TASKFORCOME tackles 2 of the major CHALLENGES of Europe today: the labour and social integration of an unprecedented presence of Migrants and the systematic realisation of Social Innovation as a powerful engine for social and economic development. A further defy is to develop Ecosystems for Inclusion and Social Innovation, where key actors work in new ways to provide services for citizens and possibilities for entrepreneurial business, together with universities, NGOs, public bodies and citizens, to create the conditions for innovation and development. Main OBJECTIVE is to develop Local Action Plans and Transnational Blueprint to growth the Migrant and Social Entrepreneurship as channel of Social Innovation in involved regions, through: engagement and commitment of key actors, improvement of skills of migrant and social entrepreneurs, development of a one-stop-shop of targeted support for migrant and social entrepreneurs, elaboration of policy frameworks and related funding instruments, able to sustain the co-creation/co-management of local Ecosystems for Inclusion and Social Innovation, changing the bottom-up perspective of cohesive and economic development in CE regions. OUTPUTS are learning tools, training packages, one-stop-shops piloted and strategies targeting migrants and entrepreneurs, enabling them to act as drivers of social innovation in CE. Its INNOVATIVE APPROACH relies in the creation of Community and Social Hubs where bottom-up initiatives of Inclusive Entrepreneurship are co-developed (e.g. Community Social Business); it relies also in the commitment of a partnership representing the main operating arms of an ecosystem: policy-making, migrants, business, education. The TRANSNATIONAL ADDED VALUE is achieved with policy schemes targeted to migrant entrepreneurs, acting at country level and able to support the development of a unitary framework in CE in which different regional micro-programs can be aggregated and capitalise.

Achievements (EN):

Taskforcome project aimed to assist migrants interested in opening and/or developing (already created enterprises), including both for-profit firms and social enterprises. Our activities have focused on four areas in 5 Central Europ countries - Austria, Croatia, Germany, Italy and Poland. What have we created? During the project, we created the Education, Training and Supporting Tools both for migrant entrepreneurs and business service providers (online and offline materials). We have also created the E-Learning platform for Migrant Entrepreneurs (https://learning.taskforcome.eu/). We have delivered Training Sessions for up to 100 active migrant entrepreneurs and start-upper and for up to 100 business service providers. We have piloted the sessions of one-stop-shops - in each Taskforcome region, providing support to 1000 beneficiaries. As for policy design, 5 Local Action Plans have been designed and agreed with a total of 100 stakeholders in Taskforcome countries. We had also completed the investment in TASKFORCOME Community-based Social HUB (CSHUB) in Split, Croatia - the CSHUB in Split has been established and equipped. Additionally, all communication aims have been reached - the activities and the results of the project had been disseminated to a wide audience, according with the indicators described in the application. It is important to note that the Taskforcome consortium has been a sustainable partnership - a transnational network of community-based social hubs that will survive beyond the lifetime of the project and which has led to some permanent changes in the ecosystem serving migrant entrepreneurs.

Expected Results (EN): R 1.2 Status of capacities of the public and private sector for skills development of employees and entrepreneurial competences achieved through transnational cooperation driving economic and social innovation in central European regions.

Expected Outputs (EN):

The main expected results of TASKFORCOME are: 1. improved entrepreneurial skills and competences of migrants in target regions through tailored training and educational tools, 2. development of targeted multidimensional assistance to start-up and scale-up business through support schemes specifically designed for migrant entrepreneurs, 3. local and transnational Inclusive Entrepreneurship Policy frameworks through adapted and well-designed programmes matching the regional context (e.g. local economy, sector trends, occupational rates), the needs of migrants integration and the potential of SI. Those contribute to the programme result indicator advancing the capacity of migrants to engage in start-up and scale-up businesses, enhancing the ability of local communities to embrace bottom-up approaches to face social challenges and providing public sectors with strategic agendas to sustain, reinforce, implement and mainstream the ME. The changes expected by TASKFORCOME are: 1. the increase of long-lasting and sustainable practices of social business, with CbSE model, 2. the achievement of mobilisation and engagement of key actors and stakeholders in making CSHUBs the engine of local social innovative waves, 3. the successful implementation in TASKFORCOME target regions of policy action plans that generate and strengthen structural conditions for ME to start, run and growth businesses, in order to contribute effectively to social and economic innovation.
