Affirmation of the natural and cultural values in the border region for better visibility and access

The project aims to establish sustainable cooperation between Municipality of Gevgelija and Bansko Economic Development Agency, based on the implementation of initiatives in the field of tourism related to better conservation and sustainable use of the rich natural and cultural heritage in the cross-border region. Activities contribute to enhancing economic cooperation, improving knowledge and experience in developing and implementing joint projects and raising public awareness of the benefits of cross-border initiatives. The project stimulates the convergence of all sections of the population and builds networks for business cooperation, exchange of experience and joint activities in the field of tourism, culture and ecology and provides development of year-round tourism in the cross-border region. The construction of the tourist site "Dinkut" develops the tourism potential through the sustainable use of the natural heritage in the area of Gevgelija municipality on the basis of the implementation of cooperation initiatives in the sphere of tourism related to better preservation and sustainable utilization of the rich natural and cultural heritage in the cross-border region. The actions included interventions which contribute to the enhancement of the economic cooperation in the cross-border region, improvement of the knowledge and expertise for developing and implementing joint projects and raising the public awareness on the benefits of the cross-border initiatives. The project ensure development of all-yearly tourism in the cross-border region stimulates the cohesion of all population groups and build up networks for business cooperation, exchange of experience and joint activities in the field of tourism, culture and ecology. The "Dinkut" tourist site is planned as a place for sports, recreation and entertainment and includes the following attractions: summer cinema; a place for sports and fitness, a children's playground with modern equipment; an artificial climbing wall; playground for football; playground with equipment from natural materials; climbing paths from natural materials for adults and more. The completed tourist site will offer local people and tourists a wide variety of sports, relaxation and entertainment facilities that will enhance the region's tourist potential and enhance the quality of life and socio-economic status of the local population. The implementation of the project involves activities such as: study and analysis of the natural and cultural heritage in the cross-border region of Gevgelija - Bansko; creating a basic document for the development of mobile applications; developing a website, a mobile application for tourist information and providing information on Facebook in the field of conservation of the material and immaterial natural, historical and cultural heritage and resources in the cross-border region of Gevgelija - Bansko; the formation of cultural initiatives and new business opportunities. The project creates conditions for the development of a regional communications network based on an innovative Android and iOS mobile application uploaded to Google Play and the App Store for free download.

Проектот има за цел воспоставување на одржлива соработка помеѓу Општина Гевгелија и Агенцијата за економски развој Банско, врз основа на спроведувањето на иницијативи за соработка во областа на туризмот, поврзани со подобра заштита и одржливо користење на богатото природно и културно наследство во прекуграничниот регион. Активностите придонесуваат за зајакнување на економската соработка, подобрување на знаењето и искуството за развој и имплементација на заеднички проекти и подигнување на свеста на јавноста за придобивките од прекуграничните иницијативи. Проектот стимулира приближување на сите групи од населението и гради мрежа за деловна соработка, размена на искуства и заеднички активности во областа на туризмот, културата и екологијата и обезбедува развој на целогодишен туризам во прекуграничниот регион. Изградбата на туристичкиот објект "Динкут" развива туристичкиот потенцијал преку одржливо користење на природноте наследство во регионот на општина Гевгелија. Туристичкиот објект "Динкут" е планиран како место за спорт, рекреација и забава и ги вклучува следните атракции: летно кино, простор за спорт и фитнес, детско игралиште со модерна опрема, вештачки ѕид за искачување, игралиште за фудбал, игралиште со опрема од природни материјали, качувачки патеки од природни материјали за возрасни и други атракции. Завршениот туристичкиот објект ќе им предложи на локалните граѓани и на туристите богата разновидност на објекти за спорт, релаксација и забава, кои ќе го подобрат туристичкиот потенцијал на регионот и ќе го зголемат квалитетот на живот и социо-економскиот статус на локалното население. Исполнувањето на проектот е поврзано со активности како: истражување и анализа на природното и културното наследство во прекуграничниот регион Гевгелија - Банско; создавање основен документ за развој на мобилни апликации; развој на веб-сајт, мобилна апликација за туристички информации и обезбедување на информации на Facebook во сферата на заштитата на материјалното и нематеријалното природно, историско и културно наследство и ресурси во прекуграничниот регион Гевгелија - Банско; формирање на културни иницијативи и нови деловни можности. Проектот создава услови за развој на регионална комуникациска мрежа за размена на информации, базирана на иновативно мобилна апликација за Android и iOS, поставени на Google Play и App Store за бесплатно симнување.

