Objectif général : Comme son nom l’indique ZEPA (Zone européenne de projets artistiques) vise à favoriser la création et la diffusion de projets dans le domaine des arts de la rue auprès des populations au sein d'une large zone transfrontalière. L'objectif du projet ZEPA est de favoriser l'accès à la culture pour tous et de privilégier les rencontres et échanges entre les artistes et les publics. Le projet propose donc de mettre en œuvre de façon conjointe des spectacles d’art de la rue, de diffuser ces spectacles par le biais d’une coopération avec le réseau dit des "compagnons" (structures artistiques et culturelles, collectivités locales, festivals…) et de mettre en place des formations par et pour les personnels de compagnie, les techniciens, les chargés de production, etc. Principales actions : - Mises en œuvre des premières actions artistiques et culturelles (résidences, coproductions, actions culturelles, diffusion de projets). - Organisation de rencontres et de formations artistiques. - Mise en place de rencontres entre les partenaires (les Compagnons). - Mise en place d’actions artistiques et culturelles communes, avec les compagnies associées et les projets accompagnés. - Organisation de rencontres avec les populations en difficultés.

Description (EN):

Main objective : The ZEPA (European Zone of Artistic projects) project aims to encourage the creation and diffusion of street arts projects within a large cross-border area. ZEPA aims to make culture accessible to all and to encourage encounters and meetings between artists and the general public. The partners will work jointly to organise street arts performances, to spread these events via the ‘companion’ network (artistic and cultural organisations, local authorities, festivals…) and to arrange training sessions by and for company staffs, technicians, production managers etc. Main actions : - Implementation of the first artistic and cultural actions (residencies, co-productions, cultural actions, project dissemination) - Organisation of encounters and artistic trainings - Meetings between the partners (the ‘Companions’) - Implementation of joint cultural and artistic actions with partners and supported projects - Organisation of meetings with underprivileged populations.

Achievements (FR):

Principales réalisations / résultats : - 23 actions artistiques et culturelles organisées. - Echanges universitaires réalisés entre le Master Management du Spectacle Vivant de l’Université de Bretagne Occidentale (Brest) et le Bachelor of Street Arts (Winchester). - Formation et encadrement de l’équipe SeaChange Arts et de ses bénévoles par ZAP ART. - 1 programme de formation de bénévoles s’adressant aux jeunes en amont et durant le Out There Festival. - 1 programme de développement professionnel conduit par la compagnie C-Attack et impliquant 8 artistes professionnels locaux et 40 participants amateurs. - 1 enseignement optionnel « Théâtre de Rue » mis en oeuvre au Lycée Marcel Sembat de Sotteville-lès-Rouen. - 15 actions artistiques et culturelles communes réalisées, avec les compagnies associées et les projets accompagnés.

Main achievements : - Organisation of 23 artistic and cultural actions - Realization of several student exchanges between the live performing arts Master of Brittany University (Brest) and the Bachelor of Street arts (Winchester) - Training and monitoring of the SeaChange Arts team and its volunteers by ZAP ART - 1 volunteer training programme for young people before and during the Out There Festival - 1 professional development programme led by the C-Attack company and involving 8 local professional artists and 40 non-professional participants - Creation of an optional course ‘Steet theatre’ implemented at the Lycée Marcel Sembat in Sotteville-lès-Rouen - Realization of 15 cultural and artistic actions with partners and supported projects.
