This project will implement joint training actions to promote sustainable quality employment through cross-border mobility in the blue and green growth priority areas and exchange innovative cross-border learning energy saving methodologies. It responds to the types of actions of the Third Appeal to help develop a reference model for Sustainable Building in the Mediterranean. Based on technical construction and renovation solutions adapted to the Mediterranean climate, the "Mediterranean living" model was developed in 2010. It will constitute the basis for the planned mobility project. The Partnership is composed of innovative, equipped training facilities currently active. Some examples: The training centre for apprentices of the CMA of Southern Corsica will contribute original techniques and pedagogical know-how. Lucense has an exhibition and training centre dedicated to the Mediterranean Living model; CONFINDUSTRIA CNS has a theoretical and hands-on training infrastructure that collaborates with the Mediterranean Living exhibition centre in Cagliari. After evaluating the beneficiaries’ individual needs, the partners’ harmonised educational tools will offer a Study Trip to the other country of the Cooperation area, alternating practical activities, actual work and theory, in addition to an e-learning language course before the trip. The e-learning language course affords the broadest dissemination of educational content and results and has a high potential for replicability.

Le projet vise à favoriser l'emploi durable/qualité en soutenant la mobilité transfrontalière des apprenants des filières prioritaires de la croissance bleue et verte par des actions conjointes de formation, et par la réalisation d'échanges transfrontaliers de pratiques pédagogiques innovantes en relation avec les enjeux énergétiques des territoires. Il répond aux typologies d'actions de l'appel à projet pour contribuer à développer un modèle de référence pour la Construction Durable dans le contexte méditerranéen. Le modèle "Abitare Mediterraneo" qui repose sur l'élaboration de solutions techniques de construction et de rénovation énergétique adaptées au contexte climatique méditerranéen élaboré en 2010 constituera la base pour les échanges prévus. Le Partenariat se compose de structures de formation équipées d’infrastructures innovantes, promoteurs des actions de formation. A titre d’exemples : La CMA de Corse du Sud apportera, avec son centre de Formation d'Apprentis, des techniques et savoir-faire pédagogique originaux ; Lucense dispose d’un Centre d’exposition et de formation dédié au modèle Abitare Mediterraneo ; CONFINDUSTRIA CNS dispose d’une infrastructure pédagogique capable de former les étudiants tant sur la pratique que la théorie tout en collaborant avec le centre d’exposition Abitare Mediterraneo à Cagliari. A partir de l'évaluation des besoins individuels des personnes bénéficiaires, des outils pédagogiques harmonisés entre partenaires seront offerts sur deux niveaux : le premier en voyage d’Etude dans l’autre Pays transfrontalier, en alternant pratiques, immersion en entreprise et regroupements pédagogiques, tout en comprenant un cours de langue en e-learning avant le voyage. Le second niveau est entièrement en e-learning, destiné aux étudiants non voyageant pour garantir la plus vaste diffusion des contenus et des résultats obtenus, avec un potentiel élevé de réplicabilité.

Il progetto mira a promuovere l'occupazione sostenibile di qualità attraverso la mobilità transfrontaliera nei settori prioritari della crescita blu e verde con delle azioni congiunte di formazione, e conducendo lo scambio transfrontaliero di metodologie di apprendimento innovative legato alle tematiche di risparmio energetico nei territori del Programma. Risponde alle tipologie di azioni del III Appello per contribuire a sviluppare un modello di riferimento per l'Edilizia Sostenibile nel contesto mediterraneo. Il modello "Abitare Mediterraneo", basato sullo sviluppo di soluzioni tecniche per la costruzione e la riqualificazione dell’esistente, adattati al contesto climatico mediterraneo è stato sviluppato in 2010, costituirà la base per il progetto di mobilità previsto. Il Partenariato si compone di strutture formative innovative attrezzate, svolgendo attivamente le azioni di formazione. Come esempi: La CMA della Corsica del Sud contribuirà, con il suo Centro di formazione per apprendisti, tecniche originali e know-how pedagogico. Lucense dispone di un centro espositivo e di formazione dedicato al modello Abitare Mediterraneo; CONFINDUSTRIA CNS dispone di un'infrastruttura educativa in grado di formare gli studenti sia in pratica che in teoria, collaborando con il centro espositivo Abitare Mediterraneo in Cagliari. A partire dalla valutazione delle esigenze individuali dei beneficiari, degli strumenti didattici armonizzati tra i partner saranno offerti su due livelli: il primo attraverso il Viaggio di Studio nell’altro paese dell’area di Cooperazione, alternando attività pratica, immersione nel mondo del lavoro e teoria, e anche previsto un corso di lingua in e-learning prima del viaggio. Il secondo livello è interamente in e-learning destinato agli studenti non per garantire la più ampia diffusione del contenuto didattico e dei risultati ottenuti, con un alto potenziale di replicabilità.

Achievements (EN):

The INTERMEDIA project included a combination of training and information activities for the students targeted by the activities, followed by mobility to one of the main centres of education in the Mediterranean in the field of technology and techniques to support environmental sustainability in construction: the “MEDITERRANES AUSBILDATION AND Accommodation Centre of Ajaccio (Corsica). 360° platform for e-learning Online training in preparation for the mobility measures planned for the end of the school year 2020/2021 via the 360° platform. 360 students participated in the e-learning activities from November 2020 to April/May 2021. The objectives of this training can be summarised as follows: 1) Make the basic elements of sustainable construction concrete and tangible through interactive methods, images, videos, funny quiz questions, etc. 2) raising awareness of issues related to natural materials, the use of territorial resources and the creation of local economic production. 3) Provide the opportunity to interact with trainers through a direct exchange with the student. Selection of students. Out of the 360 students participating in the online training, 10 students were selected for each partner, 30 for leadership, i.e. a total of 60 students, based on a number of parameters set together with the partnership, such as: 1) A brief cover letter from the student 2) The results of the year and the e-learning activities carried out 3) Opinion of the Class Council Online language courses The 60 selected students completed a preliminary course in French and Italian in e-learning mode with a view to mobility with the partner centres they are hosting. Student mobility The mobility planned for spring 2020 has been postponed to the following school year following a decision of the IV Steering Committee and with the authorisation of the managing authority due to COVID-19.
