This project is focused on youth, youth Roma, minorities and people with disabilities from the CB area. Through the software entrepreneurship training tool adapted for low-educated people and people with disabilities, the project aims to improve the employability skills of the target beneficiaries. The project address to development of Entrepreneurship Gaming Platform, teaching of basics of entrepreneurship and production process concepts; implementation of Training and mentoring on Herbs planting, growing and harvesting and Experimental and Educational herb fields study visits.

Овој проект се фокусира на младите луѓе, младите роми, малцинствата и лицата со посебни потреби од прекуграничниот регион. Преку развој на софтвер алатката за обука на претприемништвото прилагодена за ниско образованите лица и лицата со посебни потреби, проектот има за цел подобрување на работоспособноста на целните корисници. Целта на проектот е развој на платформа за игри во претприемништвото, учење на основите на претприемништвото и концептот на процесот на производство; спроведување на обука и менторство на садење на билки , одгледување, жнеење и студиски посети на експериментални и образовани огледни полиња.

Този проект е фокусиран върху младежта, младежите роми, малцинствата и хората с увреждания от трансграничната зона. Чрез създаване на софтуер за предприемачество като средство за обучение, пригоден за ниско-образовани хора и хора с увреждания, проектът цели подобряване работоспособността на целевите бенефициентите. Проектът е адресиран към създаване на Платформа за Предприемачество, преподаване на основите на предприемачеството и производствения процес; Обучение и наставничество за засаждане на билки, отглеждане и жътва; провеждане на Експериментални и Образователни посещения на полета с билки.

Achievements (EN):

Project has all four defined impacts on the CB area. The experts which implemented the key activities were selected amongst the best on both sides of the border. The project team were formed by qualified professionals in the border region. The project results will be multiplied in the CB region and beyond, because of the successful model for training of people with disabilities. Information and publicity were implemented in the general part of the CBC, covering the population in both countries. Project was jointly implemented in cooperation. Each of the partners were part of the project and implemented in line with its expertise and previous experience. Part of the activities that enable horizontal transfer between partners, as well as amongst similar types of organizations and people in need. The project developed platform SAKSHAM: Integrated Learning and Business Management Platform for Social Empowerment and gaming platform that have its EU debut through the adaptation and application at the project. Considering that the platform have more than 2500 users in Bulgaria and Macedonia, we think its development and development has been successful
