Il progetto ha lo scopo di sviluppare e migliorare le tecniche di valutazione dei principali dati idrologici prima e durante un evento estremo e di preparare le informazioni per la gestione dell'evento a diversi livelli amministrativi. A livello provinciale e cantonale e previsto di sviluppare un sistema informativo per la gestione delle crisi idrologiche ed idriche. A livello comunale sono previsti esempi concreti per la pianificazione e l'attuazione di provvedimenti di intervento. Risultato del progetto e il miglioramento del sistema di allertamento, dello scambio di informazioni e della pianificazione delle emergenze. Con questo, le amministrazioni potranno usufruire di informazioni e strumenti da utilizzare in caso di un evento ed a confrontare gli effetti dei cambiamenti climatici.

Description (EN):

The project aims to develop and improve techniques for the evaluation of primary data hydrological before and during an extreme event and prepare information for management event at different administrative levels. At the provincial level and the cantons are expected to developing an information system for crisis management, hydrology and water resources. At the level Municipal concrete examples are provided for planning and implementing measures intervention. Result of the project is to improve the warning system, the exchange information and emergency planning. With this, the government can make use of information and tools to use in case of an event and compare the effects of climate change.
