Problem: Die Branchen mit dem höchsten Kunststoffbedarf Verpackung und Bau setzen nur zu 8% (787kt)/18% (978kt) Rezyklate (rPM) ein (Plastics Europe 2016). Hemmnisse sind: unklare Rezyklatqualität, instabiles Angebot, geringes Bewusstsein (EuPC 2017). Folgen sind Abhängigkeit von volatilen Märkten und hohe Belastungen für Umwelt und Gesundheit. Di-Plast startet in DE, NL, LU und wird auf NWE ausgeweitet. Im Fokus stehen Produktionsre B2B-Lieferketten des Verpackungs- und Bausektors. Beide Branchen setzen dieselben Kunststoffe - Thermoplaste (PE, PP, PS, PS-E, PS-E, PVC) - ein, die im gleichen Verfahren hergestellt werden: Extrusion. Dies kann Synergien zwischen den Sektoren ermöglichen. Wandel Di-Plast sorgt für eine stabilere rPM-Versorgung und -Qualität: Sensoring generiert Daten innerhalb der Lieferketten; Data Analytics liefert Informationen über rPM-Qualität sowie Verfügbarkeit; Value Stream Management verbessert rPM-Prozesse und -logistik; Umweltbewertungen validieren die Nachhaltigkeit. 4 Piloten ermöglichen 12 Unternehmen die Steigerung der rPM-Nutzung um 4kt. Uptake Manager (UM) ermöglichen 90 Unternehmen die Technologien einzuführen und die Vorteile von Recyclaten zu verstehen und eine 18-kt-Steigerung zu erzielen. Output 4 Piloten verbessern den Rezyklatwiedereinsatz von 12 Unternehmen mit neuen Prozessen. Wir unterstützen 90 Unternehmen, erzeugen 6 Management-Tools in 1 rPM-Uptake-Toolkit, 1 Website mit Informationen, Tools & Lernmaterialien, 5 regionale UMs, die eine stärkere Nutzung in den Fokusbranchen ermöglichen, 12 Seminare & Multiplikator-Workshops in NWE und eine erhöhte digitale Recyclingkompetenz bei 102 Unternehmen. Outputs werden auf NWE und die EU übertragbar sein. Langfristig 10 Jahre nach Projektende erhöhte rPM-Nutzung in NWE & EU um 113kt durch UMS und Einbettung der Resultate bei Multiplikatoren; 900 geförderte Unternehmen; Instrumente sind für andere Unternehmen und Export weiterentwickelt.

Sujet: L 'utilisation de matières plastiques recyclées (rPM) dans l’ENO est très faible. Dans les secteurs de l 'emballage et de la construction, les plus consommateurs en matières plastiques, seuls 8% (787kt) et 18% (978kt) du plastique utilisé sont respectivement recyclés (Plastics Europe 2016). Les facteurs bloquants sont: la qualité de la matière recyclée, l’approvisionnement, la faible sensibilisation (EuPC 2017). La dépendance à l 'égard des marchés de matières vierges et des conséquences sur l 'environnement et la santé publique s 'ensuivent. Di-Plast initie ses actions en DE, NL et LU et s 'étendra à l’ENO. L 'accent est mis sur les secteurs B2B susmentionnés où des thermoplastiques (PE, PP, PS, PS-E, PVC) sont utilisés, obtenus à partir d’extrusion. Ceci peut donc entraîner des synergies. Actions Di-Plast améliore les processus pour un approvisionnement et une qualité plus stable: L’utilisation de capteurs au sein de la production génère des données; l 'analyse fournit des informations sur la qualité et la quantité des rPM; la gestion de la chaîne de valeur des rPM améliore les processus, l 'évaluation environnementale valide la durabilité. 4 pilotes permettent à 12 entreprises d 'améliorer leur consommation de 4 kt. Les intégrateurs (UM) présenteront les technologies à 90 entreprises, ce qui se traduira par une intégration de 18 kt. Output 4 pilotes améliorant les processus d’intégration avec 12 entreprises sont prévus. Seront produits : 12 nouveaux ensembles de données, 6 outils de gestion, 1 méthode d intégration des rPM, un site Web, des outils et du matériel didactique, 5 UMs régionaux intégrant les rPM dans divers secteurs, 12 séminaires et ateliers et instauration du recyclage digital parmi 102 entreprises. Long terme Dix ans après le projet, 900 entreprises auront été soutenues, intégrant 131 kt de rPM, grâce au soutien des UMs et aux outils présents dans les agences européennes.

Issue: Use of recycled plastic material (rPM) in NWE is homogeneously low. In packaging and building, the highest plastic consuming sectors, only 8% (787kt)/18% (978kt) of plastic employed is recyclate (Plastics Europe 2016). Impeding factors are: unclear recyclate quality, unstable supply, insufficient awareness (EuPC 2017). Dependence on volatile virgin material markets & heavy burdens on the environment & human health ensue. Di-Plast starts in DE, NL, LU and rolls out to NWE. Focus is on packaging and building B2B-supply chains secondary materials. This is advantageous as main products in both are thermoplasts (PE, PP, PS, PS-E, PVC); employed in extrusion production processes. These similarities may result in synergies between the sectors. Changes Di-Plast improves processes for a more stable rPM material supply and quality: sensoring generates data within supply chains; data analytics provides information about rPM quality, amounts, and supply timing; Value Stream Management improves rPM processes & logistics, environmental assessments validate sustainability. 4 pilots enable 12 companies to improve rPM uptake by 4kt. Uptake managers (UM) enable 90 companies to introduce the technologies and understand benefits of recyclates resulting in 18kt uptake. Output 4 pilots improving uptake with 12 companies we support to introduce new processes. The output will be replicable & adaptable for dissemination in NWE & the EU. We support 90 companies to improve rPM uptake by 18kt, we create 1 rPM uptake toolkit with 6 tools, a website with information, tools & learning material, 5 regional UMs enabling uptake in the sectors, and increased digital recycling readiness of 102 companies. Long-term 10 years after project end distribution of results and output embedded with multipliers increase rPM uptake in NWE and EU by 131kt, 900 companies supported. Tools are further advanced for other industries and export.
