Работен пакет 1: Разработване на съвместен маркетинг план за региона. Обучения за местните организатори и представители на бизнеса по планиране на дестинации. (4 - дневен пакет: 2 дни Узункьопрю, 2 дни Хасково). Обучения за местните организатори и представители на бизнеса по маркетинг на дестинации. (4 -дневен пакет: 2 дни Узункьопрю, 2 дни Хасково). Срещи на маркетинг комисии. (4 - дневен пакет: 2 дни Узункьопрю, 2 дни Хасково). Подобряване на капацитета за услуги на партньорите по проекта. Работен пакет 2: Разработване на рекламни материали за трансграничен туризъм. Кратки рекламни клипове (5 клипа - маркетинг и популяризиране). Уеб и мобилни инструменти (уеб и мобилни оптимизирани инструменти). Публикувани документи (каталог и брошури). Работен пакет 3: Маркетинг кампания за трансграничен туризъм. Маркетинг в социалните медии. Международни изложения за туризъм.

Achievements (EN):

The project partners have implemented the activities according to the schedule. The general objective of the project is to realize the tourism potential of the region. The specific objective is developing border tourism which is a rising trend for international tourists. In previous decades, tourism concept was going famous beaches of a single country. With the changes of technology, especially in networking, the concept of the tourism has also changed. Today people want to visit more than one country, recognize those countries’ cultural, historical heritage along with foods, national events etc. People also want to take photos of the trip and share them via facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. With that being said, Project Partners decided to promote cross-border region to stimulate people to visit Uzunkopru-Haskovo destination, raise the awareness of cultural and historical heritage, present local foods to target groups within the concept of the project “One Destination Two Countries”. In this regard, partners decided to create new horizons for the target groups by showing the potential of the region. To do this, one must know the powerful areas, opportunities, weaknesses and threats for the region and create a plan out of it. Project partners, businessmen, local authorities, representatives of tourist centers gathered together to train themselves and promote the region with the information learned through trainings. To reach maximum amount of people possible partners created social media account, web-site and programmed a mobile application. First, partners created enough promotional materials. 1000 Brochures, 1000 catalogues, 500 magnets. Following those, with the help of professionals, over 35 minutes long, documentary like videos of the region has been shot and designed which took almost 4 months. The promotional materials alone were not sufficient. To stimulate the potential tourist, tour operators and entrepreneurs to visit, form tours or even invest in the region, those materials must have been presented via the best way possible, which is distributing them at one of the largely known international tourism fair: Berlin International Tourism Fair. Partners rented a stand and distributed all the materials that have been prepared at that fair. According to official report of the tourism fair “10,000 companies and organisations from 186 countries exhibited their products and services to around 170,000 visitors, including 110.000 trade visitors”.

Дейностите са изпълнени съгласно предвидения план-график. Основната цел на проекта е да се реализира туристическият потенциал на региона. Конкретната цел е развитие на граничния туризъм, което е нарастваща тенденция за международните туристи. През предходните десетилетия концепцията за туризма бе да отидеш на известен плаж в някоя държава. С промените в технологиите, особено в комуникациите, концепцията за туризма също се промени. Днес хората искат да посетят повече от една държава, да опознаят културното, историческото наследство на тези държави, както и местните храни, национални събития и т.н. Хората също така искат да направят снимки на пътуването си и да ги споделят чрез facebook, Instagram, Twitter и др. Предвид горепосочените промени, партньорите по проекта решиха да популяризират трансграничния регион и да насърчат хората да посетят дестинацията Узункьопру-Хасково, да повишат осведомеността за културно-историческото наследство, да представят местните храни на целевите групи в рамките на концепцията на проекта "Една дестинация две страни ". В тази връзка партньорите решиха да създадат нови хоризонти за целевите групи, като покажат потенциала на региона. За да се направи това, трябва да се знаят силните страни, възможностите, слабостите и заплахите за региона и да се създаде план от него. Партньорите по проекта, бизнесмени, местни органи, представители на туристически центрове се събраха, за да се обучат и да популяризират региона с информацията, получена чрез обучения. За да достигнат до възможно най-много хора, партньори създадоха профил в социална медиа, уеб сайт и мобилно приложение. Първо, партньорите разработиха достатъчно рекламни материали: 1000 брошури, 1000 каталога, 500 магнита. След това, в рамките на почти 4 месеца, с помощта на професионалисти, заснеха и оформиха документални филми за региона с продължителност над 35 минути. Само рекламни материали не бяха достатъчни. За да се насърчат потенциалните туристи, туроператорите и предприемачите да посещават, да организират екскурзии или дори да инвестират в региона, тези материали трябва да се представят по най-добрия възможен начин, като да ги разпространиш на едно от най-известните международно туристически изложения: Международното Туристическо Изложение в Берлин. Партньорите наеха щанд и разпространиха всички създадени по проекта материали на това изложение. Според официалния доклад на туристическото изложение "10 000 фирми и организации от 186 страни изложиха своите продукти и услуги пред около 170 000 посетители, включително 110 000 търговски посетители".
