Description

Description (EN): The project aimed to popularise and disseminate a European standard quality cattle genetic material to the cross border cattle breeders in order to improve the economic, social and environmental situation of the rural areas.

Achievements (EN): The final report is currently in analysis at JTS.

Expected Results (EN):

1 presentation movie of the Support Centres and Information Points (RO, MD, UA); 200 volumes Study 1 (RO, MD, UA); 200 volumes Study 2 (RO, MD, UA); 200 volumes Study 3 (RO, MD, UA); 110 training manuals (RO, MD, UA); 3 updated internet pages (RO, MD, UA); 5 post factum partnerships with zootechnic research institutions from the cross border area concluded; 50 post factum partnerships with (public or private) cattle breeders’ organizations / physical persons from the cross border area concluded; 100 post factum partnerships with stakeholders; 10 sessions to provide 50 cattle breeders the superior quality genetic material for the insemination; 3 functional information desk points for the cattle breeders; 100 support for 100 cross border cattle breeders; 10 trainings regarding the superior quality cattle breeds for 100 familial, small and medium farmers / cattle breeders;
