Description (SV): Projektet har för avskit att skapa en modell och ett verktyg för att öka möjligheterna för äldre människor att bo hemma genom bland annat förebyggande hembesök. I arbetet med modellen används bland annat material från Gerda-databasen som utvecklats i de tidigare Gerda-projekten.
