Damit sich die AT-CZ Grenzregion weiterentwickeln kann, benötigen hier ansässige Unternehmen Personal, das über Kompetenzen verfügt, um sich in beiden Ländern wirtschaftlich zu bewähren. Die Bildungsbedingungen in berufsbildenden höheren Schulen und Berufsschulen der Grenzregion entsprechen derzeit jedoch nicht den Bedürfnissen des grenzüberschreitenden Arbeitsmarktes. Dies liegt in erster Linie an der Unterschiedlichkeit der Bildungssysteme bzw. an der fehlenden Möglichkeit der Vermittlung von berufsbezogenen und interregionalen Kompetenzen. Die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit zwischen berufsbildenden höheren Schulen und Berufsschulen befindet sich derzeit noch im Anfangsstadium: Schulpartnerschaften finden lediglich auf Basis von Einzelaustauschen statt und beschränken sich meistens auf das Kennenlernen der Nachbarregion. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projektes ist die pilothafte Etablierung einer grenzüberschreitenden Berufsbildung, die sowohl in CZ als auch in AT stattfindet und die Vorbereitung der Anerkennung der erreichten Kompetenzen. Mithilfe des Projektes soll eine höhere Kohärenz zwischen den Bildungssystemen erzielt werden, um die Ressource Humankapital zu verbessern und dadurch die Möglichkeiten des grenzüberschreitenden Arbeitsmarktes auszuschöpfen. Dieses Ziel bedarf einer Zusammenarbeit der Bildungseinrichtungen beiderseits der Grenze. Daher ist ein grenzüberschreitender Ansatz unerlässlich. Durch die Förderung von nachhaltigen grenzüberschreitenden Schulkooperationen werden gemeinsame systemrelevante Maßnahmen entwickelt und implementiert. Weiters werden Aktivitäten durchgeführt, um die SchülerInnen in ihrem Entscheidungsprozess über die zukünftige berufliche Laufbahn bzw. bei der Orientierung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen und die Humanressourcen in der Grenzregion bestmöglich auszuschöpfen. Kernoutputs:Teilnahme von 200 SchülerInnen an gemeinsamen Ausbildungsprojekten im Rahmen der Pilot-SchulkooperationenTeilnahme von 97 PädagogInnen an Bildungsaktivitäten für BerufsorientierungTeilnahme von 300 SchülerInnen an BerufsorientierungsaktivitätenTeilnahme von 100 SchülerInnen an grenzüberschreitenden PraxisaktivitätenTeilnahme von 55 PädagogInnen an grenzüberschreitenden PraxisaktivitätenLeitfaden zum Aufbau von grenzüberschreitenden SchulkooperationenDamit werden vom Projekt in erster Linie die Bevölkerung und die regionalen Unternehmen profitieren, denen in Zukunft junge qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte zur Verfügung stehen werden, die zusätzlich zu ausgezeichneten Berufskompetenzen auch interregionale und sprachliche Kenntnisse besitzen.

For further development in the Austrian-Czech border region, local companies need personnel who have the skills to prove themselves economically in both countries. The conditions of education in VET colleges and vocational schools in the border region do not currently meet the needs of the cross-border labour market. This is primarily due to the diversity of the education systems and the lack of opportunities to provide vocational and interregional skills. Cross-border cooperation between VET colleges and vocational schools is still in its beginnings: School partnerships only take place on the basis of individual exchanges and are usually limited to getting to know the neighbouring region. The overall objective of the project is the pilot establishment of a cross-border vocational training, which takes place both in the Czech republic and in Austria as well as the preparation of the recognition of the achieved competences. The aim of the project is to increase the coherence between the education systems in order to improve the human capital resources and thereby utilise the opportunities of the cross-border labour market. This goal requires cooperation between educational institutions on both sides of the border. Therefore, a cross-border approach is essential. By supporting sustainable cross-border school co-operation, joint system-relevant measures are being developed and implemented. In addition, activities will be carried out to help students in their decision-making process on their future careers or orientation in the labour market, and to make the most of human resources in the border region. Core output: Participation of 200 students in joint training projects within the framework of pilot school cooperation Participation of 97 teachers in educational activities for career orientation Participation of 300 pupils in vocational orientation activities Participation of 100 pupils in transnational practice activities Participation of 55 teachers in transnational practice activities Guide to building cross-border school cooperation Thus, from the project will benefit first and foremost the populations and regional companies, which will in the future be provided with young, skilled workers who, in addition to excellent professional skills, will also have interregional and linguistic skills.

