Das Waldviertel gehört mit seiner intakten Umwelt zu einer der naturbelassensten Regionen in Österreich. Der Agrarbereich ist in der Region nach wie vor ein wichtiger Wirtschaftsfaktor. Neben zahlreichen Initiativen im Bereich Wirtschaft und kommunaler Kooperationen gibt es auch im Bereich Bildung hervorragende Angebote, die sich dem Thema Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit widmen. Die Höhere Lehranstalt für Umwelt und Wirtschaft in Yspertal ist im Bereich Umwelt und Wasserwirtschaft eine Unikatschule. Ein wesentlicher Schwerpunkt der Schule ist die praktische Laborarbeit in Chemielaboratorien. Die Schule möchte ihren Ausbildungsstandard erweitern, um jungen Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben am Arbeitsmarkt vielseitiger einsetzbar zu sein. Die Region Südböhmen ist ebenfalls eine Region mit sehr hoher agrarischer Leistung. Der tschechische Projektpartner die Střední dborná škola ekologická a potravinářská in Veselí nad Lužnicí beschäftigt sich mit den Schwerpunkten Ökologie, Umwelt und Lebensmitteluntersuchungen. Bei Lebensmitteln sind natürlich Inhaltsstoffe und auch Pestizidrückstände und Schwermetallkontaminationen ein populäres Thema. Hier suchen beide Schulen Know How von Partnern. Die beiden Schulen ergänzen sich gegenseitig. Die beiden Schulen wollen einen gegenseitigen Austausch bei Lehrpersonal und SchülerInnen über mehrere Jahre forcieren. Neue, moderne Analysemethoden sollen in die Ausbildung der zukünftigen Arbeitskräfte integriert werden. Ziel ist in beiden Schulen die Ausbildungsqualität zu verbessern. Die AbsolventInnen beider Schulen erhalten eine praktische Ausbildung im Bereich der chemischen Analyse und erwerben fachliche Kompetenzen auf diesem Gebiet. Daraus resultiert ein leichterer Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt in beiden Regionen. In beiden Schulen wird das Qualifikationsniveau ansteigen, die AbsolventInnen werden neue im Berufsleben praktisch anwendbare Kompetenzen erreichen. Damit der gegenseitige Austausch noch einen höheren Mehrwert bringen kann, sind neue Laborgeräte erforderlich. Die praktische Erlernung der Methoden und technische Handhabung der Analysegeräte ist für beide Projektpartner ein Qualifikationsfortschritt für den Arbeitsmarkt. Die Wirtschaftsbetriebe in beiden Regionen, welche Chemielaboratorien betreiben, profitieren mittelfristig von den besser ausgebildeten Arbeitskräften. Weiters erfolgen ein internationaler Erfahrungsaustausch und ein Vergleich der Lebensmittelqualität der beiden Regionen in Bezug auf Inhaltsstoffe, Belastung von Pestiziden, Schwermetallen und Nitraten, sowie Inhalt von Nährstoffen (Sachharide, Fette, Proteine) und Vitaminen. Die Volkshochschule Südliches Waldviertel ist im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung tätig. Die Volkshochschule ist gut verankert in der Region. Im gedruckten Bildungskalender stehen die aktuellen Angebote, auch im Bereich Natur und Umwelt werden Schwerpunkte gesetzt.

Waldviertel patří svým neporušeným životním prostředím k jednomu z nejlépe zachovaných přírodních regionů v Rakousku. Agrární sektor proto představuje v regionu stále ještě důležitý hospodářský faktor. Vedle četných iniciativ v oblasti hospodářství a komunální spolupráce existují také vynikající nabídky v oblasti vzdělávání, které se věnují tématu životního prostředí a udržitelného rozvoje. Höhere Lehranstalt für Umwelt und Wirtschaft v Yspertalu je unikátní školou v oblasti životního prostředí a vodního hospodářství. Škola klade velký důraz na praktickou laboratorní práci v chemických laboratořích. Škola by však chtěla dále rozšířit svůj vzdělávací standard tak, aby dala mladým lidem možnost mnohostranného uplatnění na trhu práce. Jihočeský kraj je také regionem s vysokým zastoupením zemědělství. Český projektový partner Střední odborná škola ekologická a potravinářská ve Veselí nad Lužnicí se zabývá především ekologií, životním prostředím a analýzou potravin. U potravin je kromě obsahu a složení látek populárním tématem samozřejmě také stanovení reziduí pesticidů a kontaminace těžkými kovy. Školy si v tomto navzájem předávají své know how. Obě školy se také navzájem doplňují. Chtěly by v průběhu několika let postupně posilovat a stupňovat vzájemnou výměnu učitelů a žáků. Do výuky a vzdělávání budoucích pracovních sil by měly také být integrovány nové moderní metody analýzy. Cílem obou škol je zlepšit kvalitu vzdělávání. Absolventi obou škol získají praktické vzdělání v oblasti chemických analýz a také odborné kompetence v této oblasti. Z toho vyplývá snazší přístup k pracovnímu trhu v obou regionech. V obou školách dojde ke zvýšení úrovně kvalifikace, absolventi získají nové odborné kompetence, které pak mohou prakticky uplatňovat v profesním životě. Aby mohly mít vzájemné výměny ještě vyšší přidanou hodnotu, jsou nutné i nové laboratorní přístroje. Praktické zvládnutí metod analýzy a technické ovládání přístrojů určených k analýzám představuje pro oba projektové partnery kvalifikační pokrok pro trh práce. Hospodářské podniky v obou regionech, které provozují chemické laboratoře, budou střednědobě profitovat z lépe vzdělaných pracovní sil. Dále budou probíhat mezinárodní výměny zkušeností a srovnávání kvality potravin z obou regionů z hlediska složení potravin, zatížení pesticidy, těžkými kovy a dusičnany a také z hlediska obsahu živin (sacharidy, tuky, bílkoviny) a vitaminů. Volkshochschule Südliches Waldviertel je aktivní v oblasti dalšího vzdělávání. Tato Volkshochschule má v regionu pevnou pozici. Aktuální nabídka je uvedena v tištěném kalendáři vzdělávání, důraz je kladen i na oblast přírody a životního prostředí.

