La copertura di incarichi politici nei comuni diventa sempre piu difficile. Inoltre diminuisce l'impegno dei cittadini in campo comunale. Questo fenomeno e riconducibile in parte allo sviluppo demografico, in parte alla crescente complessita dei compiti di interesse pubblico. Il reclutamento delle donne per incarichi comunali rappresenta una sfida a causa della scarsa conciliazione tra attivita comunale e famiglia/lavoro. Questi sviluppi interessano principalmente i comuni medio-piccoli nelle aree montane. Il progetto studia l'assetto organizzativo e i modelli di gestione in alcuni comuni in Canton Ticino, Grigioni e Vallese e in Alto Adige (con attenzione alle zone di confine) con l'obiettivo di sviluppare proposte per l'introduzione di modelli di gestione che considerano la particolare situazione delle donne senza un'occupazione professionale e le specificita delle regioni alpine.

The coverage of political offices in the municipalities is becoming increasingly difficult. also diminishes the commitment of local citizens in the field. This phenomenon is due in part to population growth, in part to the increasing complexity of tasks public interest. The recruitment of women for management positions is a municipal challenge due to the lack of reconciliation of communal and family / work. these developments affecting mainly medium and small municipalities in mountain areas. the project explores the organizational and management models in some municipalities in the canton Ticino, Valais and Grisons and Tyrol (with emphasis on border areas) with the aim of developing proposals for the introduction of management models that consider the particular situation of women without a job and specificities of mountain regions.
