Description (SL):

Projekt želi iz turističnega vidika perifernega slovensko-madžarskega obmejnega območja (na madžarski strani pb. 30 km pas (predvsem pokrajine: Porabje, Őrség, Göcsej, Hetés), na slovenski strani pa podeželske, iz turističnega vidika periferne pokrajine območja Lendave, Murske Sobote in Ptuja) vključiti v turistično ponudbo, in sicer z vzpostavitvijo kompleksnega sistema usmerjenja obiskovalcev, s turistično promocijo ter z zagotovitvijo fizične prehodnosti obmejnega območja. To območje se ne pojavi kot enotna, skupna turistična destinacija, torej je obiskanost območja in število nočitev nizko. Torej je obsežen cilj projekta, da se to območje pozicionira, promovira in prodaja kot privlačno turistično destinacijo. Poleg tega pa je še cilj predstavitev specifičnih stavbarskih, ljudskih in naravnih vrednot posameznih pokrajin, ki sestavljajo skupno destinacijo. Razen tega želi projekt podpirati to, da se posamično manjše danosti razvijejo v enotno atrakcijo, v kompleksen produkt. To bi postalo bolj učinkovito z delovanjem sistema, ki bi usmerjal obiskovalce in bi bil sestavljen iz več elementov. Glavna izhodišča projekta: vzpostavitev kompleksnega sistema, ki bi usmerjal obiskovalce; turistična promocija na programskem območju projekta ter zagotovitev primerne kolesarske povezave obmejnega območja, bodo predvsem koristne lokalnim turističnim ponudnikom turistično manj razvitih območij, tja prihajajočim turistom in lokalnim prebivalcem. Vse to ne moremo zagotoviti le z lokalno ponudbo, samo na eni strani meje, ampak le s povezavo slovensko-madžarske ponudbe atrakcij in s skupnim nastopom. Projekt gradi na izoblikovanem, sodelovalnem partnerstvu. Skozi kompleksni sistem, ki bi usmerjal obiskovalce in uporablja inovativno rešitev, lahko pričakujemo dolgoročne in vzdrževalne družbene in gospodarske vplive na območju.

A projekt a szlovén-magyar határtérség turisztikai perifériának számító térségeit (magyar oldalon a szlovén-magyar határtól számított kb. 30 km-es sávban (elsősorban, Vendvidék, Őrség, Göcsej, Hetés tájegységeket), szlovén oldalon Lendva, Muraszombat és Ptuj térségének vidékies, aprófalvas, periferikus területeit kívánja egy komplex látogatóirányítási rendszer konkrét elemeinek kialakításával, és célzott, a térséget vonzó turisztikai desztinációként pozícionáló turisztikai promóció segítségével, valamint a határtérség fizikai átjárhatóságának biztosításával a turisztikai kínálatba beemelni. Ez a térség ugyanis nem jelenik meg egységes, közös turisztikai desztinációként, így a térség látogatottsága és az itt eltöltött vendégéjszakák száma alacsony. A projekt átfogó célja tehát a térség vonzó turisztikai desztinációként való pozícionálása, promótálása és értékesítése mellett a közös desztinációt alkotó egyes tájegységek sajátos építészeti, népi hagyományainak és természeti értékeinek a megjelenítése, és a pontszerű, elszórtan elhelyezkedő kisebb vonzerők egységes attrakcióvá, komplex termékké fejlesztésének támogatása, amit egy több elemből álló, látogatóirányító rendszer működtetése tesz igazán hatékonnyá. A projekt fő kimenetei a komplex látogatóirányítási rendszer kialakítása, turisztikai promóció a projekt hatóterületén, valamint a határtérség megfelelő kerékpáros összeköttetésének biztosítása a határmenti, turisztikailag kevésbé fejlett területen a helyi turisztikai szolgáltatók, az odalátogató turisták és a helyi lakosok számára lesznek elsősorban előnyösek. Mindez a helyi szintű kínálattal, csupán a határ egyik oldalán nem biztosítható, csak az egymást kiegészítő szlovén-magyar attrakciókínálat összekötésével és közös felfűzésével. A projekt kialakult, együttműködő partnerségre épít, a látogatóirányítás komplex rendszere révén innovatív megoldást alkalmaz, amelyek révén hosszú távú és fenntartható hatások várhatóak a térségben.

