Description (EN):

The main objective of the project is to facilitate companies’ internationalisation towards West African markets and, in particular Mauritania, by creating a platform for the management of common business projects in the field of services and industries linked to the processing of fisheries, the provision of services to the extractive industry and off-shore and extractive sectors, and finally to tourism. These sectors have been chosen in a process that begins in 2014 where complementary opportunity is detected of great importance (renewal of the fisheries agreement and the rise of the extractive industry in the region) and sectors of high added value where to develop joint projects. For this purpose, a private public partnership is carried out that will implement sectoral analysis actions, relationship of high-level institutional and business meetings and cross-cutting facilitation structures to the realisation of economic activities.

El proyecto tiene por objetivo fundamental facilitar a las empresas su internacionalización hacia mercados de África Occidental y, en particular Mauritania creando una plataforma que permita la gestión de proyectos empresariales comunes en el ámbito de los servicios e industrias vinculados al tratamiento de la pesca, la prestación de servicios a la industria extractiva y sectores off-shore y extractivos, y finalmente al turismo. Estos sectores han sido elegido en un proceso que se inicia en 2014 donde se detectan oportunidad coyunturales complementaria de gran importancia (renovación del acuerdo de pesca y auge de la industria extractiva en la región) y sectores de alto valor añadido donde desarrollar proyectos conjuntos. Para ello se realiza un partenariado público privado que implementará acciones de análisis sectorial, relación de encuentros institucionales y empresariales de alto nivel y estructuras de facilitación transversal a la concreción de actividades económicas.
