Description (EN):

The geographically, ethnically organic SI-HU CBC region was divided for long by the Iron Curtain enforcing the borderlines set after World War II. Relations faded, municipalities came to a social, economic decline. The CBC region offers great opportunities for bicycle tourism, which might be the breakout point in the rural area. Several projects have already aimed this goal, however a connected and signposted bicycle road network covering the whole region and a complex biker-friendly offer built on this network has not yet been achieved. Realising this, a CBC partnership of 4 Hungarian and 3 Slovenian partners (lead: Zala County Government) will launch the project (in the area of Lenti, Letenye, Őriszentpéter, Szentgotthárd, Murska Sobota, Ptuj, Ormož, Ljutomer, Lendava). Our goal is to develop a complex CBC cycling destination through intertwining local, regional cycling routes connecting to EV13, being the main north-south axis of the region, and through developing cycling-friendly services and supplementary tourism supply with the aim to integrate the area into the international system of EuroVelo. Main activities: Signposting the SI-HU section of EV13, the connecting regional bicycle routes and Iron Curtain sites; Establishing a cycling connection providing a new border crossing point; Improving cycling-friendly services: cycling centres, e-bike chargers, biker-friendly accommodation, joint map and mobile app, thematic routes and tourism packages; Establishing an Iron Curtain historical site; Organizing knowledge transfer events; awareness raising (e.g. workshops, »biker-friendly services« and visitor management booklet); Events (e.g. ICC Day cycling festival, Green Belt family day, EV13 conference); Other promotion (e.g. ICC stamping system, online campaign, branded souvenirs). Through these activities the project will contribute to the diversification of cross-border tourism supplies and to the development of sustainable, common tourism services.

Description (HU):

A világháborúk után meghúzott határszakaszok, a Vasfüggöny évtizedekre elvágta egymástól a korábban egységes földrajzi, néprajzi tájegységet jelentő SI-HU határvidéket. A korábbi kapcsolatok elhaltak, a falvak társadalmi, gazdasági szempontból is hanyatlásnak indultak. A határrégió adottságai jó lehetőséget kínálnak a kerékpáros turizmus számára, amely kitörési pont lehet a rurális térségben. Több fejlesztés is szolgálta már e célt, a határtérség egészét lefedő, összefüggő és jelölt útvonalhálózat és erre ráépülő komplex kerékpárosbarát szolgáltatáskör azonban még nem alakult ki. E hiányt felismerve, ZMÖ vezető partnersége mellett 4 magyar és 3 szlovén partner összefogásával valósul meg jelen komplex projekt (Lenti, Letenye, Őriszentpéter, Szentgotthárd, Murska Sobota, Ptuj, Ormož, Ljutomer, Lendava térségében). Célunk az EV13 útvonalra, mint fő É-D irányú tengelyre rácsatlakozó helyi, térségi kerékpározható útvonalak rendszerbe foglalásával, a kerékpárosbarát szolgáltatáskör és kiegészítő kínálat létrehozásával egy összefüggő CBC kerékpáros desztináció kialakítása, integrálva a határtérséget az EV nemzetközi rendszerébe. Fő tevékenységek: EV13 útvonal SI-HU szakaszának, rácsatlakozó térségi hálózatoknak és Vasfüggöny emlékpontoknak a kitáblázása; Új határmetszési pontot is adó kerékpáros összeköttetés létesítése; Kerékpárosbarát szolgáltatáskör bővítése: kerékpáros centrumok, e-töltőpontok, kerékpárosbarát szálláshely, közös térkép és mobilapplikáció, tematikus utak és turisztikai csomagok;Vasfüggöny emlékhely létrehozása; -Tudástranszfer események, szemléletformálás (pl. workshopok, „kerékpárosbarát szolgáltató” és látogatómenedzsment útmutató); Rendezvények (pl. ICC Day kerékpáros fesztivál, Green Belt családi nap, EV13 konferencia); Egyéb promóció (pl. ICC pecsétgyűjtés, online kampány, logózott szuvenírek). Ezzel a projekt nagyban hozzájárul a határtérségi turisztikai kínálat diverzifikációjához, fenntartható, valóban közös turisztikai szolgáltatások kialakításához

Description (SL):

Po svetovnih vojnah je železna zavesa za desetletja razdelila slovensko-madžarsko obmejno območje, ki je bilo prej enotna geografska in etnografska pokrajina. Nekdanji stiki so izumrli, majhna naselja so pričela družbeno in gospodarsko pešati. Danosti mejne regije ponujajo kolesarskemu turizmu dobre možnosti, lahko bo točka preloma tega ruralnega območja. Temu cilju je služilo več projektov, toda celotno območje pokrivajoča, povezana in označena mreža kolesarskih poti in na njej sloneč, kolesarjem prijazen kompleksen krog storitev ni nastal. Ob prepoznavanju te vrzeli se pod vodstvom VP ZMÖ in sodelovanjem 4 HU in 3 SI partnerjev izvaja ta kompleksen projekt (v območju Lentija, Letenya, Őriszentpétra, Monoštra, Murske Sobote, Ptuja, Ormoža, Ljutomera, Lendave). Naš cilj je povezati v sistem lokalne in mikroregijske poti, ki se priključujejo na cesto EV13, kot glavno os v smeri S-J, ter s kolesarjem prijaznimi storitvami in dopolnilno ponudbo vzpostaviti povezano CBC kolesarsko destinacijo, obmejno območje pa integrirati v mednarodni sistem EV. Glavne aktivnosti: postavljanje kažipotov SI-HU odseka trase EV13, priključenih regionalnih mrež in spominskih točk železne zavese; vzpostavitev kolesarske povezave z novo točko prestopanja meje; Bogatitev kolesarjem prijazne ponudbe: kolesarska središča. e-polnilne točke, kolesarjem prijazne nočitve, skupne karte in mobilne aplikacije, tematske poti in turistični paketi; Izoblikovanje spominskega mesta železne zavese; Dogodki za prenos znanja, oblikovanje zavesti (npr. delavnice, kažipoti »kolesarjem prijaznih ponudnikov storitev« in menedžmenta obiskov); Prireditve (npr. kolesarski festival ICC Day, družinski dan Green Belt, konferenca EV13); Druge promocijske dejavnosti (npr. zbiranje pečatov ICC, online kampanje, spominki z logotipi). S tem projekt bistveno prispeva k diverzifikaciji turistične ponudbe čezmejnega prostora, izoblikovanju trajnostnih, dejansko skupnih turističnih storitev.

