For politics and administration, climate change and the increasing loss of biodiversity are inevitable challenges that also affect the green infrastructure in many ways. Green infrastructures are often not yet adapted to the needs of climate change on both sides of the border and often suffer from a lack of biodiversity; Green infrastructure is used insufficiently for climate change, soil protection measures and measures to strengthen the ecosystem. The overall project objective is therefore to initiate the adaptation of the existing green infrastructure to climate change in the participating regions, to initiate a strengthening of the ecosystem and to increase the biodiversity of the "Green Infrastructure" and to actively implement climate protection measures by expanding the Green Infrastructure. Core output of the project - Guidelines and programs, which serve as a guidance for implementing measures for thematic involved institutions, in particular municipalities and regional administrations. - Pilot projects, which improve the local environmental situation and serve as a model for other projects by local authorities, regional administrations, initiatives, farmers and businesses. - Information, education and advisory activities: provide information, connect and provide cross-border exchanges for municipalities, regional administrative bodies, initiatives, farmers, experts, and the general public The cooperation is carried out both cross-border and interdisciplinary, building on existing cross-border cooperation. Cross-border cooperation is necessary as climate change and biodiversity are cross-border issues, cooperation between Austrian and Czech partners allows for far-reaching synergies and joint solutions that are not only better in terms of content but also of economic advantage over national solutions.

Pro politiku a správu jsou změna klimatu a prohlubující se ztráta biodiverzity nevyhnutelné výzvy, které se v mnoha ohledech týkají také zelené infrastruktury. Zelené infrastruktury nejsou na této ani na druhé straně hranice ještě často přizpůsobeny požadavkům klimatických změn a trpí často nedostatkem biologické rozmanitosti; zelená infrastruktura se nepoužívá v dostatečném rozsahu pro opatření na ochranu klimatu a půdy a opatření pro posílení ekosystému. Nadřazeným cílem v zúčastněných regionech proto je, aktivovat přizpůsobení stávající zelené infrastruktury změně klimatu, nastavit posílení ekosystému a zvýšit biologickou rozmanitost "Zelené infrastruktury" a prostřednictvím rozšíření zelené infrastruktury aktivně vytvářet opatření na ochranu klimatu. Základním výstupem projektu jsou: - Směrnice a programy slouží institucím kompetentním pro toto téma, zejména pak obcím a regionálním správním orgánům, jako orientace při realizačních opatřeních - pilotní a modelové projekty: zlepšují lokální ekologickou situaci a mají charakter jako vzor pro další projekty komunit, regionálních správních orgánů, iniciativ, zemědělců a podniků. - informační, vzdělávací a poradenské aktivity: zprostředkovávají informace, propojují a nabízejí přeshraniční výměnu zkušeností pro obce, regionální správní orgány, iniciativy a zemědělce, experty a obyvatelstvo. Projekt byl, po analýze problémů, partnery projektu společně naplánován, prostřednictvím společného řízení projektu jsou aktivity projektu koordinovány a dále rozvíjeny. Kooperace se uskutečňuje v rámci projektu jak v přeshraničním, tak mezioborovém měřítku, přitom je navazováno na již existující přeshraniční spolupráci.Přeshraniční spolupráce je nutná, protože klimatické změny a biodiverzita jsou přeshraniční témata, spolupráce rakouských a českých partnerů umožňuje nalézání rozsáhlých synergií a společných řešení, které jsou lepší nejen obsahově, ale mají také hospodářské výhody oproti řešením národním (např. společné programy, směrnice, akce).Nová je u tohoto projektu přeshraniční spolupráce a spolupráce většího počtu kompetentních institucí pro dosažení společného cíle - přizpůsobení stávající zelené infrastruktury změně klimatu, zlepšení stavu životního prostředí a jejího rozsahu. Nové je u projektu "Klimagrün" také propojení zelené infrastruktury sídel a krajiny do společného projektu; spolupráce s novými partnery na témata doprovodné zeleně podél silnic a na ochranu půdy tak například poskytne vstupy pro správu zelených ploch v oblasti sídel. Přípravu a realizaci projektu budou aktivně podporovat i odbor ŽP JMK a JČK . Odbornou spolupráci při tvorbě výstupů poskytnou akademičtí pracovníci univerzit v ČR.

