Description: The project's objective is to develop long term solutions to the water management systems problems faced by the border areas.

Achievements: 9 wells built in 9 places in the target area; 1 geo-hydrologic study in areas where is the possibility of building safety wells; 1 study on water quality from the wells within the target area, 51 persons benefitting from experience exchanges in Botosani and Ukraine, 1 information campaign in the target localities.
