1- Formation of the Project Team. 2-Preparation and Implementation of Tender Procedures under PRAG. 3-Setting the kiosk system in Edirne: 8 outdoor and 8 indoor kiosks will be installed in Edirne 4-Setting up 3DProjector System in Nessebar: 3D projector system will be installed in Nessebar and will be used in mass events.5-Videoclip of Edirne and Nessebar: this video clip will be used for the promotion of Edirne and Nessebar.6-Putting into service of SmartPhoneApplication.7-UNESCO Conference in Edirne: we aim to increase the awareness of historical and cultural heritage.. 8-Tourism Festival in Nessebar.9-Tourism Festival in Edirne: with this 2 festivals we aim to increase the recognition of our cities and region in the history, culture and tourism fields.10-Information and Publicity.

1- Proje Ekibinin Oluşturulması. 2- PRAG çerçevesinde İhale Prosedürlerinin Hazırlanması ve Uygulanması 3-Edirne’de kiosk sistemi kurulması: Edirne’de turistik bilgilendirme amaçlı 8 açık hava ve 8 kapalı mekan kiosku kurulacaktır 4-Nessebar’da 3DProjeksiyon Sistemi Kurulması: 3D projeksiyon sistemi Nessebar’da kurulacak ve kitlesel etkinliklerde kullanılacaktır. 5- Tanıtım Videosu: bu tanıtım videosu Edirne ve Nessebar’ın tanıtımı için kullanılacaktır. 6-Akıllı Telefon Uygulamasının ve web sitesinin hizmete sokulması. 7-Edirne’de UNESCO Konferansı: tarihi ve kültürel mirasa ilişkin farkındalığı arttırmayı hedefliyoruz. 8-Nessebar’da Turizm Festivali.9-Edirne’de Turizm Festivali: bu 2 festival ile, şehirlerimizin ve bölgenin tarih, kültür ve turizm alanlarındaki tanınırlığını arttırmayı hedefliyoruz. Bu festivaller sırasında basın toplantıları da gerçekleştirilecektir. 10-Bilgilendirme ve Tanıtım.

1- Образуване екипа на пректа. 2- Подготовка на процедурите и прилагането им в рамките на PRAG. 3- Монтиране на системи от киоски в град Одрин: информационни киоски за туристите в Одрин - 8 броя на затворени места и 8 броя на открити места. 4- Монтиране на 3D прожекционни системи в Несебър които ще се ползват в обществени културни прояви. 5- Рекламно видео за двата града които ще се ползват за рекламирането им. 6- Отваряне на Уеб страница и прилагането им в смарт телефоните. 7- Организиране на конференция за ЮНЕСКО с което се цели повишаване на осведоменоста у хората за историята и културното носледство. 8-. Организиране на туристически фестивал в Несебър. 9 -Организиране на туристически фестивал в Одрин: С тези два фестивала целим да повишим популярноста на културно историческите места в двата града. По време на тези фестивали ще се организират и пресконференции. 10- Информация и публичност.