Für Politik und Verwaltung sind Klimawandel und zunehmender Verlust an Biodiversität unausweichliche Herausforderungen die auch die Grüne Infrastruktur in vielfacher Hinsicht betreffen. Grüne Infrastrukturen sind dies- und jenseits der Grenze vielfach noch nicht an die Erfordernisse des Klimawandels angepasst und leiden oft an einem Mangel an biologischer Vielfalt; Grüne Infrastruktur wird in unzureichendem Ausmaß für Klimaschutz- und Bodenschutzmassnahmen und Maßnahmen zur Stärkung des Ökosystems eingesetzt. Übergeordnetes Projektziel ist daher in den beteiligten Regionen die Anpassung der bestehenden Grünen Infrastruktur an den Klimawandel zu initiieren, eine Stärkung des Ökosystems und Steigerung der biologischen Vielfalt der „Grünen Infrastruktur“ einzuleiten und mittels Ausbaus der Grünen Infrastruktur aktiv Klimaschutzmassnahmen zu setzen. Kernoutput des Projekts sind - Leitlinien, Richtlinien und Programme dienen den thematisch zuständigen Institutionen, insbesondere Gemeinden und regionalen Verwaltungsstellen, als Orientierung für Umsetzungsmaßnahmen - Pilot- und Modellprojekte: verbessern die lokale Umweltsituation und haben Vorbildcharakter für weitere Projekte von Kommunen, regionalen Verwaltungsstellen, Initiativen, Landwirten und Unternehmen. - Informations-, Bildungs- und Beratungsaktivitäten: vermittteln Informationen, vernetzen und bieten grenzübergreifenden Austausch für Gemeinden, Regionalverwaltungsstellen, Initiativen, Landwirte, Experten, und Bevölkerung Das Projekt wurde nach einer Problemanalyse von den Projektpartnern gemeinsam geplant, über eine gemeinsame Projektsteuerung werden die Projektaktivitäten abgestimmt und weiterenwickelt. Die Kooperation erfolgt im Projekt sowohl grenzüberschreitend als auch interdisziplinär, dabei wird auf bereits bestehende grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit aufgebaut. Grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit ist notwendig da Klimawandel und Biodiversität grenzüberschreitende Themen sind, eine Zusammenarbeit der österreichischen und tschechischen Partner weitreichende Synergien und gemeinsame Lösungen ermöglicht, die nicht nur inhaltlich besser sondern auch von wirtschaftlichem Vorteil gegenüber nationalen Lösungen sind (Bsp. gemeinsame Programme, Leitlinien, Veranstaltungen). Neu an diesem Projekt ist die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit und das Zusammenarbeiten mehrer kompetenter Institutionen zum gemeinsamen Ziel der Anpassung der bestehenden Grünen Infrastruktur an den Klimawandel, der Verbesserung ihres ökologischen Zustands und ihres Ausmasses. Neu an dem Projekt "Klimagrün" ist auch die Verknüpfung der Grünen Infrastruktur im Siedlungsgebiet mit der Grünen Infrastruktur in der Kulturlandschaft in einem gemeinsamen Projekt, so wird beispielsweise die Zusammenarbeit mit neuen Partnern zu den Themen Straßenbegleitgrün und Bodenschutzanlagen Inputs für das Grünraummanagement im Siedlungsgebiet bringen und umgekehrt.

Expected Outputs (CS):

Poradenství a další vzdělávání k tématu tvorby a managementu zeleně a adaptace na klimatickou změnu: díky využití náplně dalšího vzdělávání bude dosažena popř. posílena ekologická účinnost zelené infrastruktury. Je plánování 170 poradenských aktivit a workshopu, 10 vzdělávacích dnů , 3 zasedání, informační setkání, 18 exkurzí. 8 Pilotní projekty přispějí ke zlepšení stavu životního prostředí v dané lokalitě, a budou vzorem pro další projekty, promítnou se do hlavních směrů budoucího plánování. Vzniknou příklady: klimaticky účelné navrhování sídel, nebo Vinařská oblast Jižní Moravy a zelená síť prvků USES

Expected Outputs (DE):

Informationsveranstaltungen und Fortbildung zu den Themen Gestaltung und Management Grüner Infrastrukturen (GI) und Klimawandelanpassung: Durch die Umsetzung der Veranstaltungs- und Fortbildungsinhalte wird die Erbringung von Ökodienstleistungen der GI erreicht bzw. verstärkt. Geplant sind 170 Beratungen und Beratungsworkshops, 10 Ausbildungstage, 3 Tagungen, 18 Exkursionen . 8 Pilotprojekte tragen zur Verbesserung der lokalen Umweltsituation bei, haben Vorbildcharakter für weitere Projekte, fließen in Leitlinien für zukünftige Planungen ein. Beispiele: Pilotprojekte „Grüne Straße“, „Klimaschutz und Klimawandelanpassung bei Bodenschutzanlagen"
