Delen voor een duurzame toekomst, dat is waar DeeldeZon voor staat. Het project – geleid door Zonnova - combineert zonnedaken, slimme laadpalen en deelauto’s om zo bij te kunnen dragen aan de realisatie van energieneutrale buurten en wijken in de grensregio. Slimme laadpalen zullen de energie van de zonnedaken voor de auto’s gebruiken en omgekeerd. Mijn Domein Energie zorgt voor de realisatie van bi-directionele laadpalen: via deze laadpalen en auto-accu’s van deelauto’s wordt gezorgd voor een stabiele energielevering en -opslag. Buurauto (Nederland), Zuidtrant-2 (Antwerpen) en Pajopower (Pajottenland) nemen de inzet van de deelauto’s op zich. De zonnepanelen worden geïnstalleerd op publieke gebouwen, bedrijfsgebouwen en woningen. Het voordeel hiervan is dat deze gebouwen meestal in de woonkernen staan, vlot bereikbaar en voorzien van parkeermogelijkheden voor de deelwagens. Daarnaast wordt software op punt gezet door I-Leco voor o.a. de belasting van de slimme laadpalen en voor het reserveren, managen en gebruiken van de auto's. Er wordt tevens een elektrische deelfietsensysteem opgezet in Vlaanderen. Kleine mobiliteitshubs worden gerealiseerd waarbij gekozen kan worden tussen een deelauto of -fiets. DeeldeZon streeft in de grensregio naar de realisatie van 80 zonnedaken, 80 bi-directionele laadpalen en 150 elektrische deelauto's, in op elkaar aangesloten systemen . In totaal zullen zo’n 24.000 panelen worden aangesloten. In Antwerpen wordt o.a. onderzocht of in gemeente Mortsel de daken van het cultuurcentrum, de Caleidoscoop en het plaatselijke zwembad voorzien kunnen worden. Deze dicht bevolkte zuidrand van Antwerpen gaat gebukt onder grote mobiliteitsproblemen. DeeldeZon tracht de inwoners daarom warm te maken voor duurzame woon- werkverplaatsingen en de 2de wagen in te ruilen voor een elektrisch deelwagensysteem dat gemakkelijk, betrouwbaar en beschikbaar is. Daarnaast zijn werkafspraken gemaakt voor de plaatsing van een groot aantal systemen in de provincie Limburg in de gemeente Kerkrade, Venlo en Maastricht en in de provincie Noord-Brabant in de steden Breda en Tilburg.

Sharing for a sustainable future, that is what DeeldeZon stands for. The project - led by Zonnova - combines sunroofs, smart charging stations and sharing cars in order to contribute to the realization of energy-neutral neighborhoods and neighborhoods in the border region. Smart charging stations will use the energy from the sunroofs for the cars and vice versa. ParknCharge, together with Enervalis, is responsible for the realization of bi-directional charging points: via these charging points and car batteries of shared cars, a stable energy supply and storage is ensured. Buurauto (Breda, the Netherlands and Houthalen/Helchteren, Flanders) and Partago (Antwerp) take on the deployment of the shared cars. The solar panels are installed on public buildings, industrial buildings and homes. The advantage of this is that these buildings are usually located in the residential areas, easily accessible and provided with parking options for the shared cars. In addition, software is being developed for, among other things, the load on smart charging stations and for reserving, managing and using cars. An electric bicycle sharing system is also being set up. Small mobility hubs are realized where you can choose between a shared car or bicycle. In the border region, DeeldeZon aims for the realization of 80 sunroofs, 120 bi-directional charging stations and 150 electric shared cars. In total around 24,000 panels will be connected. In Antwerp it is being investigated, among other things, whether the roofs of the cultural center, the Kaleidoscope and the local swimming pool can be provided in the municipality of Mortsel. This densely populated southern edge of Antwerp suffers from major mobility problems. DeeldeZon therefore tries to make the residents enthusiastic about sustainable commuting and to exchange the 2nd car for an electric shared car system that is easy, reliable and available.

