Description (EN):

The aim of the project is to introduce the apprenticeship training system as an improvement of the dual system, and also to interest youngsters in this form of vocational education. Chambers and other institutions can play an important coordinating role in this. Both neighbouring countries have similar education system; at the same they use different work methods during cooperation with youngster and enterprises. Chambers in the two countries have different tasks and competences, Hungarian Chambers have larger scope of authority in the education system. The current scheme often does not meet the needs of the labour market on either sides of the border. We would like to create conditions for both the dual and apprenticeship system and bring them closer to companies and youngsters. Through the exchange of good practices and experiences of project partners, we want to improve sustainable cooperation and economic development in the border regions. Implementation would start with a training need assessment, then continue with the collection of companies that would accept student apprentices. We would organize 7 workshops, 4 roundtable discussions, 1 joint course, 3 study tours and several introductions of companies in schools. We would also organise best practice tours for teachers, companies, decision makers and general public in order to get to know their opinions, remarks and suggestions about reorganisation of Slovenian vocational education and the participants become acquainted with the effective Hungarian system. Vocational education experts from both countries will present the model of cooperation between chambers and other institutions in the field of apprenticeship and dual vocational education. The result of the project is a bilingual study on the possibility of introducing an apprenticeship and supplementing the current dual education system in Slovenia.

Namen projekta je zagotoviti uvedbo vajeniškega sistema izobraževanja, kot nadgradnjo dualnega, ter zainteresirati mlade za tako obliko poklicnega izobraževanja. Pri tem lahko zbornice in druge institucije igramo pomembno usklajevalno vlogo. Saj imata obe sosednji državi podobne šolske sisteme, obenem pa sta razvili različne metode dela z mladimi in podjetji. Zbornice imamo tako različne naloge in pooblastila. Madžarske imajo več pristojnosti v sistemu izobraževanja in odgovorno nalogo pri razvoju kadrov. Vseeno pa sedanji sistem pogosto ne zadovoljuje potrebe trga dela tako na eni kot drugi strani meje. Obema sistemoma, tako dualnemu kot vajeniškemu, bi želeli ustvariti pogoje in ju približati podjetjem in mladim. Z izmenjavo dobrih praks in izkušenj med projektnimi partnerji pa izboljšati trajnostno sodelovanje in gospodarski razvoj v obmejnih regijah. Izvajanje bi začeli z analizo potreb, nadaljevali z naborom podjetij, ki bi sprejeti učence, organizirali 7 delavnic, 4 okrogle mize, en skupni tečaj, tri študijske poti in več predstavitev podjetij v šolah in organizirali oglede dobrih praks za učitelje, podjetja, odločevalce in širšo javnost z namenom, da se seznanijo z pogledi, pripombami in predlogi o preoblikovanju slovenskega poklicnega izobraževanja, ob predstavitvi zelo funkcionalnega madžarskega sistema. Izkušeni strokovnjaki za poklicno izobraževanje iz obeh držav bodo predstavili model sodelovanja med zbornicami in drugimi institucijami na področju vajeniškega ter dualnega poklicnega izobraževanja. Rezultat projekta je dvojezična študija o možnosti uvedbe rednega vajeniškega in dopolnitev sedanjega dualnega izobraževalnega sistema v Sloveniji, po vzoru dobre prakse sosednje države.

