Il progetto intende promuovere la comunicazione basata su tecnologie innovative per l'area Como/Ticino, con particolare attenzione alla destagionalizzazione dell'afflusso turistico, attraverso: 1)creazione di un centro servizi transfrontaliero, modello gestionale per una efficace ed economica comunicazione multimediale per il turismo; 2)sviluppo della innovativa filiera comunicativa per il turismo, nella quale i diversi attori, pubblici e privati, ai due lati del confine,creino una comunicazione coordinata in sempre piu stretta integrazione; 3)creazione di una applicazione pilota per la promozione turistica dell'area Como/Ticino; 4)sviluppo di una tecnologia innovativa che sfrutti tutti i canali oggi disponibili (web, cellulare, smartphone, iPod, Youtube, flickr) per diversificare l'offerta. Il campo di prova sara il turismo congressuale (ideale per l'obiettivo della destagionalizzazione), ma i risultati potranno essere riusati per un qualsiasi settore turistico.

The project aims to promote communication based on innovative technologies for the area Como / Ticino, with particular attention to the seasonal adjustment of the influx of tourism, with: 1) creation of a cross-border services, the management model for effective and Multimedia communication for the tourism economy; 2) development of innovative communication for the tourism industry, in which the various actors, public and private, on both sides of the border, creating a more coordinated communication Tight integration; 3) creation of a pilot application for the tourist promotion of the Como / Ticino 4) development of an innovative technology that takes advantage of all currently available channels (web, mobile phone, smartphone, iPod, YouTube, Flickr) to diversify the offer. The field test will be the conference tourism (ideal for the purpose of seasonal adjustment), but the results can be reused for any tourism industry.
