Description (EN): The project aims to build capacity of young people from the cross border area in entrepreneurship, business development and management and showing the potential for starting of new business through trainings, educational programmes and capacity building initiatives as path to successful business. Creating a network for cooperation between young people from the CBC area in the field of entrepreneurship and business development. Developing network for providing a space for sharing opinions, discussing on common problems, searching partners for realisation of joint projects. The main objectives of the Start-up Network and Start-up Academy are to build competences to the young people from the CBC area in entrepreneurship through series of events, open discussions, trainings with information and educational materials, uploaded on the Internet platform. Development of virtual instrument - the Virtual company for the acquiring practical skills in management, marketing, customer relations and other relevant issues. Virtual company piloting simulation creating training of young people on how to develop and manage business in a simulated real environment.

Креирање на мрежа за соработка меѓу младите луѓе од прекуграничниот регион во областа на претприемништвото и развој на бизнисот. Развивање на мрежа за обезбедување на простор за размена на мислења, дискутирање за заедничките проблеми, барање партнери за реализација на заеднички проекти. Главните цели на start-up мрежата и Start-up Академијата и мрежата е да се изградат компетенции на младите луѓе од прекуграничниот регион за соработка во претприемништвото преку серија на настани, отворени дискусии, обуки со информации и едукативни материјали, поставени на интернет платформа. Развој на виртуелни инструменти - Виртуелна компанија за стекнување практични вештини за менаџмент, маркетинг, односи со клиентите и други релевантни прашања. Виртуелна компанија со симулација ке создаде можност за обука на младите луѓе за тоа како да развијат и да управуваат со бизнис во симулирана вистинска средина.

Създаване на мрежа за сътрудничество между младите хора от ТГС зона в областта на предприемачеството и бизнес развитието. Разработване на мрежа за предоставяне на място за споделяне на становища, обсъждане на общи проблеми, търсене на партньори за осъществяване на съвместни проекти. Основните цели на Стартовата Мрежа и Стартовата Академия са изграждане на компетенции у младите хора от ТГС зона в предприемачеството чрез серия от събития, открити дискусии, обучения с информация и образователни материали, качени на Интернет платформа. Създаване на виртуални инструменти - Виртуална компания за придобиване на практически умения в управлението, маркетинг, връзки с клиенти и други свързани въпроси. Read more Achievements (EN): Within the project a network for cooperation between young people from the CBC area in the field of entrepreneurship and business development was created. Established contacts and joint activities were a good basis for new joint initiatives in various areas of business for the young entrepreneurs. Dissemination and replication of the action in other municipalities was provided through examples of good practice and results. As a result of the target group participation in this project, these youngsters gained knowledge, expertise and capacity independently to form a team, network, to extent the final results and to impact to the local development of industry or services. All created information, educational material, online instruments and the shared space for cooperation will be available for free to all interested young people from the CBC area who are interested to start a business and will serve as instruments for building their competences in the field of entrepreneurship, thus encouraging them though process of starting and developing their own business.

Supported joint start-up and self-employment initiatives;1.00;The main goal of the Academy was to provide the young people with the necessary knowledge, skills and competences to start and develop their own business, to inform them about the opportunities for business development in the cross-border region. It had to prepare them with the necessary theoretical knowledge to participate in the Virtual Firm simulation. The Start-up Academy was launched with several training modules on entrepreneurial themes. The trainings included a number of practical sessions, case studies and assignments for given tasks in groups.
Number of participants (split into men and women) in supported training and qualification initiatives;20.00;10 young people from BG and 10 young people from MK participated in the Start-up Network and Academy (10 men and 10 women). They were assigned to join the project after discussions with the project team and after expressing their willingness to develop their business ideas. The whole group of young people participated from the beginning of the project activities to the end
Number of cooperation networks;1.00;The establishment of Start-up Network was made during the educational programs when all the young entrepreneurs were together. Then a platform for virtual firms was created. The online based platform for virtual firms had module for conversations in a forum and connected all the young participated people. In connection with the formation of the Start-up Network and their subsequent training, the young people gathered for the last time all together when holding a two-day Round Table on Entrepreneurship and Business Development.
