects, initiatives, campaigns for young people – best practices transfer; 6/ Increase the experience of the partners organizations in working with young people in the field of cross border start-ups motivation and support; 7/Bettering the cross border creative start-ups access to incubation opportunities.
