Terragir3 vise à accroître la compétitivité des PME du tourisme et l'attractivité des zones marginales et insulaires de l’espace transfrontalier en favorisant des systèmes partagés de positionnement et promotion des produits touristiques innovants. L'objectif global est accroître la durabilité de la demande du tourisme transfrontalier en valorisant la typicité territoriale et contraster au même temps le phénomène du «tourisme de masse». Grâce à l'élaboration d'un Plan d'Action Commun, les partenaires conceveront une méthodologie de travail visant à promouvoir et à desaisonnier l’offre touristique transfrontalière, déjà en partie développé avec les projets TERRAGIR 1 et 2, par la qualification, même dans en clé transfrontalière, les paquets touristiques vert et bleu existants ainsi que la création de nouveaux paquets prototypales qui insistent sur les zones marginales et insulaires moins connues. Les paquets turistiques G&B seront mis à la disposition d'un large public, non seulement en raison de la variété des activités proposées qui permettent ainsi une désaisonnalisation des flux (musées, fermes, produits du terroir, le folklore local, le tourisme de la pêche, pêche, sports de plein air, nature), mais aussi pour leur capacité à se plasmer aux exigences individuelles spécifiques grace à la création d'un système de construction dynamique et innovant "à faire vous meme" de paquets touristiques transfrontaliers qui intégreront les sites web touristiques des partenaires (dynamic packaging). La création d'un Plan de Marketing attentive aux besoins des segments du marché précédemment identifies, permettra d'atteindre un large public régional, national et international grâce à l'expérimentation de nouvelles techniques de communication en ligne (marketing virale, guerillaz). Le système offre touristique intégrée G&B Marittimo ainsi créé sera durables grâce à la signature d'un protocole d'entente qui engage les partenaires après la fin du projet.

This project aims to make SMEs in the tourism sector more competitive and marginal and island cross-border areas more attractive by promoting joint positioning and promotion systems for innovative tourism products. The general objective is to increase the sustainability of cross-border tourist demand by enhancing typical local features while countering the phenomenon of "mass tourism". The partners will develop a Joint Action Plan and agree on a working methodology to promote the seasonal adjustment of the cross-border tourism offer, which by the TERRAGIR 1 and 2 projects developed in part. The plan will qualify existing green & blue tourist packages and create prototype packages for less known marginal and insular areas, also in a cross-border perspective. The G&B Tourist Packages will make available to a wide public a great variety of activities allowing a seasonal adjustment of the flows (museums, farmhouses, typical products, local folklore, fishing tourism, sport fishing, outdoor sports and nature). Furthermore, flexible “do-it-yourself” cross-border tourist packages will meet specific individual requests integrated with the partner’s tourism portals (dynamic packaging). A Marketing Plan attentive to the needs of the previously identified market segments will allow to reach a vast regional, national and international public, also thanks to the experimentation of new online communication techniques (viral marketing, guerrilla). The Integrated System of the G&B Maritime Tourism Offer thus created will be sustainable also thanks to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding that will oblige partners beyond the duration of the project.

Terragir3 mira ad accrescere la competitività delle PMI del settore turistico e l’attrattività delle aree marginali ed insulari dell’area transfrontaliera promuovendo sistemi congiunti di posizionamento e promozione di prodotti turistici innovativi. L’obiettivo generale è aumentare la sostenibilità della domanda turistica transfrontaliera valorizzando le tipicità territoriali e contrastare al contempo il fenomeno del “turismo di massa”. Attraverso l’elaborazione di un Piano d'Azione Congiunto i partner concorderanno una metodologia di lavoro finalizzata alla promozione e alla destagionalizzazione dell'offerta turistica transfrontaliera, in parte già sviluppata con i progetti TERRAGIR 1 e 2, attraverso la qualificazione, anche in chiave transfrontaliera, di pacchetti turistici green&blue già esistenti nonché la creazione di nuovi pacchetti prototipali che insistono su aree marginali e insulari meno conosciute. I Pacchetti Turistici G&B saranno resi disponibili ad un ampio pubblico non solo in virtù della grande varietà di attività offerte che permettono anche una destagionalizzazione dei flussi (musei, agriturismi, prodotti tipici, folclore locale, ittiturismo, pesca sportiva, sport outdoor, natura) ma anche per la particolare capacità di modellarsi alle specifiche richieste individuali attraverso la creazione di un innovativo sistema dinamico di costruzione “fai da te” di pacchetti turistici transfrontalieri che si integrerà ai portali turistici dei partner (dynamic packaging). La creazione di un Piano di Marketing attento alle esigenze dei segmenti di mercato preliminarmente individuati, permetterà di raggiungere un vasto pubblico regionale, nazionale ed internazionale anche grazie alla sperimentazione di nuove tecniche di comunicazione on line (markeitng virale, guerillaz). Il Sistema Integrato dell’Offerta Turistica G&BMarittimo così creato sarà sostenibile anche grazie alla stipula di un Protocollo di Intesa che impegnerà i partner oltre la durata del progetto.
