Le défi du projet est inspiré par le besoin, verifié pendant le projet ART LAB NET financé avec le 1er Avis et encore en cours, de la part de nombreuses entreprises artisanales, d'accompagner les processus d'accès au marché, d'innovation technologique et de renouvellement générationnel et entend stimuler l'intérêt des jeunes envers activités à haute valeur ajoutée pour l'artisanat d'art, mettant en évidence la possibilité d'utiliser de nouvelles technologies notamment numériques. L'objectif général est la définition d'un modèle de formation/collaboration transfrontalière et la création d'une collection de cas de réussite visant à soutenir les secteurs non performants qui caractérisent fortement le territoire de coopération et liés au secteur du tourisme, démontrant la possibilité de collaboration transfrontalière et orientant les jeunes vers les métiers d'intérêt croissant. Le projet impliquera un nombre limité de jeunes selon des profils visant à répondre aux besoins spécifiques des entreprises de l'artisanat d'art opérant sur le territoire de Coopération (5 en France, 5 en Italie), à travers une expérience pilote de activités conjointes de formation et collaboration. La formation se déroulera chez les partenaires du projet et les centres de ressources du projet ART LAB NET. Les stagiaires vont acquérir de compétences qui pourront être utilisées avant dans une entreprise artisanale de la région de résidence et après dans une entreprise similaire située dans l'autre pays du territoire de Cooperation. Cette expérience est un parcours qui inclut des moments de formation ou d'apprentissage alternant avec des moments d'analyse des besoins des entreprises, de co-conception, d'expérimentation et d'application. Les partenaires sont les mêmes que Art Lab Net sauf Team qui a une grande experience dans la gestion de parcours de formation.

This project addresses the need for support in market accessing, technological innovation and generational turnover that many arts and crafts companies have expressed during the ongoing ART LAB NET project financed with the 1st announcement. It aims to stimulate young people’s interest in high value-added arts and crafts with the use of new digital technologies. The project’s general objective is to define a cross-border training/collaborative model and collect success cases to support sectoral areas in distress but highly representative of the cooperation area closely related to tourism. This approach will demonstrate the possibility of cross-border collaboration and suggest jobs of increasing interest to young people The project will involve a limited number of young people (5 in France and 5 in Italy) in a pilot experience of joint training and collaboration whose profiles will meet the specific needs of arts and crafts companies in the cooperation area. The training will take place at the premises of the project partners and the Resource Centres of the ART LAB NET project. Interns will thus be able to develop new skills, working first in a local company and then in a similar company in the other country of the cooperation area. The experience will include training, learning, analysing the needs of the companies, co-planning, experimentation and application. The partners are the same as ART LAB NET except for Team, which has excellent training and management experience.

La sfida del progetto considera la necessità, espressa da parte di molte imprese dell’artigianato artistico nel corso del progetto ART LAB NET finanziato con il 1° avviso e ancora in corso, di accompagnamento in processi di accesso al mercato, di innovazione tecnologica e di ricambio generazionale. Si intende quindi stimolare l’interesse da parte di giovani nei confronti di attività ad alto valore aggiunto per l’artigianato artistico, evidenziando la possibilità di utilizzare nuove tecnologie in particolare digitali. Obiettivo generale del progetto è la definizione di un modello formativo/collaborativo transfrontaliero e la realizzazione di una raccolta di casi di successo volti a sostenere ambiti settoriali in sofferenza ma fortemente caratterizzanti il territorio di cooperazione ed in stretta correlazione con il settore turistico, dimostrando la possibilità di collaborazione transfrontaliera e orientando i giovani verso mestieri di interesse crescente. Il progetto coinvolgerà un numero limitato di giovani secondo profili mirati a rispondere a esigenze specifiche di aziende dell’artigianato artistico operanti sul territorio di cooperazione (5 in Francia, 5 in Italia), coinvolti in una esperienza pilota di attività di formazione/collaborazione congiunta. La formazione avrà luogo presso i Partner del progetto e nei Centri Risorse del progetto ART LAB NET. Gli stagisti potranno così sviluppare nuove competenze che potranno prima essere spese in una azienda artigiana sita nella regione di residenza e successivamente in un'azienda analoga sita nell’altro paese del territorio di cooperazione. Si tratta quindi di un percorso che prevede dei momenti di formazione o apprendimento alternati a momenti di analisi delle esigenze delle imprese, di coprogettazione, di sperimentazione ed applicazione. I partner sono gli stessi di ART LAB NET fatta eccezione per Team che ha una grande esperienza nella gestione di percorsi formativi.