Проектът цели установяване на устойчиво сътрудничество между Община Гевгелия и Агенция за икономическо развитие Банско, въз основа на осъществяването на инициативи за сътрудничество в областта на туризма, свързани с по-добро опазване и устойчиво използване на богатото природно и културно наследство в трансграничния регион. Дейностите допринасят за засилване на икономическото сътрудничество, подобряване на знанията и опита за разработване и изпълнение на съвместни проекти и повишаване на осведомеността на обществеността, относно ползите от трансграничните инициативи. Проектът стимулира сближаването на всички групи от населението и изгражда мрежи за бизнес сътрудничество, обмен на опит и съвместни дейности в областта на туризма, културата и екологията и осигурява развитие на целогодишен туризъм в трансграничния регион. Изграждането на туристическия обект "Динкут" развива туристическия потенциал чрез устойчивото използване на природното наследство в района на община Гевгелия. Туристическият обект "Динкут" е планиран като място за спорт, отдих и развлечения и включва следните атракции: лятно кино; място за спорт и фитнес, детска площадка с модерно оборудване; изкуствена стена за катерене; детска площадка за футбол; детска площадка с оборудване от естествени материали; пътеки за катерене от естествени материали за възрастни и др. Завършеният туристическият обект ще предложи на местните хора и туристите богато разнообразие от съоръжения за спорт, релакс и развлечения, които ще подобрят туристическия потенциал на региона и ще повишат качеството на живот и социално-икономическия статус на местното население. Изпълнението на проекта е свързано дейности като: проучване и анализ на природното и културно наследство в трансграничния регион Гевгелия - Банско; създаване на основен документ за разработването на мобилни приложения; разработване на уеб сайт, мобилно приложение за туристическа информация и осигуряване на информация във Facebook в сферата на опазването на материалното и нематериалното природно, историческо и културно наследство и ресурси в трансграничния регион Гевгелия – Банско; формиране на културни инициативи и нови бизнес възможности. Проектът създава условия за развитие на регионална комуникационна мрежа за обмен на информация, базирана на иновативно мобилно приложение за Android и iOS, качено в Google Play и App Store, за безплатно изтегляне.

The proposed action aimed establishment of sustainable cooperation between the Municipality of Gevgelija and EDA Bansko on the basis of the implementation of cooperation initiatives in the sphere of tourism-related to better preservation and sustainable utilization of the rich natural and cultural heritage in the cross-border region. The action envisioned interventions that contribute to enhancing economic cooperation in the cross-border region, improvement of the knowledge and expertise for developing and implementing joint projects and raising the public awareness on the benefits of the cross-border initiatives. Following the completion of the project implementation, we expect to provide annual tourism development in the cross-border region, which will have a positive impact on the development of other economic sectors, such as infrastructure improvements, servicing, modern communication services, etc. in the border region. The high relevance of the current proposal for the needs and conditions of tourism development in the border areas of both countries stimulated the cohesion of all population groups and created networks for business cooperation, exchange of experiences and joint activities in the field of tourism, culture and ecology.

Number of created/reconstructed facilities for disabled people for access to or in the supported touristic sites number;1.00;The tourist site Dinkjut- a place of sport, relaxation and entertainment in Gevgelija is constructed so that people with disabilities have free access to the site. The tourist site has 2 (two) entrances to access and accessible to everyone.