A projekt eredményeként létrejövő kerékpáros turisztikai desztináció közös termék- és szolgáltatásfejlesztés révén hozzájárul a térség turisztikai vonzerejének, ezáltal látogatottságának növekedéséhez. A vendégéjszaka számot közvetlenül a csentei szálláshely bővíti: a mérsékelt árú kerékpárosbarát szálláshely hiánypótló beruházást jelent az EV13 teljes SI-HU szakaszán, kibővített (40 fős) férőhelykapacitása, szolgáltatásai révén a bevezetési években többlet vendégéjszaka realizálható: kiindulási érték (2015): 65 éj, célérték (2019): 200 éj (szálláshelyi nyilvántartása alapján). Indirekt módon, az új kerékpárosbarát kínálat révén hosszabb tartózkodás esetén is élményekben gazdag program szervezhető a határtérségben, ami a tartózkodási idő megnyúlását, a vendégéjszakák számának növekedését vonja maga után. Ezt 344,3 km új kitáblázott kerékpáros útvonal, 9 új közös turisztikai termék- és szolgáltatástípus (tematikus utak, turisztikai csomagok, kerékpárkölcsönzés, pihenőhelyek, e-töltő állomások, Vasfüggöny szabadtéri múzeum, térkép, mobilapplikáció, kerékpáros rendezvények) segíti. A projektterület főként a szentgotthárdi, őriszentpéteri, lenti és letenyei kistérségeket, valamint Lendava, Ljutomer, Veržej, Murska Sobota, Ormož és Ptuj térségét érinti, e területek szálláshelyeinek vendégéjszakaszáma 650 ezer volt 2015-ben (a nagyobb fürdővárosokat – azok vendégéjszakáira gyakorolt csekély hatás miatt – nem számoljuk). A projekt révén tervezett növekedés + 2,5 ezer látogató a fenntartási időszak végéig. A vendégforgalomhoz való hozzájárulást a térségben működő szálláshelyek vendégforgalmi adatainak nyomon követésével mérjük: évente begyűjtjük az új kerékpáros útvonalak és szolgáltatások által érintett terület kereskedelmi, magánszálláshelyeinek statisztikai adatait (KSH ill. SORS adatbázis), és ezek összesítésével mérjük a projekt hozzájárulását az eredményindikátorhoz. Emellett, 2019-ben kérdőíves felméréssel mérjük a projekt hozzáadott értékét a vendégéjszakaszámra.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Rezultat projekta bo nastanek čezmejne kolesarske turistične destinacije, ki bo s skupnim razvijanjem produktov in storitev prispeval k dvigu turistične privlačnosti, s tem pa tudi obiskanosti območja. K dvigu števila nočitev bodo neposredno prispevale nočitvene kapacitete v Čentibi: kolesarjem prijazne nočitvene kapacitete z zmerno ceno so investicija za zapolnjevanje vrzeli na celotnem SI-HU odseku EV13, s povečanjem nočitvenih kapacitet (40 oseb) in storitev bo možno realizirati več nočitev: izhodiščna vrednost (2015): 65 nočitev, ciljna vrednost (2019): 200 nočitev (na osnovi odprtja nočitvenih kapacitet). Z novo, kolesarjem prijazno ponudbo bo možno v mejnem območju tudi ob daljšem obisku organizirati doživljajsko bogat program, posledično se bo podaljšal čas obiska in povečalo število nočitev. Temu cilju bo služilo 344,3 km kolesarskih poti z novimi tablami/kažipoti, nastane pa tudi 9 novih skupnih turističnih produktov in storitev (tematske poti, turistični paketi, izposoja koles, počivališča, e-polnilne postaje, muzej železne zavese na prostem, karta, mobilna aplikacija, prireditve za kolesarje). Projektno območje obsega predvsem mikroregije Monošter, Őriszentpéter, Lenti in Letenye ter območja Lendave, Ljutomera, Veržeja, Murske Sobote, Ormoža in Ptuja; na teh območjih je bilo v letu 2015 realiziranih 650.000 nočitev (večjih kopaliških mest zaradi nizkega vpliva na število nočitev v njih nismo upoštevali). Načrtovano povečanje znaša +2.500 obiskovalcev do konca obdobja vzdrževanja. Prispevek k prometu gostov bomo merili s spremljanjem podatkov o prometu v nastanitvenih kapacitetah: letno bomo zbrali statistične podatke od lastnikov nočitvenih kapacitet, na katere imajo nove kolesarske poti in storitve vpliv (iz podatkovnih baz Statističnih uradov), in s seštevkom teh bomo merili prispevek projekta k indikatorjem rezultata. Razen tega bomo v letu 2019 merili dodano vrednost na število nočitev tudi z anketo.
