The increasing life expectancy of the population, social development and population belong to the great existential challenges of the present time. These social changes have consequences, both groups of individuals of all ages, as well as on institutions and social services. These changes have risks but also opportunities to development. In this context it is important to tackle the challenges of preventive and active future. This project is focused on developing innovative models of care following risk groups: adults with mental problems as well as their children and the elderly. The Community Comprensoriale Vinschgau would in collaboration with municipalities, partners and local authorities and the provincial offices, along with Swiss partner Interreg in the Engadine develop and implement a project with INTERREG entitled 'Bridges to the Future - innovative models of support and assistance'.

La crescente aspettativa di vita della popolazione, lo sviluppo sociale e demografico appartengono alle grandi sfide esistenziali del tempo attuale. Questi cambiamenti sociali hanno conseguenze, sia sui gruppi di individui di ogni etá, come pure sulle istituzioni e servizi sociali. Questi cambiamenti comportano rischi ma, anche possibilita di sviluppo. In questo contesto e importante affrontare in modo preventivo e attive le sfide del futuro. Questo progetto e focalizzato sullo sviluppo di modelli assistenziali innovativi dei seguenti gruppi a rischio: adulti con problematiche psichiche e loro figli nonche anziani. La Comunitá Comprensoriale Val Venosta vorrebbe in collaborazione con i comuni, i partner locali e gli uffici provinciali competenti e, unitamente con il partner svizzero Interreg nella Engadina bassa sviluppare e realizzare un progetto Interreg con il titolo 'Ponti per il futuro - modelli innovative di sostegno e assistenza'.
