Impatti NO vise une croissance durable à travers la promotion de formes conjointes de collecte et de traitement dans les ports. Impatti NO vise à améliorer la gestion du traitement des déchets grâce au développement d’un modèle économique circulaire favorisant l’augmentation de la quantité de déchets et d’eaux usées produits par les navires dans les zones portuaires, pour être ensuite traités, valorisés du point de vue économique et réinsérés sur le marché comme des biens aptes à produire de l’économie. Sera fait un travail de reconnaissance pour connaitre la typologie et l’ampleur des déchets et des eaux usées produits par les navires et par les activités localisées au sein des ports partenaires, puis une cartographie des installations opérationnelles pour le traitement. Les installations feront l’objet d’une analyse spécifique pour déterminer les critères qui permettent une meilleure efficacité dans le traitement, à travers par exemple l’installation de nouvelles technologies ou à la reconversion des installations vers des modalités différentes de traitement. Impatti NO réalise des plans d’action conjoints pour la prévention, la réduction, et le tri des déchets et des eaux usées dans les ports, selon une logique systémique où les déchets et les eaux usées pourront être traités sur le lieu de production mais aussi en mer sur des navires spécialisés ou transférés d’un port à l’autre de la même zone maritime du haut Tyrrhénien, outrepassant, quand nécessaire les frontières d’un même système portuaire et en rationalisant le système de traitement à travers l’optimisation du réseau de transport terrestre et maritime entre les installations. Impatti NO réalise des actions pilotes pour traiter les déchets et les eaux usées, définir l’organisation logistique de gestion des déchets, identifier des solutions et des usages innovants des déchets portuaires, former des opérateurs portuaires et pour le système de monitorage de la qualité et de la quantité de déchets produits.

Impatti NO affronta la sfida comune per una crescita sostenibile attraverso la promozione di forme congiunte di raccolta e trattamento nei porti.Impatti NO intende migliorare la gestione del trattamento dei rifiuti attraverso lo sviluppo di un modello di economia circolare che favorisce l'aumento della quantità di rifiuti e di reflui prodotti dai natanti e nelle aree portuali non smaltiti come scarti ma trattati, valorizzati dal punto di vista economico e reinseriti nel mercato come beni capaci di produrre economie. Si procede con un’analisi ricognitiva, finalizzata a conoscere la tipologia e l’entità di rifiuti e di reflui prodotti dai natanti e dalle attività localizzate all’interno dei porti partner e a mappare gli impianti di trattamento attualmente operativi. Gli impianti sono oggetto di un’analisi specifica mirata a determinare sotto quali condizioni è possibile raggiungere una maggiore efficienza nel trattamento, per esempio attraverso interventi di implementazione di nuove tecnologie o la riconversione degli impianti verso modalità differenti di trattamento.Impatti NO realizza piani di azione congiunti per la prevenzione, la riduzione e lo smaltimento di rifiuti e reflui nei porti, secondo una logica sistemica per la quale i rifiuti e i reflui potranno essere trattati nel luogo di produzione ma anche in mare su navi specializzate o trasferiti da un porto ad un altro nella stessa area marittima dell’Alto Tirreno, travalicando, quando necessario, i confini di uno stesso Sistema Portuale e razionalizzando l’intero sistema di trattamento attraverso l’ottimizzazione della rete di trasporto terrestre e marittima tra gli impianti. Impatti NO realizza azioni pilota per il trattamento di rifiuti e reflui, per definire l’organizzazione logistica di gestione dei rifiuti, per identificare soluzioni e impieghi innovativi dei rifiuti portuali, per la formazione degli operatori portuali e per il sistema di monitoraggio della qualità e della quantità di rifiuti prodotti

Description (EN):

This project deals with the common challenge of sustainable growth through the promotion of joint waste collection and treatment in ports. The project intends to develop a circular economy model promoting the treatment of higher amounts of watercraft and port produced waste and wastewater, valorised from an economic point of view and put back on the market as goods capable of producing economies. Next, a survey will determine the type and extent of waste and wastewater produced by watercraft and businesses based in the partner ports and map the treatment plants currently in operation. The plants will be the subject of a specific analysis to determine the conditions for greater treatment efficiency, for example, by implementing new technologies or converting the plants to different treatment methods. The project implements joint action plans for the prevention, reduction and disposal of waste and wastewater in ports. It does so through a system whereby waste and wastewater can be treated at the place of production or at sea on specialised watercraft or transferred from one port to another in the same maritime area of the Upper Tyrrhenian Sea. When necessary, the borders of a Port System will be crossed. The system will require the optimisation of the land and sea transport network between the plants. This project implements pilot actions to treat waste and wastewater, define waste management logistics, come up with innovative solutions and uses for port waste, train port operators and monitor waste quality and quantity.
