Description (EN):

The strategic plan involves the transboundary territories of Central Government and involves the construction of a technological platform enabling the spread of information and computer services, addressed to: PA SMEs and a consumer in the general areas Alpine border. Pilot services will be implemented that will cover the following topics: -spatial information sharing and dissemination and implementation of a federated mapping resting on a web-gis-border area; -implementation of a system for the detection of mobility flows and the applicable extendable to a variety of areas that need to detect, analyze and process data support land management strategies. The project contemplates a survey to identify regulatory and technological common rules and highlight the critical issues to be addressed in the creation / delivery of services telematics shared.

Description (IT):

Il progetto strategico coinvolge le Amministrazioni Centrali dei territori tranfrontalieri e prevede la realizzazione di una piattaforma tecnologica abilitante alla diffusione di informazioni e di servizi telematici, rivolti a: PA, P.M.I. e ad un'utenza generica nei territori alpini transfrontalieri. I servizi pilota che verranno implementati riguarderanno le seguenti tematiche: -condivisione e diffusione di informazioni territoriali e realizzazione di una cartografia federata poggiante su un'architettura web-gis dell'area transfrontaliera; -implementazione di un sistema per il rilevamento dei flussi di mobilita applicabile e estendibile a svariati ambiti che necessitano di rilevare, analizzare ed elaborare dati a supporto di strategie di gestione del territorio. Il progetto contempla una ricognizione normativa e tecnologica per individuare regole comuni ed evidenziare le criticita da affrontare nella creazione/fornitura di servizi telematici condivisi.
