Il progetto propone l'analisi e la ricerca di soluzioni operative per il miglioramento della mobilita tra Zermatt e Valtournenche.Il collegamento tra le due stazioni e un elemento strategico e la possibilita di muoversi da un versante all'altro del Cervino, soprattutto in inverno, e un fattore decisivo per la competitivita sul piano internazionale.Tenendo conto che la gestione degli impianti di risalita e dipende da societa private, i Comuni di Zermatt e Valtournenche definiranno i possibili scenari di evoluzione della mobilita transfrontaliera nei prossimi anni. In particolare Valtournenche approfondira nuovi sistemi di trasporto per riorganizzarsi sia da un punto di vista urbanistico e sia per le grandi infrastrutture.Il progetto consentira di comparare il modello di Zermatt, centrato sull'utilizzo diffuso dei trasporti pubblici, con quello di Valtournenche e Breuil, dove l'autovettura e ancora il mezzo di trasporto prevalente.

The project proposes the analysis and the search for practical solutions to improve the mobility between Zermatt and Valtournenche.Il connection between the two stations is an element strategy and the ability to move from one side to the other of the Matterhorn, especially in winter is a decisive factor in competitiveness on the account that internazionale.Tenendo management of the lifts is depends on private companies, the towns of Zermatt and Valtournenche define the possible scenarios for the evolution of cross-border mobility in coming years. In particular Valtournenche deepen new transport systems for reorganize is an urban point of view, and for large project infrastrutture.Il allow to compare the pattern of Zermatt, centered on the use of common transport public, with that of Valtournenche and Breuil, where the car is still the means of transport prevalent.

Achievements (EN): The project was about mobility between Valtournenche and Zermatt and produced a feasibility study to link Italy and Switzerland.
