Este proyecto persigue el refuerzo de la gobernanza de la Comunidad de Trabajo Castilla y León-Centro de Portugal para la promoción y dinamización del Territorio CENCYL, como espacio generador de crecimiento económico, e impulso de la cooperación de proximidad, potenciadora de la cohesión económica y social. El proyecto contribuye a la consecución del Objetivo Específico del Programa a través de la capitalización de la experiencia de la Comunidad de Trabajo en la gobernanza transfronteriza y mediante el estímulo de las relaciones entre entidades que propicien la identificación, difusión e intercambio del conocimiento y buenas prácticas en ámbitos de interés común.

O projeto visa o reforço da governação da Comunidade de Centro de Trabalho de Castela e Leão, em Portugal, para a promoção e revitalização do Território do CENCYL, como espaço gerador do crescimento económico, e promoção de uma cooperação estreita, reforçando a coesão económica e social. O projeto contribui para a realização do Objetivo Específico do Programa através da capitalização da experiência da Comunidade de Trabalho na governança transfronteiriça e através do incentivo de relações entre entidades que promovem a identificação, disseminação e intercâmbio de conhecimento e boas práticas. em áreas de interesse comum.

This project seeks to reinforce the governance of the Castilla y León - Central Portugal 'working community' for the promotion and revitalization of the CENCYL Territory, as an area that generates economic growth, and the promotion of local cooperation, enhancing economic and social cohesion .
