The project creates a stable structure of cooperation between local cross-border administrations to promote innovation and administrative and territorial modernization. To achieve this objective, the Rural Digital Community network will be promoted, establishing a continuous network of innovation among local cross-border entities. A platform of innovative solutions for e-government and smart governance will be developed, as well as a joint training program in innovation and use of ICT for citizens, companies, local public employees and ICT technicians from local public administrations.

O projeto cria uma estrutura estável de cooperação entre as administrações transfronteiriças locais para promover a inovação e a modernização administrativa e territorial. Para atingir este objectivo, será promovida a rede da Comunidade Digital Rural, estabelecendo uma rede contínua de inovação entre entidades locais transfronteiriças, uma plataforma de soluções inovadoras para a administração em linha e uma governação inteligente, e será desenvolvido um programa conjunto de formação em Inovação e utilização das TIC para os cidadãos, as empresas, os funcionários públicos locais e os técnicos de TIC das administrações públicas locais.

El proyecto crea una estructura estable de cooperación entre administraciones locales transfronterizas para fomentar la innovación y modernización administrativa y territorial. Para lograr este objetivo, se impulsará la red Comunidad Rural Digital, estableciendo una red continua de innovación entre las entidades locales transfronterizas, se desarrollará una plataforma de soluciones innovadoras para la administración electrónica y el gobierno inteligente, y se desarrollará un programa conjunto de capacitación en innovación y uso de las TIC para ciudadanos, empresas, empleados públicos locales y técnicos TIC de administraciones públicas locales.
