This thematic strategic project is the result of the collaboration of 15 partners from the 5 regions of the cross-border cooperation area of which the most considerable part has already collaborated during the previous planning, including projects such as Itercost, For Access, Bonesprit, Arcipelago Mediterranean and Accessit. This experience originated the concept of the Great Tyrrhenian Itinerary (GIT), i.e. organising the various forms of cultural heritage of this vast area into a system of local routes and itineraries. The goal is to capitalise on the current situation, thereby reaching a kind of critical mass. This will allow the partners to consider a tourism placement device that will make cultural heritage accessible to all and enable the economic exploitation of the local identity potential, which results the partners consider essential. Led by the CTC-DP and the Accessit project, three specific objectives will be pursued to achieve concrete results consistent with the programme result indicator: - organisation of a governance model to allow an agreement between the regions to perpetuate the management system of the Great Tyrrhenian Route; - dissemination and transfer of knowledge between social groups to develop public actions that will contribute to broadening the network of partners; - increased number of routes and access gates complying with the principles that the partners intend to develop to formalise an offer of durable and cultural tourism. In order to achieve these goals, innovative tools using communication technologies will be developed to process basic data and come up with offers supported by the implementation of a European promotion plan.

Il progetto strategico tematico GRITACCESS è il frutto della collaborazione di 15 partner delle 5 regioni dello spazio di cooperazione trasfrontaliero di cui la più grande parte ha collaborato già in occasione della precedente programmazione nel ambito di progetti come Itercost, For Access, Bonesprit, Arcipelago Meriterraneo ed Accessit. Di questa pratica è nata il concetto di Grande Itinerario Tirreno (GIT) a costruire per impegnare la messa in sistema di varie forme del patrimonio culturale di questo largo territorio nel ambito di percorsi e di itinerari locali. La posta è di raggiungere da capitalizzazione un tipo di massa critica che permetta di considerare un dispositivo di collocamento in turismo per raggiungere 2 risultati che i partner considerano come essenziali : l'accessibilità del patrimonio culturale per tutti e la valorizzazione economico di un potenziale su che fonde l'identità dei territori. Sotto la condotta del CTC-DP, il progetto Accessit, tre obiettivi specifici saranno inseguiti per raggiungere dei risultati concreti in coerenza con l'indicatore di risultato del programma: - l'organizzazione di un modello di governance che permetta un accordo tra le regioni per perpetuare il dispositivo di gestione del Grande Itinerario Tirreno; - la diffusione ed il trasferimento delle conoscenze tra i gruppi sociali per sviluppare delle azioni pubbliche che contribuiranno ad allargare la rete dei partner; - l'aumento del numero di itinerari e porte di accesso che risponderanno ai principi che intendonno sviluppare i partners per formalizzare un'offerta di turismo durevole e culturale; Per raggiungere questi obiettivi, degli attrezzi innovativi utilizzando le tecnologie della comunicazione, saranno elaborati per la gestione dei dati di base ed offrire la possibilità di estrarre una o parecchie offerte che saranno sostenute nel ambito della messa in opera di un piano di promozione al livello Europea.

Le projet stratégique thématique GRITACCESS est le fruit de la collaboration de 15 partenaires issus des 5 régions de l’espace transfrontalier dont la plus grande part a déjà collaboré à l’occasion de la précédente programmation dans le cadre de projets tels qu’Itercost, For Access, Bonesprit, Arcipelago Meriterraneo et Accessit. De cette pratique est né le concept de Grand Itinéraire Tyrrhénien (GIT) à construire pour engager la mise en système de formes variées du patrimoine culturel de ce large territoire dans le cadre de parcours et d’itinéraires locaux. L’enjeu est d’atteindre par capitalisation une sorte de masse critique qui permette d’envisager un dispositif de mise en tourisme pour atteindre 2 résultats que les partenaires considèrent comme essentiels : l’accessibilité du patrimoine culturel pour tous et la valorisation économique d’un potentiel sur lequel repose l’identité des territoires. Sous la conduite de la CTC-Direction du Patrimoine, trois objectifs spécifiques seront poursuivis pour atteindre des résultats concrets en cohérence avec l’indicateur de résultat du programme : - l’organisation d’un modèle innovant de gouvernance qui permette de déboucher sur un accord entre les régions pour pérenniser le dispositif de gestion du GIT ; - la diffusion et le transfert des connaissances entre les groupes sociaux pour développer des actions publiques qui contribueront à élargir le réseau des partenaires ; - l’augmentation du nombre d’itinéraires et points accès référencés qui répondront aux principes qu’entendent développer les partenaires pour parvenir à la formalisation d’une offre de tourisme durable et culturel. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, des outils innovants faisant appels aux technologies de la communication, seront élaborés pour la gestion des données de base et offrir la possibilité d’extraire une ou plusieurs offres qui seront soutenues dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre d’une plan de promotion et de mise en marché à l'échelle européenne.

Achievements (EN):

The GRITACCESS European project, funded by the Interreg Italy-France “Marittimo” Programme 2014-2020, is the result of the collaboration of 14 partners from the regions Corsica, Sardinia, Tuscany, Liguria and South of France. From this collaboration was born the concept of Grande Itinerario Tirrenico (GIT), whose aim is to put in place the cultural and identity heritage of this vast cross-border territory, through local routes and itineraries, which generate a tourist development in the capacity to make this heritage accessible to all and that enhances it economically.

Il progetto europeo GrITAccess, finanziato dal Programma Interreg Italia-Francia "Marittimo" 2014-2020, è il risultato della collaborazione di 14 partner delle regioni Corsica, Sardegna, Toscana, Liguria e Sud della Francia. Da questa collaborazione è nato il concetto di Grande Itinerario Tirrenico (GIT), il cui obiettivo è quello di mettere a sistema il patrimonio culturale e identitario di questo vasto territorio transfrontaliero, attraverso percorsi e itinerari locali, che generano uno sviluppo turistico in capacità di rendere questo patrimonio accessibile a tutti e che lo valorizza economicamente.
