Description (EN):

The project "Dynamic MOBILITization 2.0" (#DynaMob 2.0) responds to SO 4.1 of PA4 of Interreg IPA CBC Italy - Albania - Montenegro (IT-AL-ME) 2014-2020, aiming to promote and encourage the use of environmentally friendly forms of transport in the cross border area, focusing on electric bike sharing. The project aims also to establish and increase bike sharing as part of a new mobility culture. Bike-sharing combined with alternative transport modes offers many people a more intelligent and resource-efficient transport solution. With bike-sharing, transport can be organised more rationally and more energy-efficient. Aditionally, bike-sharing helps to reclaim street space in city centres for social and ecological functions by reducing parking demand – thus making our cities more attractive. According to the experts, electric vehicles can cover 100 kilometers in the city on just 90 cents, compared to even the most economical gas-powered cars, which would require 3 to 3.50 euros to cover the same distance. The basic output of the project is the purchasing of equipment (electric bikes) and Installation of Bike Sharing Stations covering services like insurance, electricity cost, service, etc combined with a proper Application. The beneficiaries involved in the project are local public authorities and 1 Chamber of Commerce associated with its related Municipality that will take an brand-new CBC multimodal approach that includes also logistic and technological solutions is a common challenge in order to reduce pollution (also sound pollution) in urban areas (in particular down towns) but also for designing rationale and innovative mobility in touristic and rural areas.

Achievements (EN):

1. Dyn-APP mobility app: This is a mobility smart application for monitoring traffic peak and roads condition. Moreover, the application will more mobility information for the area involved , such as : maps of the areas, train and coach connection, cycle paths available, wheater updates, eco-car charging point on the way and everything is necesssary for the traveller. 2. #DynaMob 2.0 integrated action plan: This action plan aims to promote a network between municipalities and public administration for policies peer-review with the participation of other stakeholders and administrations The Cross Border Network will be used to share mobility cross-border information, ideas,opportunities, guidelines, to setting up and improve services and activities The CBC Network will be useful to develop contacts with transport and end-users. The CBC Network is intended as a “non-physical space” that helps, promotes, sustains and advices stakeholders, green mobility providers and communities in order to increase sustainable mobility,changing behavior and attention to environmental issues. 3. #DynaMob 2.0 roads: Within the territorial boundaries each municipality has selected 2 roads for sustainable mobility only. These roads are indicated as DYNAMOB ROAD 2.0 with ditection signs that respect the project visual identity. The DYNAMOB ROAD 2.0 are a tool to improve and promote the bike- sharing and eco-car services among citiziens. 4. Cross border bike-sharing on site action: This services will contribute to achieve a MOBILITY CHALLENGE by encouraging their use and they can bring positive benefits to everyone: - It can give people a way to save money and allow them to do more with the time they used to spend sitting in traffic; - It can help to reduce congestion and air pollution; - It can lead a healthier lifestyle. The partners, with the assistance of external experts, had set up bike–sharing/ eco–car point infrastructures.

Expected Results (EN): Agreements for cross-border passengers and freight sustainable transport systems and multimodal mobility solutions

Expected Outputs (EN):

Main result is the widening of the regional network on smart - green mobility with the participation of local administrations to the development of the #DynaMob 2.0 integrated action plan, with a widening of the cross-border network with the following sub-results: a.1) set up of 5 eco transport green mobility services with an increasing in use by citizens of at least 20% (with comparison with previous use of green mobility services) a.2) increasing in the use of green services by tourists; increasing in the tourist offers of sustainable mobilty tours. This results constitutes the substance and the quality and quantitative measure of the local achievement of the Programme result indicator with reference to the supporting of cross border cooperation structures and networks in the field of environmentally friendly mobility and transport .Project works as a platform - laboratory to consolidate and review experiences and practices and promoting CBC pilot initiatives.