Le projet impliquera un nombre limité de jeunes selon des profils visant à répondre aux besoins spécifiques des entreprises d'artisanat d'art opérant dans le domaine de la coopération (5 en France, 5 en Italie), impliquées dans une expérience pilote d'activités de formation / collaboration. La formation aura lieu chez les partenaires du projet et dans les centres de ressources du projet ART LAB NET. Les stagiaires pourront ainsi développer de nouvelles compétences qui pourront d'abord être dépensées dans une entreprise artisanale située dans la région de résidence puis dans une entreprise similaire située dans l'autre pays du territoire de coopération. C'est donc un parcours qui comprend des moments de formation ou d'apprentissage alternant avec des moments d'analyse des besoins des entreprises, de co-planification, d'expérimentation et d'application. Malgré les problèmes liés à la pandémie COVID-19, les activités ont été menées pour les stagiaires italiens en grande partie en présence et à distance à partir de fin février 2020. Les stagiaires de la région PACA ont démarré un peu plus tard et ceux de Corse ont démarré à l'automne 2020. En septembre 2020, certaines activités transfrontalières se sont déroulées en face à face, d'autres à distance. Le COVID-PLAN prévoyait le mode à distance pour les activités restantes et les activités se sont poursuivies. Parmi les produits réalisés, on retrouve une vidéo pour chaque territoire qui résume les activités menées par les stagiaires pendant la période de collaboration avec les entreprises artisanales impliquées. Les vidéos ont été réalisées avec différentes techniques, en partie par les stagiaires eux-mêmes et en partie par des professionnels. LIEN Corse Ligurie PACA Sardaigne. A l'issue du projet, une conférence finale a été organisée avec la présence, en plus des stagiaires, de tous les partenaires et responsables territoriaux de PACA, Corse et Ligurie, ainsi que d'artisans invités. L'événement, en italien et en français avec un traducteur, a été enregistré; en raison de sa longueur, il peut être récupéré en trois parties ÉVÉNEMENT FINAL 1 - ÉVÉNEMENT FINAL 2 - ÉVÉNEMENT FINAL 3. Le résultat final du projet est un modèle de formation et collaboration transfrontalière qui décrit le parcours de formation et de collaboration entre les jeunes et les artisans, potentiellement reproductible.

Achievements (EN):

The project will involve a limited number of young people according to profiles designed to meet the specific needs of craft companies operating in the field of cooperation (5 in France, 5 in Italy), involved in a pilot experience of training/collaboration activities. The training will take place at the project partners and in the ART LAB NET project resource centres. Trainees will be able to develop new skills which can first be spent in a craft company located in the region of residence and then in a similar company located in the other country of the cooperation territory. It is therefore a journey that includes moments of training or learning alternating with moments of analysis of business needs, co-planning, experimentation and application. Despite the problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the activities were carried out for Italian trainees largely in attendance and remotely from the end of February 2020. Trainees from the PACA region started a little later and those in Corsica started in autumn 2020. In September 2020, some cross-border activities took place face-to-face, others remotely. The COVID-PLAN provided for remote mode for the remaining activities and the activities continued. Among the products produced, there is a video for each territory that summarises the activities carried out by the trainees during the period of collaboration with the craft companies involved. The videos were made with different techniques, partly by the trainees themselves and partly by professionals. Link Corsica Liguria PACA Sardinia. At the end of the project, a final conference was organised with the presence, in addition to the trainees, of all the partners and territorial managers of PACA, Corsica and Liguria, as well as invited craftsmen. The event, in Italian and French with a translator, was recorded; due to its length, it can be recovered in three parts FINAL EVENT 1 — FINAL EVENT 2 — FINAL EVENT 3. The final outcome of the project is a cross-border training and collaboration model that describes the potentially reproducible training and collaboration path between young people and craftsmen.