A projekt célja a duális képzés továbbfejlesztéseként biztosítani a gyakornoki rendszer bevezetését és a fiatalokat érdekeltté tenni az ilyen szakképzési forma iránt. Ebben a kamarák és egyéb intézmények fontos koordinátori szerepet tölthetnek be. A két szomszédos ország hasonló képzési rendszerrel rendelkezik, ugyanakkor pedig a fiatalokkal és a vállalkozásokkal való együttműködésben egymástól eltérő munkamódszert fejlesztettek ki. A kamaráknak a két országban eltérő feladatai és illetékességei vannak. A magyar kamarák a képzési rendszerben nagyobb hatás- és feladatkörrel rendelkeznek, ugyanakkor a jelenlegi rendszer gyakran határ egyik oldalán sem elégíti ki a munkaerőpiac igényeit. A duális és a gyakornoki rendszernek is lehetőséget kívánunk teremteni és közelebb hozni a vállalkozásokhoz és a fiatalokhoz. A bevált gyakorlatok és tapasztalatok megosztásával a projektpartnerek között javítani kívánjuk a fenntartható együttműködést és a gazdasági fejlődést a határ menti régióban. A megvalósítást a szükségletek felmérésével kezdjük, majd olyan vállalkozások összegyűjtésével folytatjuk, amelyek készek tanulókat fogadni, továbbá 7 workshopot, 4 kerekasztal megbeszélést, 1 közös kurzust, 3 tanulmányutat szervezünk, majd vállalkozások bemutatkozását az iskolákban. Jó gyakorlatok megismerését szervezünk a pedagógusok, a vállalkozások, a döntéshozók és a széleskörű nyilvánosság számára azzal a céllal, hogy véleményekkel, észrevételekkel és javaslatokkal szolgáljanak a szlovén szakképzés átalakítására vonatkozóan, megismerve a hatékonyan működő magyar rendszert. A két ország tapasztalt szakemberei bemutatják a kamarák és egyéb intézmények közötti jó együttműködési modellt a gyakornoki és a duális szakképzés területén. A projekteredmény egy kétnyelvű tanulmány lesz a gyakornoki képzés bevezetésének lehetőségéről és a jelenlegi szlovéniai duális szakképzés kiegészítéséről, a szomszédos ország bevált gyakorlatainak példájára.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Ključni rezultat našega projekta je spoznati delo posameznih institucij (zbornic, regijske organizacije ter osnovnih in srednjih šol) na področju vajeništva, poklicnega in dualnega izobraževanja. Spoznane dobre prakse želimo vpeljati na področju celotne regije, s tem zagotoviti uspešno poklicno pot mladim in dober kadrovski potencial podjetjem. Dosedanje delo na področju razvoja človeških virov kaže na to, da bi bilo potrebno vključiti še več partnerjev. Najpomembnejši partnerji v tem segmentu so šole, zbornice, regijske institucije in podjetja. V Pomurju ugotavljamo, da sosednji regiji uporabljata podobne sisteme šolanja, rezultati po šolanju, pa so različni, kar je verjetno posledica tega, da se praktično izobraževanje ne prilagaja potrebam na trgu dela. Zato želimo spoznati delo vseh ključnih akterjev v verigi dualnega izobraževanja - da prepoznamo razlike v izobraževanju ter indikatorje in metode, ki prinašajo dobre rezultate prenesemo na območje, kjer le-te manjkajo.

Expected Outputs (HU):

Projektünk legfontosabb eredménye az egyes intézmények (kamarák, regionális szervezetek, valamint az általános- és középiskolák) munkájának megismerése a gyakornoki oktatás, szakképzés, duális képzés területén. A megismert jó gyakorlatokat be szeretnénk vezetni az egész régióban, ezzel sikeres pályafutást biztosítani a fiatalok számára és megfelelő munkaerőutánpótlást a vállalkozások számára. Az emberi erőforrások fejlesztése terén jelenleg folyó munka azt mutatja, hogy számos partner bevonása lenne még szükséges. E területen a legfontosabb partnerek az iskolák, a kamarák, a regionális intézmények és a vállalkozások. Muravidéken azt tapasztaljuk, hogy a szomszédos régiók hasonló oktatási rendszereket alkalmaznak, de az iskola befejezése után az eredmények eltérőek, ami részben annak tudható be, hogy a gyakorlati oktatás nem a munkaerőpiaci igényeknek megfelelően történik. Ezért meg szeretnénk ismerni a duális gyakorlati oktatásban közreműködő valamennyi kulcsszereplőnek a munkáját annak érdekében, hogy felismerjük az eltéréseket, és a jó eredményeket hozó indikátorokat és módszereket átvigyük egy olyan területre, ahol azok hiányoznak.