The project aims to include the peripheral areas of the Slovenian-Hungarian border region (on the Hungarian side a 30 km wide strip along the border (primarily the cultural regions Slovene Raba region, Őrség, Göcsej, Hetés), on the Slovenian side the rural areas with small villages around the towns Lendava, Murska Sobota and Ptuj) into the tourism offer by the realisation of a complex visitor guide system’s concrete elements, by a targeted tourism promotion positioning these areas as an attracting tourism destination and by securing the condition of crossing the border. Namely, this region does not appear as a common tourism destination; therefore, the number of visitors and overnight stays remains low. The general purpose of the project is beside positioning, promoting and marketing this area as an attracting tourism destination is to present the unique cultural and built heritage and natural values of these cultural regions and to support the merging of scattered and point-like small-scale points of interests into common attractions and complex products. This activity will be supported by the effective operation of multi-element visitor guide system. The local tourism providers, visiting tourists and local residents will mainly benefit from the main outputs of the project, namely the creation and realisation of a complex visitor guide system and a tourism promotion activity in the project target area; and furthermore, the securing of an appropriate cycling connection in the border region, as a touristically underdeveloped area. This development cannot be reached by only a local-level supply but only by connecting and stringing the complementary Slovenian and Hungarian attraction-supplies. The project relies on a well-elaborated partnership and the visitor guide system applies innovative solutions; therefore the project will result in long-lasting and sustainable impacts for the target area.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Kot uresničitev specifičnih ciljev projekta bo vzpostavljen kompleksen sistem usmerjenja obiskovalcev, skozi njegovih elementov (infokartica, doživljajska kartica, sistem tablic usmerjenja obiskovalcev, aplikacija turističnega vodenja, izobraževanje prostovoljnih turističnih vodičev, infozemljevid obmejnega območja, gradnja kapacitete za turistične ponudnike) pa bi območje projekta kot turistično obrobje postalo del turistične ponudbe. Skozi promocijsko/komunikacijsko dejavnost, ki se uresničijo s ciljem obveščanja in ozaveščenja (tiskovne poti, udeležba na dogodkih, publikacije, plačane objave v tisku in promocijski posnetek) bo območje projekta kot skupna turistična destinacija pridobila pozornost stroke in potencionalnih obiskovalcev. Z izgradnjo kolesarske povezave med Andovci–Budinci oz. odseka med državno mejo in Andovci pa bi se pomembno izboljšala prehodnost obmejnega območja. Prispevek projekta k izpolnitvi programskega kazalnika je naslednje: izhodišče je ocenjevanje navad obiskovalcev z anketno metodo, za merjenje števila prespanih noči bomo kot izhodišče vzeli podatke prespanih noči, ki so na voljo na območju, so obstajali pred začetkom projekta, se nanašajo na leto 2016 kot nulto izhodišče. Na podlagi zbranih informacij bomo pri turističnih vrednotah, ki jih lahko promoviramo, namestili čitalnice QR kod (150 kom). Aplikacija turističnega vodenja, ki bo vzpostavljena v okviru projekta, bo usposobljena, da bo s kombinirano uporabo branja QR kod območnih znamenitostih in z določitvijo lokacij uporabnikov aplikacije merila in uvrstila uporabnike kot en dan daljše obiske in tako število nočitev na projektnem območju. S postavitvijo QR kod čitalnice se lahko najbolj zanesljivo dokaže stik turistov z našim projektom, torej to, da se je bivanje turista na območju zgodilo kot rezultat našega projekta. Do konca obdobja vzdrževanja projektne dejavnosti bo število prespanih noči 8000.

Expected Outputs (HU):

A projekt specifikus célkitűzéseinek megvalósulásaként kialakításra kerül egy komplex látogatóirányítási rendszer, amelynek elemei révén (infókártya, élményménykártya, látogatóirányító táblarendszer, idegenvezetési alkalmazás, önkéntes idegenvezetői képzés, határtérségi infótérkép, kapacitásépítés turisztikai szolgáltatók számára) a projekt hatóterülete mint turisztikai periféria a turisztikai kínálat részévé válik. A figyelemfelhívás és tudatosítás céljával megvalósuló promóciós/kommunikációs tevékenység révén (sajtóutak, tesztutak, rendezvényeken való részvétel, kiadványok, fizetett sajtómegjelenés és imázsfilm) a projekt hatóterülete mint közös turisztikai desztináció elnyeri a szakma és a potenciális látogatók figyelmét, az Orfalu-Büdfalva kerékpáros összeköttetés létrehozásával pedig jelentősen javul a határtérség átjárhatósága. A projekt hozzájárulása a programszintű eredményindikátor teljesítéséhez a következő: kiindulási pont a látogatói szokások felmérése a kérdőíves módszerrel, a vendégéjszakaszám méréséhez a kiindulási értékként a térségben rendelkezésre álló, a projektindítást megelőző, 2016. évi teljes éves vendégéjszaka adatokat 0 kiindulási értéknek tekintjük. A gyűjtött információk alapján a népszerűvé tehető turisztikai értékeknél QR-kódos leolvasókat (150 db) helyezünk el. A projekt keretében kialakítandó idegenvezetési alkalmazás képes lesz arra, hogy a térségi látnivalók QR-kódjának leolvasása és az applikációt használók GPS-alapú helymeghatározásának kombinált alkalmazásával felhasználónként mérje és rögzítse az egy napnál hosszabb látogatásokat, és így a projekt hatóterületén eltöltött vendégéjszaka-számokat. A QR kódos leolvasó kihelyezésével a legbiztosabban igazolható a turisták projektünkkel való érintkezése, tehát hogy a turista térségben tartózkodása a projektünk eredményeként történt. A fenntartási időszak végéig a projekttevékenység megvalósulásának hatására a becsült vendégéjszakaszám 8000.