Achievements (NL):

De zonnepanelen worden of zijn reeds geïnstalleerd op publieke gebouwen, bedrijfsgebouwen en woningen. Het voordeel hiervan is dat deze gebouwen meestal in de woonkernen staan, vlot bereikbaar en voorzien van parkeermogelijkheden voor de deelwagens. Er wordt in Vlaanderen tevens een elektrische deelfietsensysteem opgezet. Hiertoe worden kleine mobiliteitshubs gerealiseerd, waarbij gekozen kan worden tussen een deelauto of -fiets. Via slimme laadpalen wordt de energie van zonnedaken gebruikt voor de auto’s en omgekeerd voor de energievoorzieningen van de aangesloten gebouwen. Dit laatste gebeurt via stationaire batterijen en/of bi-directionele laadpalen. De software die dit allemaal mogelijk maakt, is door I-Leco ontwikkeld en optimaliseert de belasting van alle aangesloten systemen waaronder het gebruik van de aangesloten elektrische auto’s. In Nederland zorgt Fluctis voor de realisatie van de (bi-directionele) laadpalen. In België nemen Ecopower en Pajopower deze taak op zich. Tezamen zorgen de laadpalen, de batterijen van deelauto’s en de stationaire batterijen voor een stabiele elektriciteitsvoorziening. Buurauto (Nederland), Zuidtrant-2, Ecopower en Pajopower nemen de inzet van de deelauto’s op zich. In mei 2020 is DeeldeZon in Vlaanderen ingrijpend gewijzigd. In plaats van bi-directionele laadpalen is er in Vlaanderen gekozen om te gaan werken met slim laden op zonne-energie. Slim in de zin dat rekening wordt gehouden met de belasting van het lokale elektriciteitsnetwerk. Deze wijziging was noodzakelijk omdat door technologische-/juridische- en organisatorische beperkingen er geen sluitende en renderende exploitatie te realiseren viel. Ook in Nederland blijkt in december 2021 er door gelijksoortige technologische- én bedrijfseconomische beperkingen een forse wijziging noodzakelijk te zijn en is de focus komen te liggen op het realiseren van lokale ecosystemen, waar een stationaire batterij de rol van de bi-directionele laadpaal overneemt. In totaal was het doel binnen DeeldeZon zo’n 24.000 panelen te gaan ontsluiten. In Vlaanderen voornamelijk door de realisatie van nieuwe zonnedaken in enkele randgemeenten van Antwerpen (onder andere Mortsel en Bonheiden). Deze dicht bevolkte zuidrand van Antwerpen gaat gebukt onder grote mobiliteitsproblemen. DeeldeZon tracht de inwoners daarom warm te maken voor duurzame woon- werkverplaatsingen en de 2de wagen in te ruilen voor een elektrisch deelwagensysteem dat gemakkelijk, betrouwbaar en beschikbaar is. Vergelijkbare toepassingen vinden plaats in Pajottenland. In Nederland wordt ingezet op de realisatie van enkele kleinere solitaire toepassingen waar een of hooguit twee elektrische deelauto’s geplaatst worden, welke vervolgens via een slimme laadpaal van groene elektriciteit worden voorzien. Deze elektriciteit komt van een nabijgelegen zonnedak, waarop ook een thuisbatterij op wordt aangesloten. Deze batterij is bedoeld voor het opvangen van pieken in het aanbod van en de vraag naar elektriciteit. Toepassing van deze DeeldeZon systemen is voorzien in het Limburgse Hof van Assisi en in de gemeente Den Bosch.

Instead of bi-directional charging stations, Flanders has chosen to work with smart solar charging. Smart in the sense that the load on the local electricity grid is taken into account. This change was necessary because due to technological/legal and organisational constraints, there was no conclusive and profitable exploitation. Also in the Netherlands in December 2021, due to similar technological and business economic constraints, a significant change is needed and the focus has been placed on the realisation of local ecosystems, where a stationary battery takes over the role of the bi-directional charging station. In total, the goal was to unlock some 24.000 panels within DeeldeZon. In Flanders mainly through the realisation of new solar roofs in some suburbs of Antwerp (among others Mortsel and Bonheiden). This densely populated southern edge of Antwerp is facing major mobility problems. DeeldeZon therefore tries to make the inhabitants warm for sustainable living and work relocations and to exchange the 2nd car for an electric shared car system that is easy, reliable and available. Similar applications take place in Pajottenland. In the Netherlands, the realisation of some smaller solitaire applications where one or at most two electric shared cars are installed, which are then supplied with green electricity via a smart charging station. This electricity comes from a nearby solar roof, to which a home battery is also connected. This battery is intended to absorb peaks in electricity supply and demand. Application of these DeeldeZon systems is provided in the Limburg Hof van Assisi and in the municipality of Den Bosch.
