Des produits agroalimentaires locaux de haute qualité sur votre table pour le même prix que des produits standards et de masse. C’est l’objectif du projet CAMARG: tester un service web nouveau et facile d’utilisation aidant les clusters de petits producteurs alimentaires locaux à organiser des réseaux de distribution durables et autonomes capables de délivrer des produits sélectionnés chez le consommateur.Les acteurs de CAMARG sont ainsi: - Des fabricants de produits alimentaires: agriculteurs, TPE de transformation et de distribution alimentaire, qui alimentent le e-catalogue. - Des consommateurs: âgés, malades ou pressés, ou les touristes, qui souhaitent obtenir les produits commandés directement chez eux. - Des petits transporteurs qui avec camions frigorifiques se chargeraient de la livraison des produits. Le déploiement des services de CAMARG à une échelle locale va permettre aux producteurs d’échapper à la difficile compétition contre la grande distribution qui demande de grands volumes de produits de qualité standard. Ces producteurs sont en effet de petite taille, nombreux, et chacun capables de fournir de produits de très haute qualité. Bien sûr, les différentes régions présentent différentes conditions d’adoption du service CAMARG. A partir de la technologie basique disponible,CAMARG permettra de développer une solution améliorée, destinée à être adaptée pour saisir au mieux les besoins spécifiques des différentes configurations territoriales de la zone européenne MED

Description (EN):

High-quality zero-km agrifood products directly on your table at the same price of standard-quality mass retail stuff. This is the aim of the CAMARG project testing a brand new and easy web-based service to support clusters of small local producers of agrifood excellences in organising self-sustaining supply networks able to deliver daily the selected food to the consumer locations. The CAMARG actors are then producers, namely farmers, food artisans and small retailers, feeding the eCatalogue with their offer; customers, namely elderly, sick or busy people as well as tourists, willing to have the bought food delivered at home, office or hotel; and carriers, namely small hauliers provided with cooled vans, covering the picking and delivery routes. The deployment of the CAMARG service at the local scale will enable producers to finally overcome the hard market competition with the emerging mass retail business model asking for large quantities of few standard-quality product types, while they are normally small sized, many in number and each able to supply limited quantities of very high-quality selected products. Of course different regions present different conditions for the uptake of the CAMARG service. Starting from the available basic technology the transnational nature of the CAMARG project will help developing an improved solution suitable to be configured and adapted to grasp at best the specific needs of every possible exploitation territory in the European MED area.

Achievements (EN):

CAMARG project is properly running, except for a delay in WP3 activities which caused a consequent delay in WP 4. For this reason the Lead Partner in collaboration with the project consortium decided to submit a formal request for project extension of 5 months and other modifications to the JS (modification of partnership composition, budget and GANTT chart) in order to guarantee a proper achievement of project objectives. The request was approved in June 2019 so the project will officially finish on 31st December 2019 instead of 31st July 2019.CAMARG main achievements per WP during this period are the following:WP1 Project Management: Submission and approval of a formal request for project extension of 5 months (until 31st December 2019) and other modifications. 5th SC Meeting was held in Bologna (IT) with the presence of the PO: presentation of the technical and financial status of the project, the aims reached so far and what are the next steps until the end of the project. Elaboration of a draft CAMARG Platform Joint Property Rights and Exploitation Agreement to set forth the rights and obligations between BISY, the IT provider, and the other partners after the project completion with regards to the CAMARG platform. Submission of the 4th Progress Report and 3rd Payment Claim. Approval of the 3rd Progress Report and of the 2nd Payment Claim.WP2 Communication: Activities have been implemented without significant problems. Finalization of the graphic design of the 2nd Newsletter and the 2nd Flyer. Creation of mailing lists of contacts for the distribution of project promotional material and events. Publication of project news on social media and website. Participation to transnational and local events. Start of GDPR compliance (WP1-WP2).WP3 Testing: CAMARG platform has been customized in each region by February 2019 (Output 3.1) and started to run in real life business in each pilot region by March/April 2019. Finalization of deliverable 3. 2.2, 3. 3.1, 3. 3.2 and 3. 4.1, whereas the report of each pilot testing activities (D 3. 5.1 - 3. 8.1) has been started and will be finalized by Oct. 2019 according to the new GANTT.WP4 Transferring: Activity 4.2 Transferring Portability Plan has been almost finalized (deliverable 4. 2.1) and will be completed soon when each partner feedback will be collected. Activity 4.4 Training Platform has started with a plan for e-training material to be produced developed by IBI in collaboration with SC members.
