Description (EN): Overall objective of the project is to recognize the organic production quality in cross-border area as a potential for businesses/producers/products competitiveness.
Target groups needs': Existing and potential agricultural/organic producers, SMEs, CSOs, Professional agricultural associations and local actors in target CB areas.
Main proposed project activities are:
1. Research & Analysis of the organic production (OP), Mapping of Bio-Soils,
2. Preparing, designing, printing and promoting of OP Booklet (A,B,C Primer of organic production),
3. Capacity building, trainings, workshops on OP introduction, business planning, management & networking,
4. Visibility, promotion activities: Promo packages, campaigns, press releases, web platform. All common for both CB areas.
Expected project results are - Increased level of awareness of agricultural producers for the new business opportunities offered by the CB regions and arising from the organic production sector, Increased cross-border business opportunities and network created within the organic producers.
Expected outputs – at least 1 supported joint start-up or self-employment initiative ; 20 participants in supported trainings on organic production and at least 1 cooperation network created in the field of organic production.
Read more Description (MK): Општа цел на проектот е да се препознае квалитетот на органското производство во прекуграничната област како потенцијал за конкурентност на бизнисите / производителите / производите.
Потреби на целните групи: постоечки и потенцијални земјоделски / органски производители, мали и средни претпријатија, невладини организации, професионални земјоделски здруженија и локални актери во прекуграничната област.
Главни проектни активности:
1. Истражување и анализа на органското производство (ОП), мапирање на био-почвите,
2. Подготовка, дизајн, печатење, и промоција на ОП прирачник (А, Б, В Буквар на органско производство),
3. Градење на капацитет, обуки, работилници за ОП, бизнис планирање, управување и вмрежување,
4. Видливост, промотивни активности: Промо-пакети, кампањи, печатени материјали, веб платформа - заеднички за двете области.
Очекувани резултати од проектот се: зголемување на нивото на свеста на земјоделските производители за новите бизнис можности понудени во прекуграничниот регион и кои произлегуваат од областа на органското производство, зголемени прекугранични деловни можности и создавање мрежа на органски производители.
Очекувани резултати - најмалку 1-но заеднички поддржано старт-ап претпријатие или иницијатива за самовработување; 20 учесници во обуки за органско производство и создавање на барем 1-на мрежа на соработка во областа на органското производство.
Read more Description (BG): Главната цел на проекта е да изтъкне качественото биологично производство в трансграничния регион като потенциал за заетост, конкурентоспособен бизнес и конкурентни продукти. Проектът е ориентиран къв потребностите на целевите групи - съществуващи и потенциални селскостопански и органични производители, малки и средни предприятия, организации на гражданското общество, професионалните земеделски асоциации и местни производители от целевата трансгранична зона.
Основните представени в проекта дейности обхващат двете страни на границата в трансграничния регион:
1. Проучване и анализ на биологичното производство, картиране на био-почви;
2. Подготовка, планиране, производство и насърчаване на биологичното производство/БП/, Брошура за БП („A, б, в … на биологичното производство“);
3. Изграждане и укрепване на капацитет чрез обучения, семинари по въвеждане на БП, бизнес планиране, управление и работа в мрежа;
4. Визуализация и комуникация: рекламно-информационни пакети, кампании, съобщения за пресата, интернет-базирана платформа.
Очаквани резултати са - повишено ниво на информираност на земеделските производители за новите бизнес възможности, предлагани в трансграничния регион в сектора на биологичното производство, увеличаване на трансграничните възможности за бизнес и създаване на мрежи на органичните производители. Подкрепа на най-малко една съвместна инициатива за самонаемане, обучение на двадесет участници по отношение на биологичното производство и насърчаване развитието на най-малко една мрежа за сътрудничество в областта на биологичното производство.
Read more Achievements (EN): During the project implementation there was a great interest towards the elaborated products (website, informational materials). The action was focused on increasing the prospects for diversification of agricultural activities, creating basic conditions for growth of organic production in the Cross-border region. Participants in the project activities gained knowledge on importance and methods for development of organic farming. In addition, through participation in the training for managing of small farm and development of business plans, they enhanced their business skills. Thus potential for self-employment, start-up of new SMEs, joint employment initiatives was increased. Moreover the project activities implementation influences positively the employment rates in CB rural areas and provides opportunities for enhancing competitiveness, business and trade in CB areas. Training and mentoring processes supported capacity of target groups representative to grow on regional, national, but as well as on international markets. Joint publicity actions promoted entrepreneurship and cooperation for exchange of ideas, skills and technology in CB areas. The networking actions stimulated the creation of CB partnership for increased competitiveness and sustainable growth of regional SMEs, social cohesion of the residents in the CB area and further impact on balancing the regional development.

Supported joint start-up and self-employment initiatives;1.00;20 Business plans documents for start-up organic production on farm, initiated preparation and 1 start-up initiative already applied and approved for financing. Mr Kosta Spasovski, active participant on the project workshops, using the gained knowledge from the training submit application for creating a Organic Farm under UNDP programme for self-employment and he pass all stages. Currently he is in the phase of finalization of the process with contract for financing of his idea and creating of own business - production of organic eggs.
Number of participants (split into men and women) in supported training and qualification initiatives;27.00;27 trainees gained knowledge on organic farming, management and business planning (18 men and 9 women).
