1. Study of the tourists’ demand and needs of information in the field of tourist services and products. 2. Supply of equipment for project management. 3. Research of good practices and tourist packages in the Cross –border region. 4. Focus groups in BG & TR for exchange of best practices between representatives of target group. 5. Preparation of visual materials of the cultural heritage. 6. Ethno Happening in BG & TR. 7. Multi-language platform “Cross-border Heritage Center”. 8. Sustainable Tourism FAIR in Burgas, BULGARIA. 9. Promotion and visibility of the project.

Description (TR):

1. Turist rağbeti çalışması ve turist hizmeti ve ürünleri alanında bilgi ihtiyacı. 2. Doğru uygulama ve sınır ötesi bölgede turist paketleri. 3. Hedef grup temsilcileri arasında en iyi pratiklerin ortaya çıkarılması için Bulgaristan-Türkiye’de odak grupları yönetmek. 4. Alanların tanıtımı ve seçimi, video yapımı ve 3D fotoğraf çekimi. 5. Çocuklarımızın seçili bölgelerin asıl göreceğini temsil eden farklı materyallerin dikkatle hazırlanması için atölyelerle Bulgaristan-Türkiye’de 2 günlüketnik. 6. 2. Maddenin sonucu olarak, Burgaz-Edirne sınır ötesi işbirliğinde 2 günlük seyahat sergileri sunulacak. 7. ‘Sınır ötesi miras merkezi’ çok dilli platformun gelişmesi. 8. Bulgaristan-Burgaz’daTurist fuarı. 9. Tanıtım ve projenin görünürlüğü.

1. Проучване на туристическото търсене и нужда от информация в сферата на туристически услуги и продукти. 2. Доставка на оборудване за управление на проекта. 3. Изследване на добри практики и туристически пакети в трансграничния регион. 4. Фокус групи в БГ § ТР за обмяна на добри практики между представителите на целевата група. 5. Подготовка на визуални материали за културното наследство. 6. Етно събития в БГ § ТР. 7. Мултиезична платформа „Център за Трансгранично Наследство“. 8. Туристически панаир в Бургас, България. 9. Промоция и визуализация на проекта.

Achievements (EN):

The project partners have implemented the activities according to the schedule. Tourism cooperation between Burgas city and Edirne is also inevitable in terms of two cities. This project actually came as a surprise as one of the opportunities that opened the door of this collaboration. Such projects are an invaluable source of resources and cooperation for non-governmental organizations on both sides of the border. Project partners have used the project funds for 15 months in line with program principles, project objectives and activities. As project teams, we increased our knowledge and experience. As project outputs we invested in the tourist destination of the Edirne-Burgas region and we added a total of 30 tourist sites to the foreground, including unknown spots as well known from tourist destination points in the two regions. We included Kırklareli in the project as part of the program. We took great care to include Tourist service providers - business owners, eco-tour operators, cultural tour operators, travel agencies, public agencies and organizations, municipalities, NGOs, tourism department students, tourism offices, local producers and tourists. We think that the results of our project will motivate the tourism of the region from the point of directing the 3rd country tourists come to Burgas and Edirne. Especially interesting and detailed information about the tourist sites, common destinations we have developed, web page, catalogs, maps and other products will continue to cooperate in the field of sustainable tourism.

Дейностите са изпълнени съгласно предвидения план-график. Сътрудничество между град Бургас и Одрин е неизбежна възможност по отношение на развитието на туризма. Този проект се появи като една изненада и възможност, които отвориха вратата на това сътрудничество. Този вид проекти са безценен източник на ресурси и сътрудничество за неправителствени организации от двете страни на границата. В течение на 15 месеца, партньорите по проекта използваха средствата по проекта в съответствие с програмните принципи, целите и дейностите но проекта. Като екип по проекта увеличихме знанията и опита си. И, като краен резултат от проекта, инвестирахме в колкото познати, толкова и непознати туристически дестинации на областите Одрин-Бургас и на преден план добавихме общо 30 туристически обекта, включващи неизвестни и известни места от туристическите дестинации в двата региона. Освен това, ние включихме и гр. Къркларели като част от изследването по проекта. Включихме всички доставчици на туристически услуги - собственици на фирми, екотур оператори, туроператори, туристически агенции, обществени агенции и организации, общини, НПО, студенти по туризъм, туристически офиси, местни производители и туристи. Смятаме, че резултатите от нашия проект ще мотивират туризма в региона от гледна точка на насочването на туристите от трети страни, идващи в Бургас и Одрин. Особено интересна и подробна информация за туристическите обекти, общи дестинации, които сме разработили, уеб страници, каталози, карти и други продукти, като например портал за устойчив туризъм, ще бъде на разположение на всички заинтересовани.