The Waldviertel with its intact environment is one of the most pristine regions in Austria, where the agricultural sector is still an important economic factor. In addition to numerous initiatives in the field of business and municipal cooperation, there are outstanding offers in the field of education on the topic of the environment and sustainability. The college of environment and economics in Yspertal is a unique school in the field of environment and water management. An important focus of the school is the practical laboratory work in chemical laboratories. The school wants to expand its educational standard to give young people more opportunities in the labor market. The region of South Bohemia is also a region with very high agricultural output. The Czech project partner, the college for ecology and food technology focuses on environment and food testing. Food ingredients, pesticide residues and heavy metal contamination are current topics. The cooperating schools are providing each other with information. The project´s aim is to create a mutual exchange between teachers and students over several years. New, modern methods of analysis will be integrated into the education of future workers. The goal is to improve the quality of education in both schools. The students of both schools receive practical training in the field of chemical analysis and acquire specialist skills in this field. This results in easier access to the labour market in both regions. In both schools, the level of qualification will increase and the graduates will acquire new skills that are practically applicable in the professional world. The businesses in both regions, which operate chemical laboratories, benefit in the medium term from the better educated workforce. Part of the project are moreover an exchange of experience and a comparison of the food quality in the two regions in terms of ingredients, pesticides, heavy metals and nitrates, as well as the content of nutrients (saccharide, fats, proteins) and vitamins.

Achievements (EN):

The Higher Education Institute for Environment and Economics has several partner schools in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. For over two decades there has been close cooperation with the SOSEP school in Veseli nad Luznici, which has a scientific, ecological focus. This cooperation was further intensified by a three-year, EU-funded Interreg project in the regions of Austria and South Bohemia. During this period, numerous students and professors from both partner schools took part in the project “Cross-border strategic partnership in the field of food and environmental analysis LAB Ysper – Veseli”. Numerous foods such as potatoes, white cabbage, beer, Slivovic, cheese, minced meat, etc. were chemically and microbiologically examined for various nutrients and ingredients, but also for some pollutants. This project not only enabled the transfer of scientific knowledge between the two partner schools, but the students also had plenty of opportunities to get to know each other better and spend their free time together in numerous mutual visits lasting several days. “There will certainly be such international collaboration between our students again in the next few years,” emphasized Mag. Peter Trötzmüller, deputy director of the HLUW, in his closing speech and said: “Such projects represent a classic win-win situation for everyone involved Students and professors.”

Den SchülerInnen beider Schulen wird eine praktische Laborausbildung geboten und die Fachkompetenz im Bereich der chemischen Analyse von Lebensmitteln erworben. Die Ausbildungsqualität und der Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt werden verbessert. Die SchülerInnen bekommen diese erlernten Kompetenzen bestätigt und die beiden Schulstandorte profitieren von der neuen Ausstattung und sichern den Bildungsstandort ab. Das Analyseangebot können auch die regionale Bevölkerung und die Wirtschaft in Anspruch nehmen.

Expected Outputs (CS):

Žákům obou škol bude nabídnuto praktické laboratorní vzdělání a žáci získají odborné kompetence v oblasti chemické analýzy potravin. Kvalita vzdělávání a přístup k trhu práce se tím zlepší. Žáci obdrží o takto osvojených kompetencích potvrzení a obě školské instituce budou profitovat z nového vybavení a zajistí tím další rozvoj svých vzdělávacích institucí. Nabídku analýz bude moci využívat i obyvatelstvo a hospodářský sektor.
