This project of inclusive growth is at the heart of the Europe 2020 strategy and aims to strengthen entrepreneurial culture by supporting student entrepreneurship in the blue and green growth priority sectors of the transnational FR-IT area. The general objective of the STEP project is to provide entrepreneurial skills to students so that they are better prepared to enter the labour market, promote new business opportunities in the field of blue and green growth and support higher student mobility in the transnational area. STEP’s actions should improve the employability of young people and their access to the labour market. There are three key objectives. The first will make students aware of entrepreneurship and the identification of good cross-border practices. The second will promote the development of entrepreneurial skills for students with a business creation training and action course. The third will promote transnational mobility and professional opportunities for student entrepreneurs by creating a "STEP" resource centre cross-border pilot network in universities and their entrepreneurial ecosystems. This project will support the professional vocations of students and young graduates, by providing them with entrepreneurship training and increasing their awareness of transnational opportunities in the blue and green growth priority sectors. The project will promote the exchange of knowledge and transnational mobility in two ways. One will be the organisation of a cross-border competitive exam where young people who took the training and action course will have the opportunity to submit their projects. The other will be the creation of a network of cross-border mobility support structures specially adapted to student entrepreneurs.

Le projet, lié à la croissance inclusive, s’inscrit au cœur la stratégie Europe 2020 et vise à renforcer la culture entrepreneuriale en soutenant l'entrepreneuriat étudiant dans la zone transnationale franco-italienne dans les secteurs prioritaires liés à la croissance bleue et verte. L'objectif global du projet STEP est de fournir des compétences entrepreneuriales aux étudiants afin qu’ils soient préparés au mieux au marché du travail, de favoriser de nouvelles opportunités professionnelles dans le domaine de la croissance bleue et verte et de permettre une mobilité accrue des étudiants dans la zone transnationale. Par ses actions, le projet STEP vise à améliorer l'employabilité des jeunes et leur accès au marché du travail. Nos réalisations seront divisées autour de trois objectifs clés, visant, tout d’abord, à sensibiliser les étudiants à l’entrepreneuriat et identifier les bonnes pratiques transfrontalières ; ensuite, à promouvoir le développement de compétences entrepreneuriales pour les étudiants par un parcours de formation-action à la création d’entreprise ; enfin, à favoriser la mobilité transnationale et les opportunités professionnelles des étudiants entrepreneurs, en créant notamment un réseau pilote transfrontalier de centre de ressources « STEP » au sein des universités et de leurs écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux. Ce projet soutiendra les vocations professionnelles des étudiants et jeunes diplômés, en les formant à l’entrepreneuriat et les sensibilisant aux opportunités transnationales existantes dans les secteurs prioritaires de la croissance bleue et verte. Il promouvra l’échange de connaissances et la mobilité transnationale, à travers notamment l’organisation d’un concours transfrontalier « STEP », où les jeunes, ayant bénéficié d’un accompagnement, auront l’opportunité de présenter leurs projets et via la mise en place d’un réseau de structures d’appui à la mobilité transfrontalière spécifiquement adapté aux étudiants entrepreneurs.

Il progetto, legato alla crescita inclusiva, si inscrive nel cuore delle strategia Europa 2020 e mira a rafforzare la cultura imprenditoriale sostenendo l'imprenditorialità degli studenti nella zona transnazionale FR-IT nei settori prioritari legati alla crescita blu e verde. L'obiettivo generale del progetto STEP è quello di fornire competenze imprenditoriali agli studenti in modo che siano meglio preparati a entrare nel mercato del lavoro, di promuovere nuove opportunità di business nel campo della crescita blu e verde e di sostenere una maggiore mobilità degli studenti nell'area transnazionale. Attraverso le sue azioni, STEP dovrebbe essere volto a migliorare l'occupabilità dei giovani e il loro accesso al mercato del lavoro. Le realizzazioni saranno divise attorno a tre obiettivi chiave. Il primo permetterà di sensibilizzare gli studenti all'imprenditorialità e all'identificazione di buone prassi transfrontaliere. Il secondo, promuoverà lo sviluppo di competenze imprenditoriali per gli studenti grazie al percorso di formazione-azione per la creazione di imprese. Il terzo promuoverà la mobilità transnazionale e le opportunità professionali degli studenti imprenditori, creando una rete pilota transfrontaliera di centro risorse "STEP" nelle università e nei loro ecosistemi imprenditoriali. Questo progetto supporterà le vocazioni professionali degli studenti e giovani laureati, formandoli all'imprenditorialità e aumentando la loro consapevolezza delle opportunità transnazionali nei settori prioritari di crescita blu e verde. Il progetto promuoverà lo scambio di conoscenze e la mobilità transnazionale,attraverso l'organizzazione di un concorso trasfronaliero, dove i giovani, che avranno beneficiato del percorso di formazione-azione avranno l'opportunità di presentare i loro progetti e grazie alla creazione di una rete composta da strutture di sostegno alla mobilità transfrontaliera specificamente adattate agli studenti-imprenditori