K dosažení dalšího rozvoje příhraničních oblastí AT-CZ potřebují místní firmy zaměstnance, kteří se dokážou ekonomicky prosadit v obou zemích. Podmínky vzdělávání na středních odborných školách a odborných učilištích v pohraničí momentálně neodpovídají požadavkům přeshraničního trhu práce. To je v prvé řadě způsobeno rozdílností vzdělávacích systémů resp. chybějící možností zprostředkování profesních a meziregionálních kompetencí. Přeshraniční spolupráce mezi středními odbornými školami a učilišti je teprve v počátcích: partnerství škol probíhá v současné době spíše na bázi jednotlivých výměn, které jsou však omezeny na seznámení se se sousedním regionem.

Hlavním cílem projektu je zavedení funkčního přeshraničního profesního vzdělávání, které bude probíhat v CZ a AT, a příprava uznávání dosažených kompetencí. Prostřednictvím projektu má být dosaženo vyšší propojenosti mezi vzdělávacími systémy tak, aby byly lidské zdroje lépe čerpatelné a využít tak možností přeshraničního trhu práce. K dosažení tohoto cíle je třeba spolupráce vzdělávácích zařízení na obou stranách hranice a k tomu je nutný přeshraniční přístup projektu. Vzhledem k podpoře trvalé přeshraniční kooperace pilotních škol budou vytvořena a zavedena společná opatření. Dále budou realizovány aktivity, které pomohou žákům v jejich rozhodování o budoucí profesní dráze resp. v orientaci na pracovním trhu a k co možná nejlepšímu čerpání lidských zdrojů v pohraničním regionu.

Účast 200 žáků ve společných vzdělávacích projektech v rámci pilotních kooperací škol
Účast 97 pedagogů na vzdělávacích aktivitách pro profesní orientaci
Účast 300 žáků na aktivitách profesní orientace
Účast 100 žáků na přezhraničních praxích
Účast 55 pedagogů na přeshraniční výměněRámcový plán pro vybudování přeshraničních kooperací škol

Z toho bude mít prospěch zejména obyvatelstvo a regionální firmy, kterým budou v budoucnu k dispozici mladé kvalifikované pracovní síly, které budou disponovat vynikajícími profesními kompetencemi a meziregionálními a jazykovými znalostmi.

Expected Outputs (DE):

1. Es werden die Grundvoraussetzungen für eine grenzüberschreitende Berufsausbildung geschaffen: durch das Projekt erhalten berufsbildende höhere Schulen und Berufsschulen einen Leitfaden, wie sie mit vergleichbaren Schulen im Nachbarland kooperieren können. Weiters werden berufsspezifische Lernmaterialien entwickelt, die für grenzüberschreitende Fachunterrichte eingesetzt werden können. 2. Verbessertes Berufsorientierungsangebot in der Grenzregion: bessere Förderung und Nutzung von Humanressourcen durch die Ausbildung von BerufsorientierungskoordinatorInnen und Durchführung von Berufsorientierungsaktivitäten. 3. Verbesserte Verbindung des Bildungssektors mit dem Wirtschaftssektor: durch Schaffung einer Verbindung zwischen SchülerInnen und Praxis. Der Kooperationsleitfaden für Schulen, das verbesserte Berufsorientierungsangebot und die bessere Verbindung der Bildung mit der Wirtschaft verbessern das gemeinsame Bildungsangebot nachhaltig.

Expected Outputs (CS):

1. Budou splněny základní předpoklady pro přeshraniční profesní vzdělávání: projekt poskytne středním odborným školám a odborným učilištím manuál, jak kooperovat se školami v sousední zemi. Dále budou vytvořeny specifické učební materiály, které mohou být využity pro přeshraniční výuku odborných předmětů. 2. Zlepšení nabídky profesní orientace v pohraničí: vyškolením koordinátorů profesní orientace a realizací aktivit profesní orientace bude podpořeno a zlepšeno využití lidských zdrojů. 3. Zlepšení propojení vzdělávacího sektoru s hospodářským: propojením žáků a praxe. Manuál kooperace pro školy, lepší nabídka profesní orientace a propojení vzdělávání a ekonomiky zlepší trvale společnou nabídku vzdělávání.
