Description (EN): In rural areas and outside of agglomeration centers, it is becoming increasingly difficult to provide enough adequate jobs. Skilled employees leave, which leads to a further weakening of rural areas. The municipalities Bruck/Mur, Fürstenfeld, Gleisdorf, Hartberg, Jesenice, Kapfenberg, Kidricevo, Kranj, Leoben, Mürzzuschlag, Ormoz, Ptuj, Radovljica, Slovenska Bistrica, Trzic and Weiz as well as the regions Gorenjske, Obersteiermark, Oststeiermark and Podravje are particularly affected and therefor aim for a cooperation to find a joint solution.
Companies as well as specialists and skilled employees prefer locations with the most benefits for them. The main tasks of the location management are the creation of ideal conditions for the expanding of existing companies on the one hand, and the attraction of new companies on the other hand. Furthermore, the location management has to attract businesses and specialists, who invest in those rural municipalities and regions. Hence, location management is one of the most important services of a municipality.
In many cities support in establishing and further developing of a professional location management services is required. Innovative Location will combine the existing experiences and knowledge in a transnational collaboration of the project region, to develop a standardized handbook/compendium which provides standardized tools for a professional location management. The municipalities involved in the project will gain the required expertise as well as develop strategies and implement exemplary measures in a joint “location academy”.
To guarantee the sustainability of the project, besides the collaboration of the municipalities, an involvement of business-minded citizens will be initiated. Information events and workshops will ensure that the bilateral cooperation will be supported by the public in an active way.
Read more Description (SL): V regijah izven mestnih območjih je vedno težko zagotoviti dovolj delovnih mest. S tem, ko se mnogi strokovnjaki odseljujejo, podeželje še dodatno izgublja. Občine Bruck/Mur, Fürstenfeld, Gleisdorf, Hartberg, Jesenice, Kapfenberg, Kidričevo, Kranj, Leoben, Mürzzuschlag, Ormož, Ptuj, Radovljica, Slovenska Bistrica, Tržič in Weiz in regije Gorenjska, Zgornja Štajerska, Vzhodna Štajerska in Podravska so zaradi tega vpliva prizadete, zato si želijo povečati sodelovanje pri iskanju skupnih rešitev. Podjetja in s tem tudi kvalificirani delavci/strokovnjaki se preseljujejo tja, kjer je za njih najbolje. Naloga upravljavcev je ustvariti optimalne pogoje za širitev obstoječih in ustanavljanje novih podjetij.
Upravitelji mestnih občin si morajo prizadevati pridobiti podjetja in strokovnjake, ki dejansko vlagajo v posamezno občino. Zato je upravljanje lokacij ena najpomembnejših storitev občine. V številnih regionalnih mestih obstaja velika potreba po podpori pri vzpostavljanju in razvijanju profesionalne strokovne službe za upravljanje lokacijskih storitev.
Projekt Innovative Locations bo združil obstoječe znanje in izkušnje, ki so na voljo, da bi prvič pripravili standardiziran priročnik s standardiziranimi orodji za profesionalno upravljanje lokacije pri čezmejnem sodelovanju v projektni regiji.
Vse občine, vključene v projekt, bodo pridobile potrebne veščine, razvile strategije ter razvile in izvedle modelne ukrepe na skupni lokacijski akademiji.
Da bo zagotovljena trajnost, se bo zraven sodelovanja lokalnih oblasti spodbujalo tudi konkretno sodelovanje občanov, ki jih zanima gospodarstvo. Informativni dogodki in delavnice zagotavljajo, da dvostransko sodelovanje aktivno podpirajo tudi državljani.

Viele Fachkräfte ziehen weg und die ländlichen Regionen werden weiter geschwächt . Die Gemeinden Bruck/Mur, Fürstenfeld, Gleisdorf, Hartberg, Jesenice, Kapfenberg, Kidricevo, Kranj, Leoben, Mürzzuschlag, Ormoz, Ptuj, Radovljica, Slovenska Bistrica, Trzic und Weiz und die Regionen Gorenjske, Obersteiermark, Oststeiermark und Podravje sind davon betroffen. Sie möchten verstärkt zusammenarbeiten, um gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden.
Betriebe und Fachkräfte siedeln sich dort an, wo es für sie am besten ist. Aufgabe des Standortmanagements ist es, optimale Bedingungen für den Ausbau bestehender und die Gründung und Ansiedlung neuer Betriebe zu schaffen. Anschließend müssen die kommunalen Standortmanager Unternehmen und Fachkräfte gewinnen, die tatsächlich in der jeweiligen Gemeinde investieren. Standortmanagement zählt deshalb zu den wichtigsten Dienstleistungen einer Gemeinde.
In vielen regionalen Städten gibt es einen großen Bedarf an Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung einer professionellen Standortmanagement-Dienstleistung. Innovative Location wird das vorhandene Wissen und die verfügbaren Erfahrungen bündeln, um erstmals in der Projektregion in einer grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit ein standardisiertes Handbuch mit standardisierten Instrumenten für ein professionelles Standortmanagement zu entwickeln. Alle im Projekt involvierten Gemeinden werden in einer gemeinsamen Standortakademie die erforderlichen Kompetenzen erwerben, Strategien entwickeln und modellhafte Maßnahmen erarbeiten und umsetzen.
Zur Gewährleistung der Nachhaltigkeit wird neben der Zusammenarbeit der Gemeinden auch die konkrete Begegnung wirtschaftsinteressierter Bürger initiiert. Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops stellen sicher, dass die bilaterale Zusammenarbeit auch von den Bürgern aktiv unterstützt wird.
