I@blue contribuera à la relance du secteur de la plaisance en créant un réseau méditerranéen transnational.Ce projet consiste à partager des modèles d'affaires intégrant les 3 piliers du développement durable et à développer une méthodologie dénommée «3-PBM».Secteur confronté à la crise et au chômage, sa relance ne passe pas uniquement par les aspects économiques.En effet, il faut le repenser sous la perspective d’un écosystème global MED.Nous proposons de créer une base de données transnationale en utilisant «3-PBM».Cette base va permettre de fournir: une masse critique de connaissances sur la plaisance méditerranéenne en termes d'impact économique et d’emploi, ainsi que de diagnostics des forces, faiblesses et durabilité, exploitable par plusieurs utilisateurs, un système d'indicateurs sur la durabilité des entreprises, utiles pour une meilleure allocation des ressources et d'évaluation de leur impact, une collection des meilleures pratiques, modèles et politiques exploitables par les acteurs méditerranéens du secteur de la plaisance afin d'améliorer l’innovation, un matériel de formation pour réaliser des BM durables, en allant vers des principes d'économie circulaire, et pour améliorer la sensibilisation des touristes maritimes. Cette action transnationale permettra un développement durable de l'ensemble du secteur de plaisance de la Méditerranée, en protégeant à la fois la nature, la beauté et la culture de ses territoires et de ses habitants.

I@blue will contribute to the sustainable relaunch of yachting sector (shipbuilding, nautical services, tourism) creating a Med transnational network to help the economic upturn by sharing business models (BM) which integrate the 3 pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, economic), developing the “3-PBM” methodology.The sector is now facing crisis and unemployment challenges, but a focus only on economic aspect would represent a threat for the Med ecosystem balance, from an environmental and a social viewpoint.“3-PBM” application and the systematic data collection will create a database providing: a critical mass of knowledge about Med yachting in terms of economic impact, employment, strengths, weaknesses and sustainability, exploitable by several users (SMEs, policy makers, researchers); an indicator system about the sustainability of the yachting enterprises, useful to the policy makers for a better resource allocation and for impact evaluation; a collection of best practices, innovation patterns and policies exploitable by Med yachting sector actors for performance improvement; training material for the realization of sustainable BM in yachting, going towards circular economy principles, and for the maritime tourists for improving awareness about rules for Med safeguard.A transnational action will allow a sustainable development of the whole yachting sector of the Med, protecting at the same time nature, beauty and culture of its territories and its people.

Achievements (EN):

WP1: The consortium completed the following activities: Steering Committees (SC) planned for the third semester: 3rd SC Meeting held in Rijeka in 03.2018; 4th SC Meeting held in Seville in 05. 2018. After each SC meeting, a minute was edited with the contribution and approval of the entire consortium. A Questionnaire for partners has been distributed to the consortium in 03.2018 for monitoring the state of the art and the PP’s satisfaction regarding the coordination skills.WP2: The consortium shared 5 Newsletters about: SC in Rijeka, IBG Event in Rome, Thematic Seminar in Durres, SC and Thematic Seminar in Seville, WP3 Methodology. The second technical report, drafted by PP2 and revised by the Technical Committee, was edited, using the template created by the LP to communicate the progress of the project in a simple way to all PPs. The iBLUE Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages, website were regularly monitored. A booklet has been uploaded on the web platform and it is been translated in all the partners’ languages. The consortium attended 4 Thematic Seminars and local presentations of the project. The consortium attended 2 Consortium Training Courses. WP3: Thanks to the contribution of the entire partnership and the effective and streamlined communication between academic and non-academic PPs, the consortium achieved the following deliverables: L331 Collection of best practices about yachting. PP1 drafted and developed Selection criteria and Partner Report Template in order to be filled by all PPs within deadlines given in the AF. Each of the partners identified 3 examples of best practices, from an economic, social and environmental point of view, on the basis of some sustainability indicators. Report on best practices cases was written with the joint effort of all PPs and delivered to the LP.L332 Data collection about yachting in MED area. All the PPs partecipated in collecting data about the nautical sector and in the creation of database on national basis. Each PP, following the guidelines provided by LP, selected and interviewed 6 different SMEs (of which 3 are best practices cases), and then wrote case study report for the 6 SMEs. All these deliverables were completed:L333 Database of Med area yachting SMEs. L341 First version of 3-PBM methodology for BMI in Yachting Sector SMEs.L342 Guidelines for methodology application.L351 List of sustainability indicators.L352 Sustainability indicators system.L361 Revised 3-PBM methodology.
