Nieuw grensoverschrijdend opleidingsprogramma voor bachelors met focus op de logistieke sector in de Limburgse regio van Vlaanderen en Nederland. De logistieke sector is een speerpuntsector voor de Limburgse economie, zowel aan Vlaamse als aan Nederlandse zijde. Door de centrale ligging en multimodale ontsluiting behoort de grensregio tot de top 10 van logistieke hotspots in West-Europa. Deze positie wil Limburg ook in de toekomst behouden, mede door logistieke activiteiten met hoge toegevoegde waarde te blijven aantrekken.Parallel met de groei van de logistieke sector, is er ook een snel groeiende vraag naar hoger gekwalificeerd, breder inzetbaar logistiek personeel, vooral bij KMO/MKB-bedrijven. Mede door de voortschrijdende digitalisering en robotisering dreigen daar nu al tekorten te ontstaan aan personeel op bachelor niveau met de juiste kennis en competenties om de nieuwste technologieën te helpen implementeren en aansturen. Het Interreg project ’LogistiekLerenZonderGrenzen’ zet in op de ontwikkeling van een innovatief grensoverschrijdend opleidingsprogramma waarin ‘online onderwijs’ wordt gecombineerd met praktijkopleidingsmodules. Zowel studenten, werkenden, zij-instromers als docenten middelbaar onderwijs kunnen deelnemen aan virtual classrooms, webinars, college tours, student challenges en bedrijfsstages. Deze opleidingsmodules worden in nauwe samenwerking met kleine en middelgrote bedrijven uit de logistieke sector ontwikkeld. Het project wil op deze manier het groeiende tekort aan hoogopgeleide logistieke medewerkers in de grensregio aanpakken. Na afloop van dit driejarige project zullen de ontwikkelde opleidingsmodules duurzaam ingebed worden in de reguliere onderwijsprogramma’s van Hogeschool PXL in Hasselt en Fontys Hogescholen in Venlo.

The logistics sector is a spearhead sector for the Limburg economy, on both the Flemish and the Dutch side. Due to its central location and multimodal access, the border region is among the top 10 logistics hotspots in Western Europe. Limburg wants to maintain this position in the future, partly by continuing to attract logistics activities with high added value. In parallel with the growth of the logistics sector, there is also a rapidly growing demand for higher qualified, more employable logistics personnel, especially at SMEs. Partly due to the progressive digitization and robotization, shortages of staff at the bachelor level with the right knowledge and competencies are already threatening to help implement and manage the latest technologies. The Interreg project 'Logistics Learning Without Borders' focuses on the development of an innovative cross-border training program in which 'online education' is combined with practicaltraining modules. Students, working people, transfer students and secondary education teachers can participate in virtual classrooms, webinars, college tours, student challenges and company internships. These training modules are developed in close collaboration with small and medium-sized companies in the logistics sector. In this way the project wants to address the growing shortage of highly trained logistics staff in the border region. After completion of this three-year project, the developed training modules will be permanently embedded in the regular education programs of Hogeschool PXL in Hasselt and Fontys Hogescholen in Venlo.

Het doel van dit het ZORO-project was om een optimale aansluiting te realiseren tussen zorgopleidingen en een veranderende arbeidsmarkt. Zo wilde het project studenten in de zorg op de best mogelijke manier voorbereiden op hun professionele toekomst. Het project gaf ook aan zorgprofessionals de kans om bij te leren. Door hun zorgcompetenties aan te scherpen, was het de bedoeling om bovendien het personeelsverloop in de zorg te verminderen. Centraal stonden de vier competenties ‘Interprofessioneel Samenwerken’, ‘Technologische Wendbaarheid’, ‘Intrapreneurship’ en ‘Ethisch Handelen’. In een team van zorgverleners zou iedereen de vier competenties onder de knie moeten hebben, los van het opleidingsniveau. Ze zijn alle vier essentieel om de beste zorg te bieden in een snel veranderende zorgsector. Rond deze competenties ontwikkelde het project een training in vier modules, eentje per competentie. De training is er voor leerlingen/studenten, starters en ervaren zorgprofessionals met volgende profielen: - Zorghulp - Helpende zorg & welzijn - Verzorgende (IG) - Zorgkundige - Verpleegkundige (HBO5 en bachelors in Vlaanderen, MBO en HBO in Nederland) De opleiding werd getest bij 76 deelnemers. De ZORO-gids en de draaiboeken voor de vier modules (de leerroutes) laten lesgevers ook na project toe aan de slag te gaan met de ZORO-training, zowel in onderwijs- als in zorginstellingen. Naast de vier modules ontwikkelde ZORO ook een computerspel en een kaartspel. Dit geheel van materiaal is bedoeld om kwalitatieve, interactieve en boeiende trainingen te kunnen aanbieden aan huidige en toekomstige zorgprofessionals. Zo worden de arbeidsvraag en het arbeidsaanbod op elkaar afgestemd en wordt het arbeidspotentieel beter benut.

Achievements (EN):

The aim of this ZORO project was to achieve an optimal connection between healthcare training and a changing labor market. The project wanted to prepare healthcare students in the best possible way for their professional future. The project also gave healthcare professionals the opportunity to learn. By sharpening their healthcare competencies, the intention was to also reduce staff turnover in healthcare. The focus was on the four competencies 'Interprofessional Collaboration', 'Technological Agility', 'Intrapreneurship' and 'Ethical Action'. In a team of healthcare providers, everyone should have mastered the four competencies, regardless of their level of education. All four are essential to provide the best care in a rapidly changing healthcare sector. The project developed training around these competencies in four modules, one per competency. The training is for pupils/students, starters and experienced healthcare professionals with the following profiles: - Healthcare assistance - Helpful care & welfare - Nurturing IG) - Healthcare professional - Nurse (HBO5 and bachelors in Flanders, MBO and HBO in the Netherlands) The training was tested on 76 participants. The ZORO guide and the scripts for the four modules (the learning routes) allow teachers to continue with the ZORO training after a project, both in educational and healthcare institutions. In addition to the four modules, ZORO also developed a computer game and a card game. This set of materials is intended to provide high-quality, interactive and engaging training to current and future healthcare professionals. In this way, labor demand and labor supply are matched and the labor potential is better utilized.
