Description (IT):

Obiettivo strategico di PRiSMa-MED è innovarela governance e la gestione integrata, nei porti commerciali, di rifiuti e scarti derivanti da pesca, acquacoltura e diporto attraverso l’adozione di un piano rifiuti e scarti pesca/acquacoltura/diporto condiviso tra i partner, da cui ci si attende: - miglioramento di condizioni ambientali, logistiche e igienico-sanitarie, attraverso la razionalizzazione di spazi e servizi necessari ad una rapida identificazione, classificazione e mobilitazione dei rifiuti da pesca; - sviluppo dell’economia circolare legata al recupero integrale dei prodotti di scarto tipici della pesca e acquacoltura, al fine di reinserirli nel ciclo produttivo. Il piano rifiuti si concretizzerà nelle seguenti attività: - monitoraggio e classificazione, attraverso un questionario diretto agli operatori, volto a valutare tipologia e quantità dei rifiuti provenienti dalle attività economiche in questione, nonché ad analizzare le modalità attualmente adottate nei porti per il loro trattamento; - 4 progetti pilota volti a valutare le migliori modalità operative per la gestione e il riutilizzo delle diverse tipologie di rifiuti prodotti o raccolti da pescatori e acquacoltori; - redazione e successiva adozione di un protocollo di buone prassi per la gestione integrata dei rifiuti urbani e speciali tra operatori/enti locali/autorità portuali/gestori. I diretti beneficiari del progetto saranno: i gestori di aree portuali, attraverso una revisione della gestione dei rifiuti prodotti in aree portuali tipici della pesca e conseguente miglioramento delle condizioni logistiche, ambientali e igienico-sanitarie delle aree stesse; gli operatori dei settori pesca ed acquacoltura attraverso lo sviluppo di filiere innovative. Importante l’approccio transfrontaliero, necessario per creare una rete condivisa di buone prassi e condividere nuovi processi produttivi in grado di diversificare l’attività di pesca e acquacoltura.

This project’s strategic objective is to innovate the governance and integrated management of waste and refuse from fishing, aquaculture and pleasure boats in commercial ports. It will adopt a partner shared fishing/aquaculture/recreational waste and refuse plan. The following outcomes are expected: - improved environmental, logistic and hygienic-sanitary conditions, through the rationalisation of spaces and services necessary for a rapid identification, classification and mobilisation of fishing waste; - development of the circular economy linked to the complete recovery of typical fishery and aquaculture waste products, in order to reintegrate them into the production cycle. The waste plan will implement the following actions: - port operator survey to monitor and classify the type and quantity of waste produced by the economic activities in question and analyse currently used treatment procedures; - 4 pilot projects to assess the best ways to manage and reuse the different types of waste produced or collected by fishermen and fish farmers; - drafting and adopting a protocol a protocol of good practices for the integrated management of urban and special waste involving operators, local authorities, port authorities and managers. Port area managers will benefit from the revision of port fishing waste management and consequent improved logistic, environmental and sanitary conditions of those areas; fishing and aquaculture operators will benefit from the development of innovative supply chains. The cross-border approach is important because it will create a shared network of good practices and new production processes for diversified fishing and aquaculture activities.

L’objectif stratégique de Prisma-MED est d'innover la gouvernance et la gestion intégrée, dans les ports commerciaux, les déchets de la pêche, de l'aquaculture et de loisirs grâce à l'adoption d'un plan de déchets et débris de pêche / aquaculture / loisir partagée entre partenaires, de qui on attend: - Amélioration des conditions environnementales, de la logistique et hygiéniques des zones portuaires par la rationalisation des espaces et des services nécessaires à l'identification rapide et la mobilisation des déchets de la pêche; - Développement de l'économie circulaire liée à la récupération complète de certains déchets, typiques de la pêche et de l'aquaculture. Le plan des déchets sera réalisé dans les activités suivantes: • le suivi et le classement, par un questionnaire direct aux opérateurs, afin d'évaluer le type et la quantité de déchets provenant des activités économiques en question, et d'analyser les méthodes actuellement utilisées dans les ports pour leur traitement; • 4 projets pilotes, visant à évaluer les meilleures procédures d'exploitation pour la gestion et la réutilisation des différents types de déchets produits ou recueillis par des pêcheurs et des aquaculteurs; • la rédaction et l'adoption d'un protocole de bonnes pratiques pour la gestion intégrée des déchets entre les opérateurs / autorités portuaires / responsables locaux. Les bénéficiaires directs du projet seront les gestionnaires de zones portuaires, grâce à une nette amélioration de la logistique et de l'environnement des mêmes zones, ainsi que les opérateurs des secteurs de la pêche et de l'aquaculture à travers le développement des chaînes d'approvisionnement innovantes. approche transfrontalière est nécessaire pour créer un réseau partagé de bonnes pratiques et partager de nouveaux procédés de fabrication pour diversifier les pêches et l'aquaculture.
