Le défi: lutter contre le chômage, grâce à l’auto-entreprenariat. UNIGE considère que l’auto-entreprenariat passe par un changement des mentalités dans la culture de l'entreprise, qui vise aux modèles socialement responsables de faire business, en mesure d’être une solution pour une économie durable axée sur le travail. Il identifie donc dans les coopératives, en particulier celle de la communauté, le prototype sur lequel construire un réseau transfrontalier de services de soutien pour l'auto-entreprenariat et encourager sa diffusion dans le tissu économique et social des filières prioritaires transfrontalières bleues et vertes (tourisme durable, agroenvironnement, filière agroalimentaire, énergie, services). Le produit : L'idée est de créer un hub pour les entreprises coopératives, dans le but de promouvoir de nouvelles opportunités d'emploi dans la zone maritime, conformément aux caractéristiques sectorielles de la région. Le projet vise à encourager le développement de coopératives de communauté, grâce à un système de réseau de nouveaux services pour l’emploi. Les principales réalisations: une plateforme ICT de services communs transfrontaliers pour l'emploi, qui offrirait un kit d’outils tels que le coaching et le tutorat pour la création de coopératives de communauté opérant dans les domaine des filières transfrontalières prioritaires et un prototype d'accompagnement pour faciliter les créations de start-ups. Bénéficiaires : les associations, instituts de formation, polytechniques professionnels, bureaux pour l'emploi, qui pourraient offrir un nouveau modèle pour les chômeurs. L'approche est celle du développement transfrontalier conjoint, de mise en commun des compétences spécifiques des partenaires. L’innovation est due à la typologie spécifique des coopératives de communauté, considerées comme le modèele le plus innovant au développement de services pour les économies locales.

The challenge: fighting unemployment through self-entrepreneurship. UNIGE believes that entrepreneurship requires a change of mentality in a company's corporate culture. Businesses should look to socially responsible and resilient models for a sustainable economy focused on work. Community cooperatives are the prototype on which to build a cross-border network of self-entrepreneurship support services and promote their diffusion in the economic and social fabric of the blue and green cross-border priority chains (sustainable tourism, agri-environment, agri-food supply chain, energy and services). The idea is to create a hub for cooperative companies and encourage new employment opportunities in the local maritime sectors. The project aims to strengthen the development of community cooperatives through a network of new employment services. Its main result will be an ICT platform of standard cross-border employment services offering coaching and mentoring for the creation of blue and green community cooperatives augmented by a basic prototype model to support start-ups. The beneficiaries will be trade associations, training institutions, technical and professional centres and employment services that can offer a new model to young people and the unemployed. The project's cross-border joint development approach will share the specific and differentiated skills of the partnership. The innovation is the particular type of community cooperative, which is considered the most innovative and appropriate model for the development of services and local economies.

La sfida: lotta alla disoccupazione, mediante l’autoimprenditorialità. UNIGE crede che l'autoimprenditorialità passi attraverso un cambiamento di mentalità nella cultura dell'impresa, che deve guardare a modelli socialmente responsabili e resilienti di fare business, in grado di essere una soluzione per un’economia sostenibile incentrata sul lavoro e in tal senso individua nelle cooperative, in particolare quelle di comunità, il prototipo su cui costruire una rete transfrontaliera di servizi di sostegno per l'autoimprenditorialità e favorire la loro diffusione nel tessuto economico sociale delle filiere prioritarie transfrontaliere blu e verde (turismo sostenibile, agroambiente, filiera agroalimentare, energia, servizi). L'output. L'IDEA è di creare un HUB per le imprese cooperative, con lo scopo di favorire nuove opportunità occupazionali nello spazio marittimo, coerenti con le tipologie settoriali dell'area. Il progetto vuole potenziare lo sviluppo di cooperative di comunità, mediante un sistema di rete di nuovi servizi per il lavoro. Le realizzazioni principali: una ICT platform di servizi comuni transfrontalieri a favore dell'occupazione, che offra un kit di strumenti quali coaching e tutoring per la creazione di cooperative di comunità che operino nei settori delle filiere blu e verdi e un modello prototipale di accompagnamento di base per facilitare le start up. Beneficiari: le associazioni di categoria, enti di formazione, poli tecnico professionali, centri per l'impiego, che possano offrire un modello nuovo per i giovani e i disoccupati. L'approccio è quello dello sviluppo congiunto transfrontaliero, mettendo a fattor comune le competenze specifiche e differenziate del partenariato che compone il progetto. L'innovazione è data dalla tipologia specifica della cooperativa di comunità, considerata il modello più innovativo e adeguato allo sviluppo di servizi ed economie locali.
