Objectif général : La création d’entreprises est l’un des principaux moteurs de la compétitivité au sein de l’espace transfrontalier franco-britannique. Construire une culture entrepreneuriale renforcée dans cet environnement est essentielle pour assurer la compétitivité de l’Europe face à ses principaux concurrents. Il existe encore peu de méthodologies d’accompagnement à la création d’entreprise adaptées aux besoins des jeunes créateurs potentiels et au public sénior notamment. L’objectif du projet NETFORCE est de disséminer les bonnes pratiques en matière de renforcement de l’esprit d’entreprise et de la création ou reprise d’entreprises en Europe et au niveau régional. Les partenaires du projet entendent créer un réseau d’acteurs transfrontaliers dans le secteur de la création / reprise d’entreprises afin de recenser et repenser l’accompagnement à la création et à la reprise d’entreprise dans une perspective transfrontalière et de promouvoir une approche dynamique de la création et de la reprise d’entreprise dans les deux régions. A terme, l’ensemble des projets menés par les acteurs pourront donner lieu à un système intégré de pratiques professionnelles en termes de sensibilisation, émergence et accompagnement à la création d’entreprise. Principales actions : - Pré-identification des partenaires associés et thématiques pertinentes. - Identification des partenaires. - Identification des thèmes pour les groupes de travail. - Organisation de groupes de travail et de réflexion. - Développement d’un plan complet pour le déploiement du projet à l’avenir. - Organisation de réunions trimestrielles du groupe de direction.

Description (EN):

Main objective : Business creation is one of the key drivers of productivity of within the cross-border economy. Building a strong enterprise culture and environment is vital in closing the productivity gap that exists between the EU and its main competitors. Methodologies for supporting business creation adapted to young potential creators or older workers are still very few. From this perspective, NETFORCE aims to disseminate good practices in the development of entrepreneurship spirit and in the business creation or purchasing, both in Europe and on a more regional scale. The project partners seek to create a Franco-British network of stakeholders in the field of business creation/acquisition, thus allowing to review and rethink the way we support entrepreneurship in a cross-border perspective, and to promote a dynamic approach to entrepreneurship in their both regions. Eventually, these actions will lead to the creation of a professional integrated system of support for pre start and start up support. Main actions : - Pre-identification of potential partners and relevant themes - Identification of the partners - Identifying themes for working groups - Organization of working groups and think tanks - Development of a full plan for the roll-out of the project in the future - Organization of the quarterly steering group meetings

Achievements (FR):

Principales réalisations / résultats : - 1 base de données mise en place regroupant de potentiels partenaires classés par champs de compétence - 1 séminaire et 15 rendez-vous face à face organisés pour l’identification des partenaires. - 1 cahier des charges et 1 calendrier prévisionnel développés pour l’identification des thèmes pour les groupes de travail. - 11 réunions mises en place pour l’organisation de groupes de travail et de réflexion. - 1 rapport sur le développement d’un plan complet pour le déploiement du projet à l’avenir.

Main achievements : - Creation of a potential partners database, according to their area of expertise - Organization of 1 seminar and 15 face-to-face meetings to identify the partners - 1 list of requirements and a projected timetable to identify themes for the working groups - 11 meetings to organize the working groups and think tanks - 1 report on the development of a full plan for the roll-out of the project in future years
