Description (EN): Stage V of the “Nysa Adventure” project will cover almost the entire support area. The project tasks will be carried out both in the Jelenia Góra sub-region - in Zgorzelec county, Lubuskie Voivodship; in Żary county; and on the Saxon site - in Görlitz county. As part of the project, Zgorzelec commune will build a bike path along the Łagów – Pokrzywnik section together with auxiliary infrastructure, which will join the north-south axis with the Izerskie Partnership. Görlitz county has carried out a comprehensive image campaign for the “Nysa Adventure” brand by way of creating and implementing two marketing concepts: cross marketing and content marketing. Simultaneous use of different marketing channels temporarily connected with each other through time, subject-matter, visual features, and formal aspects, will enable reaching a broad target group. An inseparable element of the image campaign will be creation and development of interdisciplinary exhibitions about the Nysa Łużycka river entitled “City – country – river”, located on either river side, which will be designed by the Nature Museum Senckenberg and the Historic and Cultural Society. Zgorzelec city will revitalise Czerwona Woda lake. Pieńsk commune will adapt some rooms and will establish a Tourist Information Centre; it will also purchase requisite furnishings. In addition, Pieńsk will make signs for 3 bike trails. Forestry Management Lipinki is continuing stage IV actions and will build another bike path section, and Żary commune will develop the area around the water region by way of building tourist and recreational infrastructure close to the existing bike trails.

Zadania projektu realizowane będą zarówno na obszarze podregionu jeleniogórskiego – na terenie powiatu Zgorzeleckiego, w województwie lubuskim – na terenie powiatu Żarskiego oraz po saksońskiej stronie – w powiecie Görlitz. W ramach projektu Gmina Zgorzelec wybuduje ścieżkę rowerową na odcinku Łagów – Pokrzywnik wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i połączy tym samy oś północ – południe z Partnerstwem Izerskim. Powiat Görlitz przeprowadzi kompleksową kampanię wizerunkową dla marki „Przygoda z Nysą” poprzez stworzenie i wdrożenie dwóch koncepcji marketingowych: marketing krzyżowy oraz marketing treści. Poprzez jednoczesne wykorzystanie odmiennych kanałów marketingowych powiązanych ze sobą czasowo, merytorycznie, wizualnie i formalnie możliwe będzie dotarcie do szerokiej grupy docelowej. Nieodłącznym elementem kampanii wizerunkowej będzie stworzenie i rozwój interdyscyplinarnych wystaw na temat Nysy Łużyckiej pod nazwą „Miasto – kraj – rzeka” z lokalizacją po obu stronach rzeki, która opracowana będzie przez Muzeum Przyrodnicze Senckenberg oraz Stowarzyszenie historyczne i kulturalne. Miasto Zgorzelec zrewitalizuje Zalew Czerwona Woda. Gmina Pieńsk zaadaptuje pomieszczenie i stworzy w nim Centrum Informacji Turystycznej oraz zakupi niezbędne wyposażenie. Ponadto Pieńsk wykona oznakowanie 3 szlaków rowerowych. Nadleśnictwo Lipinki kontynuuje działania z etapu IV i wybuduje kolejny odcinek ścieżki rowerowej, a Gmina Żary zagospodaruje tereny wokół akwenów wodnych poprzez budowę infrastruktury turystyczno – rekreacyjnej w pobliżu istniejących szlaków rowerowych.

