Description (EN):

This project (named after the Italian for "galley/pantry") supports the integration between nautical tourism and local quality food production. It tackles the transnational challenge of combining the two production chains by targeting boating tourists, who can offer a significant commercial outlet with substantial spending capacity. The central objective is the creation of a network of companies that can strengthen the sectors concerned by improving port services and the penetration capacity of agri-food companies in particularly interesting new international markets. An App connected to a website will allow boaters to buy food products and book services (e.g. boat mooring) in ports. The system will be supported by a logistic organisation that will allow the boaters to get the goods upon arriving at the port and provide display cases at pilot ports. The project will create a brand with production specifications and a business model for network companies to manage the system after the EU funding has been exhausted. The cross-border approach will have a significant multiplier effect; in every pilot port, boaters will find a list of other participating ports where they can try out new companies and products of excellence. The innovation of the project lies in 2 main aspects: the use of the most modern technologies and the creation and validation of a model that can be improved and expanded even after the end of the EU funding and beyond the cooperation area.

Le projet "Cambuse" soutient l'intégration entre la filière du tourisme nautique et celle de la production agroalimentaire locale et de qualité. Le défi que le projet relève, avec une approche conjointe et transnationale, est celui de créer un lien entre les deux filières par l’intermédiaire des touristes du secteur nautique, qui se caractérisent par un pouvoir d'achat important et peuvent offrir aux entreprises de nouveaux débouchés commerciaux. Objectif central est la création d'un réseau d'entreprises qui puisse soutenir les filières concernées, améliorer les services dans les ports et la capacité de pénétration des entreprises alimentaires dans de nouveaux marchés internationaux et particulièrement intéressants. Pour ce faire, le projet va réaliser une App connectée à un site internet, permettant aux touristes d’acheter soit des produits alimentaires soit des services (p.ex. une place dans le port). Le système prévoit aussi bien un soutien logistique qui permet aux touristes de trouver les marchandises à leur arrivée dans le port, et la création d’expoventes dans les ports-pilotes. Le projet implique la création d'une marque de qualité et de son cahier de production, ainsi que la création d'un modèle d'entreprise qui fournisse au réseau un mode de gestion du système qui puisse fonctionner même après la fin du financement. L'approche transfrontalière offrira un effet multiplicateur important: les touristes trouveront dans chaque port-pilote une liste d'autres ports participants et pourront ainsi évaluer la possibilité de se déplacer pour voir de nouvelles réalités et essayer d'autres produits d'excellence dans leur contexte de production. L'innovation du projet réside dans deux aspects principaux : l'utilisation des technologies les plus modernes et la création et validation d'un modèle qui peut être développé même après la fin du financement européen et au dela de la zone de coopération.

Il progetto “Cambusa” sostiene l’integrazione tra la filiera del turismo nautico e quella delle produzioni agroalimentari locali e di qualità. La sfida che si affronta in maniera congiunta e a livello transnazionale è quella di creare un collegamento tra le due realtà con il tramite del target turistico dei diportisti, che può offrire alle imprese un importante sbocco commerciale ed è caratterizzato da una significativa capacità di spesa. Obiettivo centrale è la creazione di una rete di aziende che possa potenziare i settori interessati andando a migliorare i servizi in porto e la capacità di penetrazione delle aziende agroalimentari in nuovi mercati internazionali particolarmente interessanti. Per far ciò si realizzeranno una App collegata a un sito con i quali i diportisti potranno sia acquistare i prodotti agroalimentari che prenotare servizi (es. posto barca) nei porti. Il sistema sarà supportato da un’organizzazione logistica che permetta ai diportisti di trovare la merce già in porto al loro arrivo, e preveda la creazione di vetrine espositive presso i porti pilota. Durante il progetto si prevede la creazione di un marchio con i rispettivi disciplinari di produzione, oltre che di un business model che consegna alle imprese della rete le modalità di management per portare avanti il sistema una volta esaurito il finanziamento comunitario. L’approccio transfrontaliero offrirà un effetto moltiplicatore importante: i diportisti troveranno in ogni porto pilota l’elenco degli altri porti aderenti e potranno in questo modo valutare la possibilità di spostarsi sugli altri porti per vedere nuove realtà e cercare altri prodotti di eccellenza. L’innovatività del progetto risiede in 2 aspetti principali, da un lato l’uso delle più moderne tecnologie, dall’altro la creazione e validazione di un modello che potrà potenziarsi ed espandersi anche dopo la fine del finanziamento europeo e oltre l’area di cooperazione.

Achievements (EN):

The conclusion of the project, which brought together and integrated the nautical sector and that of quality agri-food productions through the creation of an application, does not put an end to the spirit of CAMBUSA. The objective of the partners is indeed to keep the network that was created active, extending it to other ports and other agri-food producers.

La conclusion du projet, qui a permis de rapprocher et d'intégrer la filière nautique et celle des productions agro-alimentaires de qualité à travers la création d'une application, ne met pas fin à l'esprit de CAMBUSA. L'objectif des partenaires est en effet de maintenir actif le réseau qui a été créé, en l'étendant à d'autres ports et à d'autres producteurs agroalimentaires.