Die Arbeitspakete des Projekts werden sowohl im Gebiet der Subregion Jelenia Góra umgesetzt – auf dem Gebiet des Landkreises Zgorzelec, in der Woiwodschaft Lebus – auf dem Gebiet des Landkreises Żary, sowie auf sächsischer Seite – im Landkreis Görlitz. Im Rahmen des Projekts erbaut die Gemeinde Zgorzelec einen Radweg auf dem Abschnitt Łagów – Pokrzywnik einschließlich Begleitinfrastruktur und verbindet somit die Achse Süd-Nord mit der Iser-Partnerschaft. Der Landkreis Görlitz führt eine umfassende Imagekampagne für die Marke „Abenteuer mit der Neiße“ durch, durch die Schaffung und Umsetzung zweier Marketingkonzepte. Durch gleichzeitige Nutzung verschiedener Marketingkanäle, die zeitlich, inhaltlich, visuell und formell miteinander verbunden sind, wird das Erreichen einer breiten Zielgruppe möglich sein. Ein untrennbares Element der Imagekampagne ist die Schaffung und Entwicklung disziplinübergreifender Ausstellungen bzgl. der Neiße unter dem Namen „Stadt – Land – Fluss“ mit Standorten auf beiden Seiten der Neiße, die vom Naturmuseum Senckenberg sowie dem Geschichts- und Kulturverein veranstaltet werden. Die Stadt Zgorzelec bewirtschaftet den Stausee Czerwona Woda und revitalisiert dadurch ein neues Tourismusobjekt. Die Gemeinde Pieńsk adaptiert den Raum und bringt darin das Zentrum für Tourismusinformation unter, und kauft erforderliche Ausstattung. Darüber hinaus führt Pieńsk die Kennzeichnung von 3 Radwegen aus. Die Oberförsterei Lipinki setzt die Maßnahmen aus Phase 4. fort und errichtet einen weiteren Abschnitt des Radweges, und die Gemeinde Żary bewirtschaftet die Gelände um die Gewässer durch die Errichtung von Tourismus- und Freizeit-Infrastruktur in der Nähe bestehender Radwege.
Read more Achievements (EN): As part of this multi-level project, a number of measures have been taken to improve the quality of tourist capacities through the revitalisation of existing cycling, hiking, foot, cycling, water and riding trails, as well as to build new tourist routes. As a result of the project, disparities between border areas will be reduced and German and Polish tourists using coherent infrastructure will learn about the traditions, customs and culture of their neighbours by spending their time healthy and active.
In the fifth edition of the project series, nine partners again made joint efforts to make the border area more attractive in terms of tourism and promote the “Adventure Neiße” brand. The border area won, among other things.
new sections of the cycle paths: in the Lipinki Forestry Office and in the municipality of Zgorzelec (Łagów-Pokrzywnik) with accompanying infrastructure;
converted footpaths and cycle paths in the district of Żary;
a new leisure area at the reservoir Czerwona Woda in Zgorzelec, where among other things a bike path, city furniture, leisure facilities, large playground in the spirit of Natural Play were built;
new bicycles (including tandems and electric bicycles allowing people with disabilities to enjoy leisure) and canoes for the Radomierzyce Recreation and Tourism Centre;
a tourist information point in Pieńsk including bicycle and canoe rentals and signs for three cycle routes in the municipality;
Tourism and leisure infrastructure around the water reservoirs in the municipality of Żary (Mirostowice Dolne and Łaz) as well as an educational trail.
An inseparable element of the project was the tourist promotion of the surroundings of the Saxon-Polish border area, including the two exhibitions on Lusatian Neiße, developed by the museums in Görlitz: a natural science exhibition “Life on the River” as well as one focusing on the settlement and social economic development of the Neißeufer: Stories by the river. The project was presented at the tourism fairs in Dresden and Wroclaw; numerous leisure and tourism events, competitions and themed workshops were also organised, as well as a coordinated campaign of the “Adventure Neiße” brand.

In der fünften Auflage der Projektreihe unternahmen erneut neun Partner gemeinsame Anstrengungen, um das Grenzgebiet weiter in touristischer Hinsicht attraktiver zu machen und die Marke „Abenteuer Neiße” zu bewerben. Das Grenzgebiet gewann u.a.
neue Abschnitten der Radwege: im Forstamt Lipinki sowie in der Gemeinde Zgorzelec (Łagów-Pokrzywnik) samt Begleitinfrastruktur;
umgebaute Fuß- und Radwege im Landkreis Żary;
ein neues Freizeitgelände am Stausee Czerwona Woda in Zgorzelec, wo u.a. ein Radweg, Stadtmöbel, Freizeitvorrichtungen, großer Spielplatz im Geiste von Natural Play errichtet wurden;
neue Fahrräder (einschließlich der Tandems und Elektrofahrräder, die den Menschen mit Behinderungen die Freizeitgestaltung ermöglichen) und Kanus für das Freizeit- und Tourismuszentrum in Radomierzyce;
einen Tourist-Informationspunkt in Pieńsk samt Fahrrad- und Kanuverleih sowie Beschilderung von drei Radrouten in der Gemeinde;
Tourismus- und Freizeitinfrastruktur rund um die Wasserreservoirs in der Gemeinde Żary (Mirostowice Dolne und Łaz) sowie ein Lehrpfad.
Untrennbares Element des Projekts war die touristische Bewerbung der Umgebung des sächsisch-polnischen Grenzraums, einschließlich der zwei Ausstellungen zur Lausitzer Neiße, erarbeitet durch die Museen in Görlitz: eine naturwissenschaftliche Ausstellung „Leben am Fluss” sowie eine mit Schwerpunkt auf die Besiedlung und sozialwirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Neißeufer: „Geschichten am Fluss”. Das Projekt wurde auf den Tourismusmessen in Dresden und Breslau präsentiert; auch wurden zahlreiche Freizeit- und Tourismusevents, Wettbewerbe und Themenworkshops organisiert, sowie eine koordinierte Kampagne der Marke „Abenteuer Neiße” durchgeführt.
